If you're looking for a medical marijuana card in Nevada, this office will likely get the job done…read more The waiting room feels more like a holding cell than a medical office, and the overall experience is far from what most people would consider traditional healthcare. The doctor has a very unconventional personality and seems focused primarily on evaluating and approving cannabis cards. I asked about an unrelated medical procedure, and he quickly told me I didn't need it, which at least saved me from pursuing something unnecessary. If your goal is simply to obtain a marijuana card with minimal hassle, this may be the place for you.

Went to this location to use my 40% off "ENTIRE PURCHASE"…read morecoupon I was sent. I show up to purchase the puffco pivot. I was basically told that they couldn't honor it because puffco would send them a cease and disist order. So then why are you false advertising? The coupon states "ENTIRE PURCHACE" If thats the case then shouldn't the dispensary eat the difference and then put an exclusion clause on their discount offer? Won't be shopping there again. There are to many other weed stores to put up with false advertisement. Me not shopping at your stores Won't inconvenience your company, but I will be telling g my fellow stoners to be careful when they see your advertisements. UPDATE The management reached out to me the same day. AWESOME. They told me to come in and that they would honor my coupon. Now that's customer service. I really appreciate it when a company recognizes the challenge and handles it. Will be back and will tell friends. Thank you. From one star to 5 stars.

I happen to be on this side of town this morning which is why I stopped I before in cash my paycheck. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes back this way if the weed wasn't to my standards. I spend about $200-$300 a week on weed sometimes more. I only buy TOP shelf. The dude didn't want to show me any weed because I wasn't making a purchase right then and there. He wanted to me to drive all the way back down there later.... I'm like "bro I made the time to drive over here now and I'm here". There was literally no one else in line. The store was pretty empty this morning. I used to spend 5k a year or more at that store alone. I'll never go back.

Top Notch is solid overall, mainly because out the door pricing is fair, and I appreciate that it's…read morea straightforward local dispensary without a lot of unnecessary upselling or "show." The employees are friendly always as well. However, I would strongly caution against purchasing the AMA 2g cartridges from here. I bought an AMA 2g ("Pie Hole") and initially everything seemed fine. By about the third day of use, the cartridge started leaking heavily. I mean, wax oozing from the mouthpiece, bottom, and sides, and also clogging the pen. At first, I assumed it might be user error, so I adjusted voltage settings and kept it upright, but the issue continued. Over time, the leakage got worse, and I was losing a significant amount of product just from it leaking rather than being able to use it. I eventually switched to a lower-voltage battery and cleaned the cartridge, which helped temporarily, but the problem returned. I went back and tried a second AMA 2g cartridge under the assumption it might have been a one-off issue, but I experienced the same problem again. It seems like this may be a product batch issue, cartridge defect, or storage problem rather than isolated user error, because the performance was consistently the same across two purchases. 80 some odd dollars now down the drain. Please learn from us. My boyfriend has already submitted a formal complaint regarding the second purchase under his profile since that was the one used at time of check out, but I also wanted to document my experience directly on here for any new or returning consumers wanting to try a 2grammer ! Everything else about the shop has been good, but I would avoid this specific product line until the issue is addressed.

At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they…read moreaspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't.
