Mike G. Was so helpful and nice as always! He's such a great face to see when you first walk in. Very welcoming and funny!

Diana was so good, she was knowledgeable about the product, kind and patient. She took the time to help me get what would work best for me. THANK YOU DIANA! read more

This place absolutely sucks. Stop in Vegas, thank me later. The prices are outrageous, their POS system steals money from you on top of tipping. Complete scam for garbage rec weed. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I work in cannabis, which actually makes me really sad for them. Not sure why the long haired dude has his panties in a bunch but he needs to be retrained and how to have proper customer service. You coming off rude and disrespectful all because someone is asking you questions? Sorry bro, but that's how a job works lmaoo. Won't be returning here EVER AGAIN. I'd rather go dry than be treated like I was treated in there this evening. read more

Raul and Jacob were really helpful. This was my first time at DRH. Super clean facility. We will definitely be back! read more

You are being ripped off!! Be aware that deep roots is deeper in your pockets than you possibly know. Look up any dispensary in vegas, (We pay more here than every single person in Vegas...just look) and verify every single thing im about to share with you. You are charging 3x what I pay in vegas right now for RSO. Now that I have looked at all products, you have proven yourself dishonest. You are so far out there on pricing I won't come back to you again. I sure hope the wonderful people of mesquite look online and see how much filthy money you are overcharging for your product. You are double everyone else minimum. You decided to take advantage of being the only act in town. Well you can keep your ski mask and gun. You won't be ripping me off anymore. Shameful to overcharge for a product used for pain treatment. (By a factor of 3) i pay 10.50 now for the same thing you charge 30 for. Shame on you. But also very stupid on your part. I'll just go where I DONT GET RIPPED OFF. You truly lack the business intelligence and lack ethics in a bad way. Way to join pharma. Difference is, I can get your stuff ANYWHERE for less. Bye bye . Hope your other clients become intelligent in their purchases. You saved me about 400.00 so far in 2 trips to vegas. You are criminal. Sure hope another one opens and will surely close you down. Maybe try an ethics class. Might be your only chance of being open years down the road. Good luck, rip off artist. Don't lie online "we strive to provide the best pricing..."... easy to see truth when it can be verified. Yes you know you are screwing every single client here. Stop it with the lies. Good luck building that trust with your soon to be leaving clientele. BTW talking to your employees apparently you aren't even a good employer. Is their anything you do well? Embarrassing...I sure hope to have truth be told and you not able to contest it. Truth does that to people like you. Get used to it. read more

This place is trash. Overly priced. I moved here from Arizona and the prices are ridiculous. Back in AZ you get get a .5 half gram disposable from stiizy for 20$. Here they are 35-40$. That's the price of the 1g stiizy in AZ. They are ripping these customers off. The Lavi flower I got was on sale for 60$ a half oz. Not bad but it's terrible terrible quality. It's so leafy that half this weight is leaf. I hope this store starts doing better deals or I hope they go out of business for such shitty quality product. read more

Desember helped me in picking out some goodies, and she was extremely helpful. It was Lance who helped me to check out and he was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and helped me with trying to find a very hard to find strain. He was one of the nicest budtenders I have had the pleasure to learn much of the chemistry from. As a first time customer he gave me 30% off of my purchase. Will definitely be back, the place is clean, plenty of parking, great location, and offers a lot of choices. Very pleased. Thank you! read more

Anthony is a real one, every time I visit he is so helpful and respectful. I have been shopping with deep roots for a few years now and always satisfied. The selection is phenomenal and very reasonable pricing, I recommend to all of my friends and family. The selection works excellent I love hybrid mostly but occasionally shop indica also. read more

The staff here are always so nice, especially, Anthony! He's the first person I see when I walk and I love his energy!

I've been going to Deep Roots almost 5 years now. I really enjoyed going in until recently. I'm in Mesquite for the winter and go north for the summer. Something has changed since last spring. The prices have gone up, they want you to link your bank account to join a rewards program for "cash back" and maybe it's me but the website is hard to navigate. Let's not complicate this! I give you money. I prefer cash, not give you my bank info! You give me product at competitive price and I don't have to jump through hoops! Thank you! read more

would not recommend spending your money here!! just purchased 4- Gold rush branded ".5 gram" carts and weighed them all and each one of them were .2 grams short and very very dark and discolored (which makes sense why they're on sale) but that's false advertising! and you can get better product for cheaper and actually comes out to the correct weight anywhere in vegas and Az read more

We had a guy who was very helpful and we got good advice. Nice to have some direction when you have no clue!

I was hesitant to visit while in town since someone else in my party had told me that you have to know what you want to purchase before going in, due to covid. So we did our research on the website ahead of time and had an idea of what we wanted-although it would have been tremendously more helpful to have been able to talk to someone about what we were looking for and get some guidance. Our budtender, Chas, was very friendly and didn't make us feel rushed at all. But we were nervous about overstaying our welcome, so we stuck with what we had planned to order, even though we were not confident in our selection. The sticker shock was real. For two disposable vape pens, we paid $120. The taxes are over 21%, so a lot of that went to the government, but man! They also only accept cash-so come prepared. There are ATMs onsite in case you are caught without a Franklin or two. Overall, it's good to know there is a place near Mesquite that offers these products. But, like another reviewer said, it would be nice to have a few options and competition out there. read more

Stopped here for a football tourney and damn what an expensive and BS dispo. No deals or anything. The customer service was a little awkward/rude I was trying to see what was the newest strain of flower they just got in so it could be nice and moist for when I open it and not dry and crumble right when I squeeze it but that was definitely what the budtender suggested to me.. dry crumbly flower ‍ and their stiiizy "1 Gram" is literally the half grams they sell everywhere! Half gram of disposable wax for "full gram" price ‍‍ RIDICULOUS AND FALSE ADVERTISING ASF!! read more

They do not value their N. Nevada and S. Utah customers at all. They never have stock. They also don't have specials. Their stores in Vegas have daily and weekly specials. Not Mesquite. They don't care about their customers, otherwise they would have a better selection and they would offer discounts like every other store they have does. Very very much over priced in Mesquite compared to Vegas. Buying online is okay, but they never have a good selection of concentrates. I don't know why their inventory stinks and they don't give specials to Mesquite folks. The city of Mesquite sure did make a mistake allowing only one store in their area. It's too bad, this store could use the competition to wake them up at how incredibly greedy & gouging they are. read more

Garbage place. Online order 50% of the time not fullfilled or notified. Terrible shop

TERRIBLY OVERPRICED!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Quite possibly the worst dispensary i've ever been to in my life, and i've been to hundreds if not thousands across the country. Check-in was awkward. Scanned my ID, then the guy stared at me and asked me to take off my beanie, which i understand, but then i saw them let the idiots wearing face masks walk by without issue. Makes no sense to have me expose my hair, while others don't have to expose their face. Pure lunacy. After that assault, i proceeded to the line for the public. they have two lines, medical and recreational. there are display cases in the middle of the store, but i thought it'd be best to talk to the bud tender instead of looking through the displays. i was called by a bud tender, told him i saw on weedmaps that they had cheap $5 pre-rolls, and i'd like one of those. he kinda chuckled and said, "i'll grab you a menu." he handed me an ipad and FFS, everything on this menu was ridiculously overpriced. 1 gram vape cartridges for $75!?!? Pre-rolls starting at $25 each? That's when i decided to walk out. i can't believe people are buying vitamins at these prices... you could literally drive to Arizona, California, even Oregon and your dollar would go much further than in Mesquite. Las Vegas has better deals than this place! i thought i found a new favorite dispensary, but instead was left violated, disappointed, and without any vitamins. Avoid this place, don't waste your time. Make it a day trip and take your money to Vegas, Phoenix, or San Diego to buy your vitamins. read more

This store suffers from very poor management. I left a card there. Tried to contact them by phone, but all the voice mail was full. Tried to call several times during store hours. They NEVER answer the phone. Tried email. No reply. Why didn't I just go back? I live 200 miles away. The employees are probably poorly paid because they're all pretty grouchy. High turnover too. This, combined with the communications problem are real world indicators that point the finger directly at management. Average selection and an impressive display of overpriced gadgets to boot. read more

charged me 120 bucks over and then couldn't refund me. gave me credit at least but id rather just have my money back lol.

Only reason this place received one star is because there is no option for ZERO. They are extremely rude and I accommodating-we are already here at the dispensary, (unfortunately lost my physical ID so I have my temporary in email), they were not accommodating AT ALL!. Wanted me to drive back out of here just to go print the damn thing! It would totally be worth your drive to just go all the way out to Las Vegas and enjoy yourselves while there -toke up your goodies right as you walk out the doors! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the storefront, parking, directions, and my initial greeting. The receptionist, was pleasant, smiling and knowledgeable. Thank you, Harvest. read more

If people didn't HAVE to go here they wouldn't. It's not the same place it was when it first opened where people FELT COMFORTABLE. Instead, upon entering you are met with forced smiles that sometimes do not stick well or are feeling unsure if the elderly lady behind the counter understands it's ok for people of Color to enter the establishment. Bud tenders are massively lacking in medical marijuana knowledge, etiquette, and overall customer service. They also horde incoming drops from Vegas dispensaries (that bring in actual quality products, unlike the cheap tricks they sell) and it never even makes it to the floor - please prove me wrong. Prices are ridiculous. The city has their hand in that, but it is another example of the greediness that comes from those who view marijuana and the people who consume it as less. Overall stay away from this place if at all possible. Tell your friends and family. Don't even send your worst enemy here. Seriously. Until the higher ups at DRH decide to make some real changes to the way they do business and the people they bring on, the satisfaction of the patient/customer will never be the main focus of this place. The worst feeling is having to continually go to a place AND spend money to feel disrespected and not receive the quality of service or product you would elsewhere. Unfortunately this is the one thing they are consistent at. read more

Being a local resident I'm very disappointed with Deep Roots. First of all the ridiculous policy of the non reusable bag they charge $1.00 for each visit is absurd. The prices demanded are not in line with the lack of quality products. I have learned on my trips to nearby Las Vegas I can get better quality and more for my dollar at other dispensaries. Also usually much friendlier bud tenders with better knowledge of what they are selling. Good luck, peace and have a great day! read more
