Was in town for a few days and wanted a bike. All in does hourly but also daily rentals just call for a quote. They seem to do mostly do e-bikes and if you are not used to the hills an e-bike is the way to go. Bike Riding in mesquite is great way to see the town. Most roads have a bike/gulf cart path and little traffic. I highly recommend taking a trip towards the city landfill. Not to see the landfill but the ride was so wonderful and just beautiful views. From the store it's a ~15 mile total ride. Generally uphill there and downhill back. Mike was the best and I'll be using this store next time in town read more

Took my trek bike in for a tune up. Had just under 8000 miles and needed new chain, cassette, and two front rings. Told him to Install the same OE. Told Mike it won't shift into the two smaller gears. Paid for the tune up and parts. $446.08 Charged me $78.99 for the chain and inflated prices on all the parts. $35 for cables and materials. Brought it home and it still wouldn't shift / same as when I took it in. Took it back to see if they could get it right. This went on for a few days and I called at 9:50 on a Saturday and he said I'll call you right back. Did not get a call right back so I called at 2:50 and he said he's working on it right now and I said if it isn't going to be done, I will come down right now and at least get my seat bag since I'm going back north for the summer. I got to the store at 3:05 and the door was locked. Saturday hours but would have been nice if he would have mentioned it on the phone. Next, he can't get it to shift right and told me I needed something under the hood and I said, will this be another $100 and he said probably 3 - 400. At this point I am back north so I had my friend pick my bike and take it to St. George. I told this bike shop the work I had done and first thing he asked is if I had ridden the bike much since and I said maybe 100 feet and could see that it still wouldn't shift correctly. He replied the chain is dirty / not a new chain. The reason it wouldn't shift is they had the limit screws either all the way in or out and that was why it wouldn't shift. This all started in April 2025 and I should have done something sooner but kept putting it off. Now I am having a new chain and small gear installed. I don't think I could wear out a new chain and gear in 4-500 miles when the first lasted close to 8000. When confronted today he would do nothing. Took my picture as I left which I took as a veiled threat and said, "see you snowbird". read more

Took my E bike and all I needed was a inner tube and the worker called me back telling me "the bolt stripped off the axel" before I took it there it was fine. They sabotaged my bike and tried to charge me for it. Also they had charged me to put liners in my tire which they didn't do and left my front axel bolt loose.. could have caused a serious accident read more

Stopped into store while traveling through Mesquite. I needed a cross bar for my E-bike and wanted to purchase it at a local bike shop. Owner said he was out of the item but planned to order more for the store. When the bar arrived, I purchased it and took it home to see how it fit on bike. I carefully pulled small piece of scotch tape off box to remove product from box. It was not as robust as I'd had expected so I placed it back in box and returned to store within 2 days. Product (bar) had no scuff marks or dirt on it since it had not been used. Owner denied refund claiming it was a "special order". (He ordered 3 others at same time.) Then, claimed it could not be sold as "new" since the 1" scotch tape had been removed. He then pointed to a policy of no returns on "special orders". His demeanor and responses to my comments indicated a complete disrespect for my comments. That's what I get for trying to spend money at his shop instead of waiting until I returned to Idaho! read more

I rode into town from Vegas needing another tube and a better tire. Mike welcomed me as soon as I entered the shop and was so kind, telling me how much he loves triathletes. He helped me find the perfect tire and tube for trekking and gave me advice about the safety of my next ride (to St. George). He was generous and made sure I was safe and ready to hit the road for the next segment of my trip. Bate and switch. We picked a bike and had it delivered. When we received the bike it was missing the front fender and lights that were prewired on the bike we thought we were getting. When we spoke to the owner he danced around the issue of not giving us what we paid for. He actually argued with us about being difficult. I wouldn't buy anything from this shop. I enjoy working on my own bicycles but had difficulties mounting a 29-inch mtb tire on my new ebike. It was late, and the store was open for only 30 more minutes. My thought was to just drop it off and pick it up the next business day. The 2 young gentlemen working didn't think twice and just jumped on it immediately. They had me out of the shop, ready to go in just 10 minutes. They were kind, helpful, and professional. I just moved here, and I feel I already found my go-to place for my bicycle needs. read more

I have been in numerous times looking at e bikes. Mike is very knowledgeable and honest. He explains things in a language I can understand. Well today I saw the bike I wanted. It was at a reasonable price and it's so nice to have a place in town that if I have questions I can stop and ask. He also said they have roadside assistance which is a great deal to have when you live in the desert and have tons of thorns that may puncture your tires. Mike's mom also helps out on occasion. She is equally as nice an knowledgeable. It's great to have them in town. read more

My son and I were in town for the afternoon with some time to kill. We happened to visit the shop and rented ebikes. The staff was very friendly and showed us on the big screen in the shop where the trials are located. We rode for about an hour when my son's bike had an issue with the handlebars. We headed back to the shop, but I got a flat. I called the shop and they picked us up within 10 minutes and took us to their garage to fix the problem. I had to get a new bike due to a brake issue, but it was quick and easy to get back on the road. We rode for about another 90 minutes with no issues. The staff was very apologetic. The service was good and I would definitely do this again if I were in the area. read more

Didn't give off a positive vibe and made me feel more like a nuisance than anything else. Will not be coming back because of such. Do not recommend. Stopped in this shop to check out bikes after going to a couple in Vegas and st Georgie. (I'm Preparing for the st. George. Ironman) I talked with Mike for about 30 mins. He was really focused on selling me something I want and what was good for me, not something he wants to sell. After about 40 mins we figured out what would be the best route for me to go. most of what I was looking for was in house and some of the parts he has ordered for me at a great price (better than online). I can't wait for him to finish building out this amazing custom bike that I'm sure is going to get me a great time come race day. Overall the service was exceptional. He could have probably sold me something way more expensive because I walked in thinking I was going to spend 2k more on my race bike but he suggested many parts that fit what I was looking for at a better price point. Which I really appreciate. In the future I will be getting all of my cycling gear here mainly because he had great pricing and the guy is cool. I was afraid to take my new Pinarello here due to the bad reputation they have with the local club but what the heck it beats driving to St. George. Mike always yuck's it up with me and he is a lot of fun to look at. This time he really fouled my bike up. The derailleur had been cranked down so hard it stripped out the threading. It would be one thing if he stepped up and admitted he did it but he blamed it on me and said it came in that way. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. read more

Mike serviced my husband's bike and had it completed within a couple hours. He was efficient, professional and very accommodating all with a a great attitude! So very rare these days with customer service in the tank. We will both definitely return to his business. read more

Just stopped by to see if I even wanted to consider bringing my bike's into them for a tune-up. My first impressions are the place is very clean nice layout a little small which in reality, is a good thing I think for a bike shop really to have a good customer service. Took my bike in to have new cables because my rear shifter cable broke. I'll ask Mike to check the front cable on the two sprockets to make sure that cable was good to. Mike said he repaired it replaced it with a very high quality cables for the tune of $68. I trusted his word paid for the bike loaded it up and took it to the place I wanted to ride it. It sucked and did not shift correctly. Mike said bring it back new cables always have to be adjusted and broken parentheses i've been riding bikes for years that's the first I've heard of having to readjust and brake and cables. Anyway took it back in he happily adjusted it I rode it around in the parking lot for about two minutes seem to be fine took off up some hills and guess what it's sucked again. Called Mike up he said I needed a new derailer and he would order me in? More money yeah of course. I said never mind I took it I took it into St. George to a reputable bike shop turned out the cables were twisted not put in correctly and frayed that bike shop redid everything and the handlebars needed to be re-wrapped for things to be correctly done I got better quality handlebars and those slick cables that was a bunch of BS and the tune with the bike shop came to $62 for a lot more work I've rode the bike it's perfect and race ready I wouldn't take it to all in cycles for all the money in the world ever again very disappointed I guess they're the only bike shopIn Mesquite and they know it. read more

Took my first ebike to Saint George for assembly had great experience. Took second ebike to Mike for assembly and had poor experience. I think he's more interested in selling bikes than service them. read more
