This company has the best team members ever! My car's electronic emergency brake system activated on my drive up to Salt Lake City and I had two kids and a toddler with me. I was stranded on the freeway in 115 degree heat and multiple team members went out of their way helping me take care of the kids, making sure we all had enough water and helping me get a tow truck. They even stayed open a little longer to make sure we were all safe. I'm not really in the market for a recreational vehicle at the moment, but I definitely will buy one from them if I ever am! First the good: Friendly people and very easy to do business with. Great communication. I called on a unit they showed on CL but it had been sold. Rob, the guy I was talking to, then tells me they just got in another one with more upgrades and options, fewer miles etc etc. Nice. I like being offered options! Knowing I would be coming from 1hr + 45 mins away, he sent me lots of pictures and information on the rig. I was sold on it and we made a trip up the next day and bought it. It went smooth as silk. Test drove it, did the paperwork and we were up the road, I'd guess in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Like I said - easy to do business with. But now the reasons for the three star rating: I really did want to give these guys and gals a 5 star review but can't based on two, star-reducing concerns. A. I was told the unit would get a full detail. Got it home only to discover dirt, rocks and sand everywhere that wasn't easy to spot in early evening light when we bought it. And not just a little - a lot. No joke, a couple of ten year olds could have done a better job with less effort. Second star-loss is a bigger issue. I got a call a couple days after getting home, from Harold, explaining that while they did tell me they performed a complete service check AND oil change like they told me they would do, they hadn't really done that. Ok, honesty's good right? So, they wanted to extend an offer for an oil change and a $50 gift card. I told Harold it would cost me more in gas to load that thing on a trailer and haul it clear back up there. I asked him if they could just mail the gift card down here and I would get the oil change done locally. Nope, not an option apparently as it's not really a "gift card" it's just $50 off anything in their store...and sorry that's it, take it or leave it basically. What could have easily been a 100% great transaction that would guarantee return business on my part was killed by that one $50 pettiness. read more

Friendly. Professional. Genuinely helpful. Everything you want from a service department. I was just out for a Saturday morning ride and when I stopped in Mesquite I noticed some brake fluid leaking around my master cylinder. I decided to stop in to Honda Can-Am to see if a service tech could help me get back on the road safely. Right away I noticed that the service department works as a team. The service manager grabbed a tech to inspect my problem and connected me with the service writer to get me written in. They rolled my bike in straight away, came up with a nifty fix and got me back on the road in just a few minutes. This could have been a day wrecker but these guys saved the day. True pros and genuinely helpful. Oh, and my bike isn't even a Honda and they didn't blink. A million thanks to these guys. On a side note, while I was walking around the shop waiting for my bike, I was greeted by two or three associates from other departments who were all friendly and engaging. My experience in this dealership was pleasant and positive from top to bottom. read more

Dust..Dust...and Dust After purchasing my CFMoto 800 side by side , I rode it a few times in the Utah, Nevada desert area. My air filters were getting slammed by the dust and location of the air filter. I called Polaris world and spoke to kyler from their service department. I asked what he recommended as I was having over-heating issues with the stock filters getting hammered by dessert dust. He recommended what most of the people get local a snorkel filter that attaches to the high-end of my side by side. I took him up on it as merely upgrading the air filters wouldn't fix the fact that most air filter locations are towards the bottom side of the vehicles. Which cause most dust intake, and time consuming just to check the filter before you ride. The total cost was $800 out the door , and he added a LED mount for my light pole kit I purchased on amazon. The snorkel package is awesome , location is prime and easy to get to. It is a Donaldson conversion with a plastic quick view bubble that shows you the dust levels in the filters.(like a vacuum cleaner) Also the filters them selves are in a easy to get to location for a 30 second pull and tap for a quick maintenance clean. My CFMoto run way cooler, has more power, and I don't have to worry about dust blowing out my engine. Polaris World is The place is the best as their staff is down to earth regulars people, with great real world recommendations. I'll definitely be adding more items from Polaris world to my little CFMoto spit fire in the future! (Added the photos with the snorkel kit) read more

Just bought 2020 Pro XP 4 Ultimate... asked if it came with a roof. The salesman said yes they just hadn't installed it yet. Sweet! Got delivered, no roof. Called and asked said no I made a mistake. Got it, no big deal. I have to have a roof. Have a child that needs some shelter from the sun. Installing roof today and looking over the buggie. It's filthy dirty, dirt is everywhere. Also, the front plastics upper and lower have been in an "accident" thanks for giving me a wrecked filthy dirty piece of machinery....oh also there was 2 bolts not installed that were just sitting on the floor. read more

Drove out from Henderson to get my first 25 hour service completed on my Rzrxp1000. Local dealers were charging about double price. Matt in service was courteous and non rushed on the phone. Quoted price and we set the appointment. Despite the longer than usual drive to Mesquite due to an accident, the drive was worth it. We dropped off the machine and as we were finishing our meal at the Casa Blanca we got the call that rig was done, They also fixed the seat adjustment and both doors that weren't catching and flying open while riding. After long consideration we purchased his & hers' Razor RS1's. The whole business has wonderful staff with friendly, helpful people. I have been a longtime fan of Polaris world. I have always bought my machines there. I have always recived good customer service and good machines. Unfortunately this time around I was sold a damaged machine. I was rushed through the sales process and the machine was not reviewed with me. The Polaris outlaw 110 has lots of scratches and signs of wear (see pictures). I understand that these machines are moved from inside to outside everyday, but I believe this amout of wear is unacceptable. Its very existance represent additional wear and tear that is not seen (moter, wheels, bearing ect.) This damage indicates it has been driven many times. When I called Polaris World and asked them to make this right they went from the best customer service to putting me on hold and disconnecting my calls. The machine has been in my possession for less than 24 hours and I offered to bring it back, they refused. I asked them if they could do anything to make it right and they have been silent. The are avoiding me like the plague. I purchase this machine on 10/19/2022 took it home and put it in my garage. The next morning I took the day off to familiarized myself with the machine. That's what I noticed all of the scratches and damage. All I ask is that Polaris World to make this right. Especially to a loyal customer. I should accept some responsibility as I should have thoroughly reviewed the machine with them. I made the mistake of trusting them, since they have always been great in the past. Don't make the same mistake as me. The only response they gave me is, the machine is supposed to get scratched anyway, So what's the big deal? If you're coming from Vegas or Utah don't waste your time. Was told they can't give numbers over the phone /email because of "manufacture in store incentives " and their prices are "better than Vegas" I have emails to prove it. Left work early drove an hour and a half to mesquite from Vegas only to receive an quote more expensive than Local. And to be told there is no "incentives" the machines are also dirty and was offered a test drive which I'm sure 0 break in procedures are followed because I was told " you should drive it its so fast" But the reason I'm writing the review is that the salesman RJ was very unprofessional, and Rude. star I recent purchased a 1000 Razor and we had a 4 seater Odes they would not take it in for a trade but they said they would sell it for us. So we told them ok it has been 2 months and we went down there to find out why it hasn't sold. Well when we went down there it wasn't out in front it was stuck in the back it really upset us so we decided to pick up the ODES and try to sell it ourselves. So my husband went back down there with a sign paper to give them a 10day notice per there contract we were going to take our ATV back. He went into the shop and the sales manager went ballistic and kick my husband out and told him to get the fuck out of the store the atv was a piece of shit. They didn't and they weren't going to sell it . My husband went and got the trailer and when he got back he tried to start the side by side and it wouldn't start The manager was very ignorant to my husband my husband stayed quiet because the manager brought 2 extra guys out because he knew he was wrong how he handle the situation. The manager said it didn't start yesterday so why didn't they call us to me this is very poor management. There was noway they would of sold the Odes the way it looked it was filthy like it has been in the back for a while and they ran the battery down. My husband has never been treated so wrong by this manager and his name is Rob. To me customers should not be treated so badly if they didn't want to sell they should of told us instead of telling us they are going to sell our Odes. The manager was upset because we caught him in a lie I know one thing I will never recommend this store to anyone. Polaris World Mesquite Nevada. We bought a used 2013 800 run in November. 2014 had them deliver it. We had to leave to go back to Wyoming the next morning. We got back to nevada April 2015. I had to air up a tire and noticed it had 12 inch wheels on the right 14 on the left. I took it back to the dealer. It had been 5 months from the time of purchase. No one noticed when we bought it. They asked me what I wanted . I wanted all the wheels the same size. They installed 4 brand new tires and wheels to replace my 4 used wheels and tires. There was no charge to me. We just bought a bran new Polaris general and drove all the way from central Utah to purchase this machine from them because they promised us all sorts of things... We went down and picked up the machine and had to argue with them about a spare tire the promised us in our original deal so they finally bring out a used wheel that didn't match! Now a few months have gone by and our wheels are rubbing the shocks and the wheels the put on have barley any offset! So we switched out the A arms to some nicer ones and now the wheels are rubbing metal on metal! We call them to tell them their is an issue with these wheels they are not the right ones and they basically told us we were stupid and they have done 30+ of these wheels on generals with no problems! Well we send pictures that obviously show the wheels are not correct and then he blames the new arms and we explain again look at the shocks they have been rubbing since day one and then even admitted that the could be wheels for the back not the front but then decide to just call us liars and the new arms are the problem! After trying to make a deal for the purchase of a new Polaris at 1 of our larger Polaris dealers here in Las Vegas, that turned out to be a complete disaster! I decided to venture outside of Las Vegas, I went to Polaris of Mesquite. Before going out there I spoke to Sergio on the telephone, told him my whole story what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, he indicated that he hears this same identical story several times each week from people who have dealt with the other Polaris dealership here in Vegas. Sergio then told me that he was pretty positive they had a Polaris in stock it would fit my needs and in my price range, in fact he was so sure he asked me to please bring my trailer when I came out there for my appointment. Once I arrived it was pretty much like a family owned type business atmosphere, everyone was quick to come up to you shake your hand, say hello, and ask if they can help, the entire staff was extremely nice, professional, and friendly. In fact, when I was introduced to the sales manager Rob, I had to ask if he was the sales manager or the owner, and that's because he treated the transaction as if it were his business and I was very concerned about making a happy customer. One of their mottos, was even if we can't make a deal at least we made a friend. Sergio had 3 different rzr's to show me, threw me the keys, and told me to take it on their little home made track and see how I like it. Which you cannot do at the larger polaris dealership here in Las Vegas. There was no haggling or fighting over the price, I did not feel like I was trying to buy a 73 Ford Pinto with a blue hood for 1 million dollars like at the other Polaris dealership. In fact There was no arguing or fighting over the price whatsoever. I was actually able to add on some options as well. Some of the options were not in stock and had to be ordered. This is how cool these people are. They told me as soon as the parts come in, the usually make a run to Vegas for delivery and drop off and they would make an appointment with me, come to my house, and install the parts on my new rzr. And that is in fact what they did! Stacey made the paperwork process extremely easy and fun, shes very nice and a down to earth kind of person, I highly recommend calling these folks or visiting them for your next purchase.
