Sometimes it's just as good to be told what you don't need as it is to be told what you do need. We…read morereached out to James for a second opinion after being told by another mechanic that we needed an entire new RV refrigerator...~$5K all-in. In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge. Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.

A few days later it was on the website for sale but it did not seem like they cleaned it up any more than we had. Ad says they clean it. Then not too much longer maybe a few weeks we noticed the RV was pending sale. We called them up and asked about it like, was anyone going to mention it to us? Said the paperwork work takes about a month to process. Several weeks went by and we had not heard from them except to accept a lower offer of the RV. They took $2,400 off and we accepted. FInally a few more weeks went by and we called and asked how it was going and they said our check was waiting at the front and we just needed to bring in the title. Again, no communication with us. We had to call them to find this out All in all it was a very easy process except we felt left out of the loop. Comunication was very poor. Our first contact transferred out and we were not given a new contact until we asked about one. Then his voice mail was very unfriendly saying not to leave a message about payment for a month because he would not answer any calls before then regarding payment. He was very unwelcoming sounding until you actually got him on the phone then he was accommodating but we always felt like he had something better to do than talk to us. We thought how many RV's are you selling in a day man that you can't take one phone call? So the process was easy, the communication could be better and I thing we got a fair price for our RV. They got a good chunk of the profits for selling it but we did not have to worry about some fool stealing our RV or robbing us by selling it on our own from home. So I would recommend Camping World to sell your RV on consignment but don't expect any calls keeping you informed about what is going on. Just check the website yourself and see if your RV is pending or not.

My issue was resolved in short order and off I went. I appreciate Camping World acknowledging full timers can't just drop their RVs off & return on another day. My wife and I are full-time timers in our RV. We had been having troubles with our generator…read moreBecause it is a Generac generator we were having a difficult time finding someone to service it. We were referred to RVZZ by a fellow we met. The experience we had at RVZZ was outstanding. From the moment wife and I walked into the office we were treated like royalty. We explained the situation to Tyler, the service manager, and Brian, the generator specialist, and they were very quick to jump on our problem and to solve it! The part we needed had to be ordered in from California. Tyler stayed on top of the situation and made sure their distributor got the part shipped to RVZZ as soon as they received it. Knowing there was a wait time involved in getting the part Brian suggested that he go ahead and pull the generator out of the coach so we would not have to come back until the generator had been repaired. Then he would just have to install it. Tyler did not overpromise. He explained the way the situation should unfold, but also let us know that was the ideal outcome. He was an advocate for is all the way. I am so grateful that we ended up there for the repair. Everyone we met there was courteous, knowledgeable, and had integrity. We were pleased to meet and get to know Tyler, Brian, Julie, Malin, Kona, and the owner, Rick. I feel comfortable recommending RVZZ to you for any and all of your RV needs
