Indy RV, and Malin in particular, saved our butts recently! Our Dometic heater had been broken for weeks; we live in our camper full-time, so no heat was a big problem for us. We'd had three different shops take a look at it, and all three misdiagnosed the issue even after we told them we thought it was a bad igniter. I called Indy RV the Monday before Thanksgiving, and Malin told me to bring it by that afternoon and he'd have their service team take a look as soon as they could. When I got there, he took exhaustive notes on everything I told him so the service team would have all the information needed. He didn't try to lecture me on how it probably wasn't the thing I said it was, like everywhere else; he just asked questions and wrote down everything I said. It did indeed turn out to be an igniter issue, and since Dometic would have taken a week or more to ship the replacement part under warranty, Malin coordinated with their parts distributor to have them provide a new igniter with their next delivery, two days later. They were able to squeeze us in for a replacement on Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and our heater is finally fixed Malin was communicative, understanding, and speedy. He was a joy to work with, and did everything he could to fix our issue as quickly as possible. Thank you to Malin and Indy RV! read more

Terrible customer service, I called to ask for a sales rep. And was told they only had 1 person in store who could help and given nasty attitude by lady name "bree". I was 5 minutes away, so I drove in, 2 sales men where sitting playing on their phones... when I told them I needed to purchase, they both jumped up. So I said... wait the lady said you they only had 1 person here. Then a 3rd lady came out yelling so I said I would take my business elsewhere. After Rv-ing for several years in Utah and California, I can tell you that Indy RV is the best service I've ever experienced. They are simply the best around. I actually bought my Winnebago from Nielson RV, but had terrible experience with their incompetence, lack of communication and sloppy workmanship. Bought a used 2018 motorhome from Indy RV in February of 2023, took many calls & personal visits to the dealership to get them to just register my rig. Finally got my plates in June. My temporary plate was expired for months. Trevor & Cody Never follow through with what they say & never call back. I live in Salt Lake so its much easier for them to kick me to the curb. (it was sure easy for them to take my money though) Interestingly enough, in July i received a nasty letter from the Salt Lake Health Department stating that I had 15 days to send in an emission certificate or my registration would be revoked. They included the exemption form that Cody at Indy RV filled out including my FORGED signature, stating that I would turn in an emission certificate 10 days after the form was filed, FORGED! To sum it up, I would rather go back to the doctor to have my hemorrhoids re-attached than buy anything at Indy RV! read more

These people advertise what they have and lie about it. I drove 500 miles believing what the salesman said. He assured me a motorhome was in excellent condition. First off claercoat peeling and checking in the paint does not equal excellent paint. 2 year old tires with 2017 date codes. Not 2 years old. Excellent interior haa. Someone added peel and stick half way up the walls that was starting to peel because the heat. Water stains up about 2 inches next to the fridge. I think the peel and stick was to cover up water stains. I didn't walk away , I ran. Thanks Shane for wasting my time. read more

False Advertising!! When contacted on a trailer advertised on KSL.com, Craigslist, and their own website was told it was a mistake price from last year's model. Then was told the best they could do for us was charge us $7,000 more than their advertised price. read more

Indy RV is full of a bunch of liars and scammers. Typical salesmen. We saw a fifth wheel for sale online with the exact floor plan we wanted. The RV appeared in great condition , no visible damage. My husband called Indy RV and spoke with Trevor. Informed him we were interested but we had some questions to confirm the condition of the RV as we are located in Southern California and it would be a 400 mile drive for us. Trevor walked through the trailer as my husband asked him specific questions about it and Trevor stated "it's in like new condition!". So a week later we made the 400 mile drive with our 3 month old baby, stayed the night in a hotel and arrived at Indy RV the next morning. Trevor was not in when we arrived (first red flag as he knew we were coming). Art (I'm assuming the service man of the dealer) met us at the RV and stated "I only have a few minutes to show you everything I have things to do" (second red flag). As my husband walked the outside, I walked the inside. The RV was in horrific condition. Dings, scratches and torn upholstery all over the inside. The floor had stains. Even the ceiling was dirty! How someone manages to get 7 foot tall ceilings dirty is beyond me. The outdoor refrigerator for the outdoor kitchen was missing. The latch on the door was broken (it was apparently on order) but in Art's words "you know how that goes". The outside was faded and scratched and was filthy even though they stated they would be getting it cleaned and detailed. It was just awful we couldn't believe we were told it was "like new". We walked out of the RV and was approached by another salesman (never got his name) who said "what do you think?!" My husband replied "that RV is so beat up and is no where near like new. Trevor completely lied to us." His response "well" and a shoulder shrug. Then they wanted us to pay $175 for a capture plate that was ordered for the hitch. My husband in so many words told them no absolutely not and we left making the 400 mile round trip home. Trevor never called to follow up. More than likely he knew he was a liar and tried to scam us. I would never recommend Indy RV to anyone, not even my worst enemy. read more

We used to LOVE Indy. Last year when we purchased our Toy Hauler Trevor, and Darrel were very helpful and great to work with. Since the day we purchased this toy hauler from them it has had problems. They have had to fix our landing gear 2 or 3 times, generator had to be repaired, water leaks, the step bolts came off. That brings us to our last experience with Indy. Our steps basically were coming off the frame, we purchased the extended warranty from Indy. We drop it off again. They "fix" the stairs. I use that term very loosely . We get home, the bolts are sideways in the frame, and just spinning, the welds are some of the worst we have ever seen. We dropped off the trailer for the stairs and another water leak. They call and say its ready. We show up at 6am on Saturday morning to pick it up, the trailer will not lift on the jacks. We look into it and they are broke AGAIN! We drove almost 1.5 hours to find out our jacks are broke again, and we can not get the trailer on our truck. So we leave it, as they were closed. We call as soon as they open. Shane a guy we have never had to deal with(Thank goodness) is now talking to us. We have never been treated so poorly by this dealership. He tells us the jacks are not his fault, it is a bad design on Weekend warriors part. Well YOU sold us the trailer knowing this, WE purchased the extended warranty. So he calls back literally 10 minutes later and says the trailers ready. I asked how. They put a pin in it... He then tells us this trailer will leave us stranded and the warranty company wont pay to fix it. However they were closed, and this morning have no record of them calling in to ask for a jack repair on our trailer. So by this time I just want my trailer out of this place. It has obviously gone way down hill. We get there on Sunday to pick it up, and the jack is still broke, nothing has been fixed. We had to jimmy a way to get the trailer up and barely slid on the truck. There was no way we were leaving it there another day. Now we are in touch with a dealership that actually knows what's going on, it is on its way to being repaired properly! NEVER EVER recommend this dealership again. BEWARE!! read more

I have been meaning to write a review for Indy RV for some time but I just haven't gotten around to it. However, since I purchased my fifth wheel in November and have been using it regularly since January, it probably makes my review more complete, since I have now been regularly using my rig for a few months now: Indy RV offers the best trailer buying experience ever. When I was growing up, my family bought a few trailers and as a single adult woman, I have purchased a cab over camper and then my fifth wheel, which is the rig I purchased from Indy RV. Indy RV by far and away has better customer service than ANY dealership myself or my family has dealt with. Normally customer service comes at a price, but at Indy RV, I was able to negotiate a smoking good deal with Trevor. I had looked at the same model of trailer (and fell in love with the layout) at a dealership in Northern California but the salesperson totally spoke down to me and wasn't willing to make a deal at all (which is why I didn't buy from them!). That is the exact opposite of Indy RV. Even as a single woman I was never spoken down to or treated like I didn't know anything. When I was negotiating with Trevor over the phone (after hours, no less) I asked him to tell me everything that was wrong with it so we could come to an agreement on a price. After my experience looking at trailers in Northern California (besides my bad dealership experience and other lukewarm dealership experiences, a lot of private party RVs had a lot of water damage from an exceptionally bad winter - so bad the Oroville Dam spillway failed), I had planned on buying a rig in non-storm-ravaged Las Vegas because I didn't even know about the dealerships in St. George, so I wanted to come to a firm agreement before making the trip to StG. Trevor told me that there was some minor damage from a tire blow-out and that was it. The price we negotiated was so good that even if there were some other non-major things wrong with it I still would have been happy; so we made a price agreement over the phone and lo and behold, the only thing wrong with it is minor damage from a tire blowout (again, I have been using it for months now : )). The BIGGEST plus though, besides the awesome price they gave, is really the customer service. Keep in mind, I was not a high dollar trailer buyer (yet!); my fifth wheel was under $11K out the door. That's it. That is my entire purchase from Indy RV. However, during my purchase and since then, I have been treated like a high-dollar client, with outstanding, above-and-beyond customer service from Larry, Skyler, and Trevor. Again, this is long AFTER my purchase was complete, which I have found is not the "norm" with many retailers these days, especially if you aren't a high-dollar client. I have seen multiple other RVers that still have their Indy RV paper plates on their trailer and always say something to them when I see them about how Indy is awesome and every person I have said something to also agrees that they provided a great trailer-buying experience. I love having my RV serviced INDY RV. The are all so friendly and accomidating. The repairs are done in a timely manner and with great technical expertise. I called them yesterday to see if they could work on my generator, which wouldn't start. They said their generator specialist was there working on another unit and asked my if I could bring it in right then. I drove my RV right over. After the specialist finished working on his current project, he looked at mine and within 30 minutes he had the carborator rebuilt and my generator was purring like a kitten. The generator sounds better than it ever has! That's great service, and a great service department! While I was waiting, I browsed through their spare parts inventory and I found just the right electrical adapter I need. (I was jumping up and down in the aisle for joy). I also found several other hard-to-find items that made me wish I had checked there first before buying them from other sources. I am extremely happy. read more

I purchased an RV in October. I took delivery knowing that it had a couple of warranty issues to work out. They told me to simply make a list and bring it back after we had a chance to test everything out. They just had it for two weeks, brought it home, and the auto leveling system still doesn't work. It is very frustrating. Had to order parts for some of the other work to be done, so I will have to hook it up and return again. read more

I bought an RV 18 months ago from Indy RV in St. George Utah. Well that was a mistake since day one. I looked over the trailer when i was there and everything looked and worked fine. I picked up the RV a few days latter and brought it back to my house and noticed the back slide was having a hard time opening and making a horrible rattling sound coming as it was closing. I then looked a little closer and noticed a tear in the couch and the window cover had been torn and it was not there when we walked it during purchasing. I waited a few days for them to get it all ready and came to pick it up and it was ready to pick up. When i got home i opened the slide and noticed it wasnt opening smooth and when closing the slide i noticed it making a loud noise and jumping around. Upon further inspection i noticed the leather on the couch and the window treatment had been torn. I emailed them the first night and they were very nice and said they would take care of it all when we got back from our trip. Well we got back we dropped off the RV after they said they would repair it and it sat there for months without them doing anything. Well we did this two other times with it sitting their for months and each time in between we took it on a few trips since we were paying for it. Well in the end they told me i need to call the manufacture and take care of it myself! If anyone is out there looking for a RV no deal is good enough to have to deal with these guys! Funny story is i took it to another RV place and they warrantied all the work and got it out of the shop in two weeks and repaired the issues! Having had a horrible experience with another St George Ut RV company we headed to Indy to see if they could help us. Not only did we hate the trailer we had recently purchased, we owed more than it was worth. Shane bent over backward to find a wholesaler that would give us the most. He took us through the trailers looking for the right one, asking all the right questions. He made sure we found a trailer that was everything we needed. Skyler never once made me feel stupid when I asked questions about the contract I was having trouble understanding. They didn't just do this once, they did it twice. We changed our mind about the first trailer deciding it was just way to much trailer for us to handle. We are an older couple. When we did our walk through, Wally found a problem and asked if we could come back the next day. He won't let the trailer leave until everything's perfect. We brought the trailer home and started getting it ready to take it on its maiden voyage when we noticed one of the air conditioners wasn't cooling. We called. They said bring it right down. We did. They had it fixed and on our way home that same morning. INCREDIBLE. From the owner all the way to the detail department. You will not go wrong here. read more
