My husband and I just purchased our first boat from them and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Bailey "Bill" went above and beyond to make sure this went smoothly. We drove from California and we're on a tight schedule. He made it happen for us! He walked us through the entire boat, answered all of our questions, gave us great tips. He and the very nice woman with long brown hair (sorry can't remember her name) made sure we were totally ready to be out on the water for the 4th of July. I took my boat there with the assurance that it would be done in two weeks. Three weeks later I called to follow up and they said it would be yet another week or two in the meantime they notified me that it had been stored outside in the windy weather and in a weeklong rainstorm. Now each time I call I am told that they're waiting on notification for a quote from the dealer. I have now been without a boat for a month and the only communication that I get is when I initiate it. This is very poor customer service and I am also extremely frustrated at the fact that this boat that I keep meticulously covered and maintained was allowed to sit out in the rain. I am not yet aware how much damage has been done to the cover or the tower because of this! read more

Good thing I didn't base my decision to use them on previous reviews! My experience was Five Star. I bought a used boat and trailer in another city and had brake trouble on the way home. I decided to have all four wheels checked for brake and bearing condition, and Rogers made a hole in their busy schedule for me. I had 10 days before friends were arriving to enjoy Lake Powell, and Rogers made it happen, a day early and on estimate. Their service manager was careful to explain the possible findings when they pulled the wheels on this 18 year old trailer, so I was prepared for the rusty mess they found. If I happen to have any difficulty on the upcoming trip, I promise to write another review, but for now I'm very impressed. They have a broad line of boats and motors for sale, lots of accessories to look over, and a parts department well stocked and aware of how to find something they don't have. Nice people, easy to talk to, and honest about schedule and service. read more
