I recommend these guys! They did me a solid when my Aqua Hot wouldn't run which left me without heat and hot water in January. My first trip to their lot the AH fired up, I got back to my spot and no AH. I took my coach down again and they determined it needed a new thermostat thingy. My wife and I are full-time timers in our RV. We had been having troubles with our generator Because it is a Generac generator we were having a difficult time finding someone to service it. We were referred to RVZZ by a fellow we met. The experience we had at RVZZ was outstanding. From the moment wife and I walked into the office we were treated like royalty. We explained the situation to Tyler, the service manager, and Brian, the generator specialist, and they were very quick to jump on our problem and to solve it! The part we needed had to be ordered in from California. Tyler stayed on top of the situation and made sure their distributor got the part shipped to RVZZ as soon as they received it. Knowing there was a wait time involved in getting the part Brian suggested that he go ahead and pull the generator out of the coach so we would not have to come back until the generator had been repaired. Then he would just have to install it. Tyler did not overpromise. He explained the way the situation should unfold, but also let us know that was the ideal outcome. He was an advocate for is all the way. I am so grateful that we ended up there for the repair. Everyone we met there was courteous, knowledgeable, and had integrity. We had an issue with our 5th wheel and even though RVZZ isn't an authorized Jayco dealer, they assisted with how we could get the warrantee still covered if they needed to work on it for us. Our electrical system suddenly shut down on a 105 degree Friday afternoon. We have two dogs in the RV so it isn't easy to find a place out of the heat. This review is long overdue...last summer we went on a long road trip with our 26ft trailer from SoCal to Yosemite. During our first stop in St George our air conditioning broke during the 104 heat!! Unfortunately that evening we were too late to phone anyone as all business were closed. The next day we phoned about 6 RV repair shops and mobile RV guys but no one could either help or assist as either inventory was low or their next availability wasn't until 2 months out. By miracle the last phone call we made was with RVzz. They were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. They managed to slot us in THAT day for a quick assessment of the airco (and a leaking toilet on top of that)! The airco needed to be replaced and although we couldn't find the exact spec at first..they kept phoning around to see if they could either find a better suited airco or whether an existing one that they had in stock would do. In the end they managed to use an existing airco they had in stock after consulting with the factory repair folk. They kept me informed all the way through the process and were EXTREMELY customer focused and VERY helpful along the way! These guys saved our holiday trip!!! What a rip off...made an appointment for them to check our Cummins generator because they were "certified" Cummins/Onan Repair Shop. Appointment was for 10:00 a.m. Left the motorhome there & went for lunch. Came back at 1:00 & they hadn't even looked at it! By 3:30 they determined there was nothing wrong with the generator and charged us $140.00. We left and the generator promptly quit working. My husband replaced the fuel pump & filter himself and it's worked fine since. Sent several letters of complaint to the owner with no response at all. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE. read more

They hooked the fifth wheel to my truck pulled the wrong pin.So when I got to the end off there drive the hole fifth wheel came off crashing into the cad and bed of the truck.They put a new hitch in at no cost.They said they would pay for the damage and then didn't.The new hitch they installed was installed incorrectly (they put the lock washers on the head of the bolts instead of the not side.When we got back to cal 2 bolts had fell completely off and the other 2 were almost off.These people put our very lives in danger twice.Plus they don't keep there word one bit.Stay away and live bad work is putting it mildly read more

I took our toy hauler tent trailer in to RVZZ on a recommendation from our insurance agent at state farm saying they would give a quote for leaky roof repair. We took our trailer in, in January 2018 for the quote. Tyler, our service writer Originally told us Josh, I believe was his name use to work for our tent trailer company which is Fleetwood evolution e4 trailer model and knew them inside and out. After calling repeatedly for weeks he was no longer working there and Tyler would check it out personally. Well, Tyler could not get the motor for some reason to lift the roof. So instead he hand cranked it. YOU CANNOT HAND CRANK A TENT TRAILER LIKE THIS WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE LIMITER WHICH HAS A BRAKE THAT KEEPS THE ROOF FROM FALLING. THIS IS GOING AGAINST THE BRAKE AND WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING. He called my wife and said," I about threw my back out cranking your roof." I immediately knew what he had done and drove straight down there to make sure he knew that was the worst thing he could do. Sure enough they had damaged not just the motor but the entire wiffle tree shaft needed to be replaced to. Took our Trailer in in January 2018. Insurance declined to insure the roof repair in February so we paid RVZZ out of pocket to seal the roof and do the repairs and paid them for work done in February. It was this same time they broke our lift system and shaft. They have admitted this is their fault and PROMISED THEY would make it right. THIS PROMISE TO MAKE IT RIGHT WAS ON MARCH 7th. It is August 8th now and my trailer is still sitting there broken. Not once has the owner called me, not once has anyone tried to actually remedy the situation and get us taken care of. They no longer make the shaft for my trailer so instead of having a shop fabricate one to replace the one they destroyed, or making a claim on their own insurance, as initially it was an accident on their part but accidents happen. Just make it right and fix it. They keep trying to jimmy rig something and they keep breaking. My wife and my 2 kids, this is what we do. We camp, every weekend, and for 6 months now we have been treated like we don't matter. I have asked to speak to the owner on several occasions and he will not even respond. The biggest kicker is that originally after their so called fix, they tried to give it back to me completely broken like nothing had happened and when I went to pick it up they had hand cranked it so hard they had broke the coupler off the motor and welded a piece back on as a cover up. And it wouldnt work at all. Please do not take your business to RVZZ.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will update this review now every week or so until we have our trailer back at home. They do not care at all that our trailer went in with nothing but a leaky roof and they destroyed it and do not care enough to do the right thing and just repair it! read more

I purchased a brand new 2018 Gulf Stream BT5245 Motorhome sight unseen (except pics & brochure info) & traveled over 1000 miles together with friends in their motorhome to pick it up with the intention of vacationing in Bryce & Zion for the week following. Given 30 days advance notice of our pickup date and intention of camping (and their OK to spend the night prior in their yard) I arrived to find it unwashed or checked out, and not even plugged in to cool the refr! Given that, they apologized but said to come in so I could sign paperwork and get that out of the way while they washed the unit. With my money in hand, RVzz gave me a quick walkthrough (after waiting 3 hours for cleaning) and we set off for Walmart & Costco to fill the rig. It was then I opened the kitchen cabinet under the sink to find out there isn't even a single drawer in the kitchen! The disappointments continued to follow.... the refr didn't work in the 95 degree heat for 2 days, the toilet clogged up 3rd day into the trip, when bringing in the slide after our first rainstorm a river of water washed in across the floor, after a night of snow in Montana the replaced awning over the slide clogged up with snow-- maybe installed improperly when RVzz replaced the original that was also installed wrong. This has been the most expensive & disappointing purchase I have ever made. I have received no compensation or relief from RVzz for my time & trouble and truly feel I deserve something. They wouldn't even a fill the tank with gas or propane when we left their yard. The owner won't give me the time of day or respond to emails. I realize this P.O.S. was manufactured by Gulf Stream but their Service Dept. doesn't appear to have gone through the unit & tested it thoroughly prior to my arrival and I truly think it wasn't washed so that they could have their people in the unit to clean while I surrendered my money to them. I SHOULD have just left it with them, donated my deposit and spent the money to FLY home!!! Don't EVER take their word for the unit being in great shape and from what I've seen so far, don't ever buy GULF STREAM!! There is no real wood, screws on the hinges are falling out of the particle board and cabinet doors are falling off, molding is coming lose, hinges are mounted on the wrong side of the doors, there is no heater vent or stereo speaker in the living area of the coach... simple things that some brain-dead engineer couldn't have thought of? and their Quality Control is non-existent! Made in America isn't what it SHOULD be at their facility! I would be happy to talk to anyone considering the B Touring Cruiser to advise them of the flaws and send pictures to document my facts. Where do I begin? I purchased a 2006 class A rv from Rick sight unseen from Alaska. After many phone calls with the sales manager Rabbitt I was convinced that it was the cleanest motorhome they had seen in a long time. The coach only had 27000 miles and being a diesel pusher I was assured it would run like a top for a long time. I took delivery at my hotel in salt lake city as I was in town dropping my son off at college and planned on using the motorhome during this time and driving it back to Alaska because what could go wrong. They had it for weeks after I purchased it to fix everything they could find and make sure it would be the coach of our dreams. We woke up the next day before ever driving it anywhere to oil all over the ground under the engine so a day long wait at the cummins dealer revealed 4200.00 dollars in repairs which Rick agreed to pay for which I give him credit. We rented a hotel and spent about 1500.00 dollars on hotel and rental car waiting for the repairs to be done since the shop couldn't start on it till the next week. We took delivery again and made it two days on our journey home before the trim leaked water on the transmission controls and fried a motor on the transmission. So the diagnosis bill was 1500.00 dollars and two one way tickets back home because they would have to order the part. Another one way ticket back to Canada 600.00 dollars and then a 2600.00 dollar bill from freightliner. So I get it home and it was pulling to the right on the trip so dropped off at our local freightliner and now I'm told 7000.00 dollars for complete front end replacement and exhaust leak on motor plus the starter went out at the border window. I hope this review helps the next sucker to stay away from RVZZ as they sold me a piece of junk and said there was nothing wrong with it at all because they spent two weeks checking it out. read more
