We just picked up our RV from being repaired at RV Nation and couldn't be happier. Our RV is new, took delivery on 7/12 and the selling dealer was completely inept at any task. We contacted RV Nation and they quickly set an appointment for our service request, even though they were not on the service provider list from our manufacturer. My Moterhome Was Repar by R/V Nation Was A Very BAD JOB ALMOST $10.000 Dollars Had To Replace 3 Group 27 Deep Cycle Batteries That Were Onley 11 Months Old And A Side Terminal Start Battery and All Because Thay Had My Class A Mothome For All Most 6 Months And They Left Both Battery Switched On And Never Bothered to Charged Them Even Though I Even Though I had Given Them The Charge Cables To Plug it In And When I Delivered Moterhome to Them I Showed The Owner,s Wife How's To Turn Off The Battery Switch Inside Door And explained The Importance Of Turning Of Batteries When I when I When I Picked Up Moterhome All Batteries Were DEAD And Witin A week Of Pickup The Gel Coat Had A 6inch Crack in It And The Bradn New AWNING Was Installed Wrong And After Using It For The 1st Time It Was Almost Impossible To Put AWAY A Very Bad Install I Will Never Ever Go Back To Them AGAIN And Even Got Into A Fight With The OWNER Over The Employee Prying Open The Dog House because I Had Put A Security Locks On Hood Even Though I Watch ed Though I Watched there Employee Pry Opened The Hood Ads All The Batteries Were DEFINITELY DEAD read more

Will not return. After spending well over 10k and waiting months, certain items were still not fixed and the owner treated us like crap. We have an older motorhome with low miles. We still should be treated with the same respect as someone with a newer rig. I think they have taken on more work than they can handle in a timely manner. read more

The most incredible group of professionals in the industry. The ownership is fantastic. In short we were on our third day of a three month nationwide RV trip and our air conditioner burned up, done, out. It was a 110 degrees we acquired a brand new air conditioner from Camping World across the highway, Craig a CW said he knows a guy that might be able to install it quickly, and turned us over to the owner of RV Nation, he met us in person, scheduled the work for the next morning, they arrived it was 100 degrees already at 10:00 AM, they installed it, helped us with a wiring issue and charged us a fair market price if not better. I really wanted to like this place, and thought we would based on our initial phone conversations, but left after services paid and rendered and just felt cheated and disappointed with ourselves really. From the Outset, the owner was fantastic. We had called because in addition to a small number of things that needed real attention on our travel trailer, we had suddenly broke a bolt on thsway bar on our hitch, which we weren't prepared for, so we were traveling with our hitch precariously strapped. When we called, he was generous to let us store our trailer with him until he was able to get technicians to work on it. He was even more generous and empathetic when I had called a few times to see if we could push our window forward, He was patient and truly possess a great level of customer service. Our trailer was ready as quickly as he was able, and we drove over excited to see our home with the repairs and get back on the road. When we arrived, we were directed to park in the back of the facility where they would use their fork lift to bring it to the street. We park across the street, see our trailer with the hitching component detached (this is a pro pride hitch, and while it may look antiquated to anyone unfamiliar with them, and is certainly heavier and of more components, It is our hitch. The irony is not lost on me that it broke...but that was more likely human error as we are a family of 3 and learning as we go, living in the trailer full time.) So, we said bulky, massive hitch laying in front of the trailer and a technician walks out with a dolly. Sits said dolly down and then proceeds to pick up one end of the hitch and drag it across the asphalt in so that he can make room to maneuver the fork lift into position, then brings the trailer to the street, returns the forklift and puts the hitch on the dolly and brings that out to the trailer. At this point my wife and and I and our baby are sitting in the truck watching the one person trying to lift this hitch off the ground and attach it to the trailer. I walk over offer to help (I've never taken it off before..because its always attached to the trailer...and at this point, I of course don't mind helping, because logistically it was pretty difficult for one person and he was struggling, and also, it just what you do. What I end up having is a bitterness for helping) As I mentioned, we had a small list of things that needed attention, and the hitch was an immediate attention need. The needed attention items were that half our awning had ripped off a year ago while traveling the same road the hitch broke, just in the opposite direction (the 89, from Arizona to Utah. If you know..you know), so we had our awning strap duck taped, as it needed either welding or sometime of reinforcement. Our electrical system was not communicating with our truck, so our blinkers or brake lights wouldn't operate. Actually, at that time, the blinkers would work, but they would run opposite of where you wanted to go, but the break lights didn't work, so we were driving a second family car behind until we could get this fixed. Our air-conditioner went out on us this past summer in the southern heat, so we needed to make sure we were up and running without worry for this upcoming one. Lastly, we had an external propane leak at one of the tank valves. These were our items. Nothing huge, so we knew it could all be done in a day or so. And again, we pushed to get out as quickly as possible, and we were accompanied and extremely grateful. Despite our pushiness and their rushing, we still paid full price. both parties were seemingly happy when the bill was paid and I expressed my disappointment regarding our hitch being dragged. felt heard. We still felt really fortunate that we found R.V. Nation along our way and that they were able to get us in and out and be so customer service forward. Hitch is assembled to trailer, I reverse the truck, get everything in line and set and then we notice one of the custom bolts from the hitch that connects to the truck hitch and then is pinned, is completely missing. I of course love the "are you sure it was there when you left the trailer?". Yes. It was welded on. But, I imagine that one possibility is that it gained liberation of its person and found its own journey in this world as it was being dragged across the asphalt before our eyes 60 yards away. Manager ran out with a standard bolt and washer to fit in the hole and offered to buy the piece. It was an unfortunate issue but not the end of the world. I don't dabble in the economies of sculpted metal, but I know it wasn't that much. Just an annoyance. So, then we get in, shift to drive, and... none of the electrical works. Its actually worse than before, blinkers really don't work. first yelp review, running out of space. only thing that works is propane. paid 670$, with 175$ hour. broken pieces of AC unit on ground.
