Jeremy was quick to get us hooked up and on our way. During our trip, I found out the dealership couldn't help us since they were closing and not reopening until Tuesday due to Memorial Day. No hook up fees, nothing just miles so i thought i would push the buttons a little and ask to be towed to cedar city where at least i had family and the difference in cost was the same if i got a hotel... so they said 1.25 a mile. it was 200$ total which ended up being a little less than the quote. the driver was a little drowsy but he got his butt out of bed at 130 and got to us in an hoour and a half, and we got to cedar by 6 am. my family of five had to squish in his truck which only had two seat belts. but it was all part of the excitement. the kids loved the freedom, but were tired anyways. in talking to the driver thy have gone as far north as WY and south as Baker california... so if you break down, and you need a good deal, i gave them five stars because they were fair in their pricing and sent someone so early in the morning.... poor guy i hope he made it home okay.

The accident dislocated the front fender on our BMW and would have rendered it unsafe for our drive home to Las Vegas, let alone for safe transportation on our multi-day adventure in Utah. We connected with Rick Averett at the Dealer Collision Center. After his first prognosis that it would take at least two weeks to complete the job, Rick read the disappointment on our faces. "Let me see what we can do," he said, and he went back to the drawing board. A short time later, he came back with a solution: he could do a temporary fix that would be safe for highway driving sufficient to take our holiday in Utah and make it home safely to Las Vegas, where we could get the car permanently fixed. We agreed. He and his team did the work. The cost was reasonable. And the car looked great! Our trip was back on track--and completed without a hitch.
