They fixed everything and were so thoughtful to make sure that we trouble-shooted the needs together. Fixing the door and finding the parts to do so, they made the experience so easy to say yes! I was able to make it to St. George but knew I had to get a temporary repair to make the long return trip. My insurance agent referred me to Rocky Mountain Collision. I was warmly greeted my the receptionist who assured me that Matt would take care of me. He was able to stitch up my car and had it ready for the road the same day. When I asked how much I owed him ,he just held his hand up in a high five position and said "that's all, I like to take care of my customers ". I was astounded by his kindness. If I lived in St. George, this would be my Go To place forever. Thanks Matt for making a difficult situation so much easier on me.

We were stranded on the side of N Snow Canyon Pkwy with our rental conversion van. We're not local…read moreand were on our last night of a 3-week long cross country journey. Dylan, one of the Kaos mechanics was called out by the dispatcher to change our tire. We canceled the request a little while later when we realized our issue was bigger than a tire and needed the van to be towed. Miraculously, Dylan decided to show up anyway just to take a look and see if we needed help. He was like an angel. He quickly diagnosed that our issue was WAY more than a tire, and that the engine was essentially falling out from underneath the van. He saved us from getting in a dangerous and expensive situation, if we had just swapped the tire and moved along. Dylan followed the tow truck to the shop. He somehow made space for the van's repair in the Kaos shop (which doesn't even normally work on these types of vehicles). Since we didn't have any option but to stay in the van overnight, he made sure we had access to water and a safe parking space at the shop overnight. He also did a scan on the engine to make sure it wasn't unsafe for us to even stay in. Meeting someone with such a kind heart is a really special occasion. As scary and inconvenient as our van troubles were, we are grateful it gave us a chance to meet such an awesome person. Thank you, Dylan!!

They explained everything well so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings or surprises. The estimate was accurate and reasonable. They did all they could to accommodate my needs and then some. I keep saying "they" because I don't remember the guys name, I think it was Doug, When problems came up he updated and explained what and why but he had prepared us for the possibility that the manifold might be broken. After calling multiple diesel mechanics and all saying they could take a look at it in a few days I called Southwest Diesel. Darren said they were swamped but he'd take a look at it. As I was waiting in the office to give my information there was already a mechanic working on my rig. He came in and showed me the issue. I was going to need a new air filter and a new fuel filter and they both had to be ordered. I was thinking "great, how long is that going to take?" I kid you not, while the mechanic was removing my old air filter about 10 minutes go by and a pickup truck pulls into the lot and he says "there's your air filter". Maybe another 5 minutes go by and a different truck rolls in and he says there's your fuel filter. Amazing!! I went from thinking I was going to be stuck in St. George for multiple days to problem solved in about an hour. Absolutely top notch service. Super knowledgeable people. They talked me through the whole process and explained what each part did for my engine and what caused the issue. Can't thank and recommend them enough.

Basically performed a top end rebuild, replaced my cam and everything needed to ensure a perfect repair. The accident dislocated the front fender on our BMW and would have rendered it unsafe for our drive home to Las Vegas, let alone for safe transportation on our multi-day adventure in Utah. We connected with Rick Averett at the Dealer Collision Center. After his first prognosis that it would take at least two weeks to complete the job, Rick read the disappointment on our faces. "Let me see what we can do," he said, and he went back to the drawing board. A short time later, he came back with a solution: he could do a temporary fix that would be safe for highway driving sufficient to take our holiday in Utah and make it home safely to Las Vegas, where we could get the car permanently fixed.
