We went to Duck Creek this past January and were not prepared for a snowy road leading to the cabin. We were stuck on the road for a good 20 minutes before Laramy showed up with his truck. Last night we found ourselves in the worst case scenario: Broken down on the side of the highway on day 1 of a cross country move towing a trailer with all of our belongings, and our dogs in the car. Ladd's was the closest towing company and we couldn't have gotten luckier (sans the whole breaking down thing). They put my jeep on the bed and towed our trailer as you would expect, but went above and beyond to help us, completely lost in an unfamiliar city, find a mechanic to bring the car to and took our need for a hotel, care for our dogs, and security of our belongings all into account. I am so grateful for this amazing family owned business!! I was heading up to Cedar Highlands with some girlfriends and lost control of my car. Ended up sliding backwards into the ditch and we were completely stuck. We were pretty shaken up. People driving past kept saying "call Ladd!" So we did. Our car broke down on the freeway during a multi-state's road trip and we were waiting for our insurance to find a tow truck. After an hour we decided to call ourselves Ladd's and a friendly person helped us right away. We got lucky and the tow truck arrived only a few minutes later. Professional, fast and kind, the two guys who helped us drove us in the tow truck to an hotel they recommended, gave us recommendations on where to eat and were really caring to make sure everything would be OK for us despite the hardship of a broken car. My 26 ft travel trailer suffered a broken leaf spring just outside of Cedar City Utah on a Sunday. All automotive repair shops were closed and mobile repair didn't answer their phones. When preparing to leave the campsite from our weekend trip to Zion National Park, we got our car keys locked in the trunk. This happened to be a Sunday and also happened to be Easter, but Ladd's Towing made their way to us inside the campground at the park in about 90 minutes. He hit the ETA, found our campsite no problem and got us into our car quickly. While I imagine anyone would be annoyed to have to bail out a couple idiots like us on Easter, he showed no signs of that and was upbeat, polite and pleasant. read more

I could not be more thankful for Ladd's Towing and the true hero that literally saved our lives today. We got caught in an unexpected snow storm on a very steep grade. Our SUV and travel trailer were not moving up the hill. We even slid backwards at one point. I really thought we might slide right off the road. And then a box truck, coming the other direction, also started sliding and was headed toward us until he was able to have his breaks and tires catch... I was truly scared for our lives. After a plow / sander passed we tried to get behind the path but still could not move. The wonderful gentlemen from Ladd's pulled up behind us, came up to our window and instructed me on how to get the car moving. The genuine thoughtfulness and willingness to help in the middle of a snowstorm and when I was clearly out of my element was and is still so appreciated. Working out of town, and my tire BLOWS big time. I call roadside assistance expecting a tire change. Ladd's appears with the MOST accomodating young man I have EVER met in an emergency situation. Lo and behold he discovers ( and so do I ) there is NO spare tire equipped for my 2015 Hyundai Sport Accent. Reed ( that's his name ) goes thru my entire manual trying to find where the spare is located (cuz we both can't believe a very nicely appointed hatchback with sun-roof would NOT have a spare or donut). But, yep, right there in the manual...confirmation! Trust me, I can HARDLY wait to get back to my dealership in Vegas...he won't like what he hears from me ( but that's another story). Anyway, this young man gets on the horn and ANOTHER very nice man appears from Ladd's with a tow truck ( and I'm ashamed to say did not catch his name ) and figures out the best place to take my car (after hours) ...and the closest place to my hotel (GoodYear Tires) ....where they towed the car and then dropped me at my hotel safe and sound. I am out of town working and stressed to the max not knowing where to go or what to do, and these fine gentlemen came to my rescue and my blood pressure dropped about a hundred points back to normal cuz of their care. Reed is every mother's dream for a son ( sorry but its true ) and everything was "yes, maam" and "is there anything else I can do for you, maam"? He showed that kind of respect. I was assigned to take care of Lins and Smiths marketing while here in Cedar City, never realizing I was going to have to reach out for help...and TOTALLY being taken care of by these fine people and Ladds Towing Service. I'd give you 5 stars but that would be an insult. You deserve 10 STARS +. We had a wheel bearing fail on our travel trailer by Cedar City Ut. Ladds Towing responded to the call, he loaded truck and trailer on his flat bed and took us to a RV park as it was Sunday and no repair shops were open.
