She kept us up to date on progress, told us how to arrange for a cheaper rental car through Motor City, followed up with us several times a day, and was just a ray of sunshine on a dark day. I did not award 5 stars because: 1. The mechanics broke something while removing the fuel tank. The had to order the part, delaying the repair by several hours. 2. When our pickup was towed in, we entered the service department with the driver. I explained who I was and why I was there (had called earlier). Our tow truck driver asked where to leave our pickup. A young lady (named Christine, I believe) replied, "I don't know." The tow truck driver and we exchanged glances... The first thing one should learn about customer service, is NEVER SAY "I DONT KNOW." You say, I will find out for you(!!!) Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was not good business.

We told Chris our situation and it took about 15-20mins and he told us our radiator got a serious leak and needs to be replaced. I couldn't be more thankful that they had a radiator in stock and fits perfectly in our car. We were told it'll be finished in 2hours. I'm amazed of how professional and how fast the process was.
