I can not give this company and Titus enough praise!! We were visiting Cedar City with our 4 dogs when our Expedition lost the front wheel. We were stuck in a parking lot with our dogs. We used our AAA and Titus showed up really quick and had to jack the Expedition up to put the wheel back on just so he could get it on the flatbed truck. I felt bad that he had to drive from Cedar City Utah to Henderson NV where the dealership was located. Not all heros wear capes. Some are named Titus and drive a tow truck!! THANKS TITUS! I had an unfortunate experience today (7/10/20) when I pulled out of a gas station in Palawan, UT and got about 100 yards before my RV just quit! These guys are thief's it's 57 miles from Cedar City to Saint George roughly 45-50 min drive guys is trying to charge me 30 min to hook on both ends 1hr to drive there & 1hr to drive his tow truck back he quoted $110hr his the hell did he come up with $650 !!! I was driving from San Diego, headed to Boise, today. My truck died just past Cedar City. I called AAA, and they dispatched All Ways Towing. Steven, the driver, was very polite, and called me to let me know he was on his way. He showed up, loaded my truck, and we had a nice conversation on the way to the repair shop where my truck was going. Since I didn't have a vehicle, I had planned to Uber or cab it to my hotel. Steven generously offered to drop me off at my hotel, and I graciously accepted. Kudos to Steven for great service and professionalism. Great job for hiring him! read more

First, if there was a rating higher than a five stars, I would give it X 10!! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Logan with All Ways Towing. He is a hero in my eyes. My friend and I were visiting the St George / Cedar City area from California. Unfortunately, our car stalled on the highway about 15 miles away from our hotel and we could not get it to restart. We called for roadside service and had a call back from Logan within minutes! He let us know the timeframe in which he would be there, 30-45 minutes. That seemed reasonable considering where we were, the weather conditions, and time of night. While waiting he made several calls to us to check on us and give an update on his arrival time. He arrived in less than his estimated 30-45 minutes. The first thing he did was help us out of the freezing cold into his warm truck to thaw out, then set to work getting the car loaded and on our way. Ultimately, he actually resolved the issue with the engine and saved us from having to delay our return home to California while waiting for Mechanics to open on Monday. As far as I'm concerned, he is a knight in shining armor. Bottom line, contact this company if you are in the area and ever need to be towed. One of the best towing experiences we have ever received!!! We were stranded just outside of Cedar City with a broken down car in the middle of the night and Logan came to our rescue. He was very compassionate, understanding, and extremely helpful. He had a smile on his face right from the first moment he came up to help us and his demeanor never once changed. It turned out our car only needed a jump, so he jumped our car and we were able to make it safely to our hotel in cedar city. THEN...the next morning I went to start our car and it wouldn't start. So we called them back again and Logan was there to save the day AGAIN, with a smile and compassionate heart. He gave us another jump on the car and I was able to drive the car to the auto shop. Incredible, prompt, courteous, patient service from Tow Tech, Rigby and owner Hunter! We were in a real jam with a flat on the vehicle we tow our fifth-wheel trailer with (our rolling home currently!) part way up a 9900 ft. mountain pass!! We were both (trailer and pickup) seperately towed back down the canyon to a tire retailer And the trailer to a local campground as the hour was getting late.
