Smith's was recommended so we called on a Thursday afternoon, they said to bring it right over. We found an RV park to drop the camper and got the pickup to them that afternoon. They looked at it right away even though their lot was full. And then had us come back Friday morning so they could finish running codes. Turns out the fuel injectors were shot. Fortunately they had a full set in stock . I still can't believe they finished up by the end of the work day on Friday and we were back on the road first thing Saturday morning. Kyle, Skyler and Joe were unbelievably knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They definitely check all the boxes. I still can't say enough about how amazing we were treated. We all know how stressful breaking down on the road is but if you are ever near Cedar City Utah call Smith's they are the best!!!

I talked with Matt and he said he was going in to find out when they would start on it and then he would call and let me know. Not sure if they are just severely understaffed or incompetent, or a combination of the two. This has put me in an unpleasant situation with my builder.
