Absolutely Lifesaver on the 4th of July!…read more I am on a long road trip with my family in our 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander when our dashboard suddenly lit up with a bunch of serious malfunction errors, and the car lost driving power. It was incredibly stressful, especially since it happened right before the holiday weekend when almost every other repair shop was completely closed. I pulled into this Steve's Shell Service Center, and Steve stepped up to help us. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and calm. He is extremely knowledgeable about modern vehicle electronics and took the time to listen to what happened, scan the vehicle's computer codes, and explain exactly what was causing the glitch. He cleared the error codes for us completely for free so we could get back on the road safely and finish our holiday trip. After a long test drive, the car is running perfectly normal again and all the dashboard lights are gone. Steve didn't just fix our car's electronic glitch; he saved our entire holiday weekend. If you ever need honest, expert, and genuinely caring mechanical help, go see Steve at this Shell station. I cannot thank him enough!

Our first interaction with Cedar City Auto Repair and Maintenance was last year, and they were extremely communicative with me, honest, and fair. They did a great job in repairing my daughters car in a very timely manner. Fast forward to yesterday - my daughter called telling me that her car was driving very rough. I called Cedar City Auto Repair to schedule an appointment with Michelle. She was extremely nice and was able to squeeze my daughter in so she would not be without a car. It was dropped off yesterday and they said they would start working on it immediately. This morning, we get a call saying that the car was fixed, and that they were able to get it fixed under warranty! I would HIGHLY recommend Cedar City Auto Repair and Maintenance to everybody. They are very honest, professional and the definition of a great small business. Thank you very much!!!

I don't think I've ever seen a mechanic that was that happy to talk to a customer. Left them with the key and phone number. We were called back soon after that and told exactly what the problem was (decrepit spark plugs) and he suggested an oil change because it looked like it had been a while. I'm not going to lock him into a price by saying what it was, but it was very reasonable. About the time he said it would be done, we got a call saying it was done. Runs much better. Juan's the best. It can be such a crap shoot finding a good and honest mechanic, but there you go. He's both.

This is the only place I bring my cars to get repaired as they are knowledgeable, guarantee the work, and are very considerate.

I couldn't be more thankful that they had a radiator in stock and fits perfectly in our car. We were told it'll be finished in 2hours. I'm amazed of how professional and how fast the process was.
