We told Chris our situation and it took about 15-20mins and he told us our radiator got a serious leak and needs to be replaced. I couldn't be more thankful that they had a radiator in stock and fits perfectly in our car. We were told it'll be finished in 2hours. I'm amazed of how professional and how fast the process was. Landed him in Cedar City at Triple S Polaris. Porter was our Salesman. We had a fantastic experience with our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about our new off-road vehicle on the lot, from engine specs to suspension setups. What he didn't know he said he would ask because he was still new on job. . He answered all my husband's questions, listened to what we wanted, and never tried to "change the subject" (very focused). His honesty and enthusiasm made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Brett was great from the financing department. Very friendly. Then there was James aka Santa for the day, he is in the parts department. Great personality and assured us that if we needed anything to call and he would take care of our needs. There were two other employees (I did not get their names). I believe one was James wife.
