My kids and I broke down yesterday driving from Vegas to St George. I'm sure they have helped plenty of people but not us, we called our insurance to get help when our radiator blew put at Zion. Now I cant Fualt then, and wont blam them or speculate wither or not they got our call from the insurance but they said they didn't. But then the proceaded to say but they would come if they did, because of the weather. It wasnt even raining and if it was, think how much worse that would be for us stuck in the ran in a forgen place to us, and the one person who was supposed to come wouldn't. Jeremy and Jordan at Get Hooked Towing are running a first class operation. They helped make the best out of a horrible situation when Enterprise car rental couldn't care less. Our rental car had major issues crossing the Utah border on our way to Zion. In order to help from derailing our vacation, Jeremy was willing to tow the Yukon to Vegas, pick up the replacement and deliver it to our hotel and leave the keys at the front desk so our plans wouldn't be interrupted. Of course Enterprise said I had to be there to pick up the replacement. Jeremy was happy to let me ride with him (Enterprise wanted me to take a taxi or Uber 3 hours away).
