They seem to do mostly do e-bikes and if you are not used to the hills an e-bike is the way to go. Bike Riding in mesquite is great way to see the town. Most roads have a bike/gulf cart path and little traffic. I highly recommend taking a trip towards the city landfill. Not to see the landfill but the ride was so wonderful and just beautiful views. From the store it's a ~15 mile total ride. Generally uphill there and downhill back. Mike was the best and I'll be using this store next time in town

Told Mike it won't shift into the two smaller gears. Paid for the tune up and parts. $446.08 Charged me $78.99 for the chain and inflated prices on all the parts. $35 for cables and materials. Brought it home and it still wouldn't shift / same as when I took it in. Took it back to see if they could get it right. This went on for a few days and I called at 9:50 on a Saturday and he said I'll call you right back. Did not get a call right back so I called at 2:50 and he said he's working on it right now and I said if it isn't going to be done, I will come down right now and at least get my seat bag since I'm going back north for the summer. I got to the store at 3:05 and the door was locked. Saturday hours but would have been nice if he would have mentioned it on the phone. Next, he can't get it to shift right and told me I needed something under the hood and I said, will this be another $100 and he said probably 3 - 400. At this point I am back north so I had my friend pick my bike and take it to St. George. I told this bike shop the work I had done and first thing he asked is if I had ridden the bike much since and I said maybe 100 feet and could see that it still wouldn't shift correctly. He replied the chain is dirty / not a new chain. The reason it wouldn't shift is they had the limit screws either all the way in or out and that was why it wouldn't shift. This all started in April 2025 and I should have done something sooner but kept putting it off. Now I am having a new chain and small gear installed. I don't think I could wear out a new chain and gear in 4-500 miles when the first lasted close to 8000. When confronted today he would do nothing. Took my picture as I left which I took as a veiled threat and said, "see you snowbird".

The cell service in town was spotty and then non existent at the drop off point so I didn't have the maps loaded. Then the trail makers were mostly gone, so I had to take guesses on some of the trails back. There's no phone service, so you have to download the maps to your phone! But the first trail was a great single track descent through the desert hills and cactus. I had a quick stop at the bottom for photos and then on to Cactus Slalom trail, bobbed and weaved through that and then took a right at Hurl and then couldn't find the correct trail back and almost missed my pick up time. That's mostly on me for not having maps to ride in the desert when it's 95 degrees. If you can, go early. The sun can be relentless and there's NO shade. Take more water than you think you need. The bike held up great and ate up the terrain with zero complaints. A great match for the trails. The scenery is astounding and unique. The pick up and drop of is amazingly easy and convenient! So glad i chose them and would happily do it again.

Best part was our guide Rafael who went above and beyond. Checked on the riders quickly when someone fell (no injuries), carried extra water for us, and had a fantastic attitude and vibe the whole time. And then stopped at a gas station after the trip just to get us cold gatorades. We did cottonwood - Latenight trailhead. About 3 hours, barely difficult if you're out of shape but super fun otherwise! Highly recommend for something active with great views and a unique experience.

They sized me and set it all up and had me test out the gears and test ride so that when we were shuttled to the trailhead we were ready to go with no adjustments. The staff at the store were cheerful, helpful, and really went beyond in my opinion. Wally, our shuttle driver was great and I'd request him in the future. We ran into him on the trail and we all stopped and he took cute pictures of us. Thanks Wally. The bikes were so great that we both want to get one. Sigh, some day. They also have bike clothes. I buy most of mine online and that can be disappointing. I got a great jersey top there. It fits! Yay! They also recommended where to get great sandwiches (Deep Creek Coffee, a block away) and wow was that a perfect recommendation. As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives. Yeah, that was a ride. Beautiful, challenging, and glorious.
