New bike!!! After a couple years of playing on my dad's old bike I finally made the decision to invest in a good bike and I am glad I came here! As what may seem like a primarily mountain biking shop I can assure you their selection spans over all types of biking. As road biker myself I had already come in multiple times to get my bike serviced and they always did a great job. Also, when came in to buy my new bike the service was awesome and the guy that helped me explained in depth what bikes might work for me and we landed on the first one he pulled. I also came back to get fitted and was helped by another gentleman who was super informative about how to upkeep my bike and even gave me a mini tutorial on shift, braking, and cleaning my new bike. All in all it was an investment so my bike wasn't cheap, but the value that the employees provided adds to the value of my bike In my opinion and I'm super happy with my new purchase. Will definitely be back as was recommended by the guys to have my bike serviced after the first few rides. Definitely recommend coming here if your looking for anything biking related read more

Big selection and very knowledgeable staff. The repair shop has what you need and the folks who can take care of your needs.

Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, good prices, efficient- I feel so lucky these guys are here. I got my old school beach cruiser all cleaned up and it's ready to be enjoyed again after too long of a pause! They have all kinds of cool new bikes in there, regular ones and electric ones. And I think they rent bikes too. Nice little spot! Someday when I'm ready to graduate up to a bike with gears I'm coming here! Lol read more

This place has tuned my road bike for years. They always seem to find a way to save me a few bucks on not buying stuff I don't need so when I finally broke down and bought a legit mountain bike I was pretty confident they would put me on the right bike. JP spent two days working with me and let me tell you it's a life changing ride now. Very grateful for his time and the shops overall cool vibe for making the sport accessible again for me. Riding by stop in and say hi cool dude, cool bikes and an overall great store. read more

I rode my e-bike from Henderson to The BC and decided I needed some items, like a mirror and more ergonomic handlebars, for safety and comfort on my ride there. I am a repeat of AMC and knew they'd have the right selection of quality items at the right price AND they installed it all while I waited! My 11 mile ride home was so much better! read more

I came in here for the first time, looking for a replacement tire for my son's bike. The guy helping me was awesome and got my tire all squared away. I noticed a couple bikes out front and decided maybe my son just needed a new bike (he's outgrowing his current bike) I asked a couple questions, he made recommendations, but I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me". As soon as I get a vibe, someone just wants to sell me something, I check out and usually don't come back. He was zero pressure, and I genuinely believe his sole interest was helping me find something that would suit my son the best. For these reasons, I will be a loyal customer of mountain. Awesome shop, great people and very fair prices. read more

Highly recommend this shop. They are truly amazing. With the expertise of JP and his staff they are always so knowledgeable. Recently my son had a mountain bike crash for a race and JP spent over an hour and a half helping get his bike up and running and had the parts we needed. In addition we're able to grab a new chest protector from him too and it was a life savor on Sunday. Don't hesitate to stop and ask any advice as they are so hopeful. read more

I rented the Kenevo and my buddy rented an Enduro. They even swapped different wheels for us that we wanted. They are over the top with customer service. This place is legit! Jeff the owner is always making sure you're happy. They are a small local shop that deserves our support. If you're looking at buying a bike you should spend your money here and support a small local business that is apart of our community. They offer a lot with the purchase including setup and they know the trails better then anyone. No mark ups on anything. What ever it is online that's the price in the store or cheaper! Thanks guys. We had a great ride. read more

The folks at all mountain cyclery were great. When I asked tHem if it was going to be cold, they didn't try to sell my one of their cycling jackets: rather they were honest and only interested in making sure I i had a great ride. Grey selection of no Ike es and wonderful people. read more

I wanted an EBike, wasent sure what I wanted and what brand. I knew of the top bike makers so I drove around to the mini bike shops around Vegas. This is where the journey beginS for me, understanding that not all bike shops are equal. The bike shop in Summerlin I walked in and felt like no one could care less if I was even in there. I asked a few questions didn't get any real answers so I left and went to the few other stores in Henderson, they were OK but I felt like they were pressure sales and they couldn't really tell or give me why bikes are priced so differently. A friend suggested I go to Boulder city to All Mountain Cyclery so I did. When I first walked in I felt a little intimidated because this was a true bike shop everyone there lived and breathed bikes. I was approached by one of the owners and he was awesome. He answered every question I had, he made several suggestions I rode a few bikes. We talked about prices, needs, and wants. I decided that this is the bike shop for me and the only bike shop for me. These guys went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable, they took care of me by helping me understand the whole purchase process because bikes are not cheap and if you're in a True bike shop then you understand that prices can be a little daunting. I purchased and they put the bike together for me a couple days later I got a call come get my bike it's ready. To be honest I assumed that I was just going to show up they were going to hand the bike to me and I'd be on my way, oh boy was I wrong! We spent probably two hours of going over my bike, answering every question that I had, getting fitted, making adjustments, ride the bike, making more adjustments till I was satisfied. I have to say that my experience at all mountain Cyclery was exceptional. seriously folks I was blown away at the level of experience professionalism and attention to detail that these guys took to make sure that my experience of buying a bike from them was top notch. I have to say while I was there there must've been 15 people come in for small items, repairs - what have you. The way they treated every customer was awesome. I'm telling you, if you are interested in buying a bike and you want to be taken care of, go to this place you will not be disappointed. I will never buy a bike from anybody ever again, All Mountain Cyclery is the best in town, hands down!!! read more

This bike shop is one of the most amazing shops in the Las Vegas/ Henderson Area, Jeff knows so much about his products , he spent so much time customizing the two bike we bought to fit us. And then he put the two bikes in the back of his truck and took us on a 30 min bike ride to make sure we knew how to ride. After the ride he took my wife's bike back in his shop to customize her handlebars.if you thinking about getting into mountain biking or you just want to upgrade ALL MOUNTAIN IS THE PLACE TO GO!! read more

YOUR EMPLOYEE IS A MORON. I was in search for a 20"x1.5" presta tire tube. I called McGhie's, they don't have it. I called REI, they don't have it. I called All Mountain Cyclery, they said they HAVE it. Great, I was going to buy a couple of them, 26" tube, and other essential. I arrived to have this bald person to tell me that he's got it. So I waited in the counter while looking at tools that I'm also considering on purchasing. He arrives with three boxes of 20"x1.75-2.125". In my head I was asking, "Are your people mathematically incompetent?". What I really said, "This is not 1.5". His excuse was that it's just a couple centimeter difference. I hope that guy doesn't repair the bikes. This is why I avoid this store. The stupid excuse and the insult for not owning their $8000 mountain bike. Sorry guys, I just like to buy nice bikes from people that does good customer service via in person or through the actual manufacturer. read more

My BF and I had SO much fun on our guided 12 mile bike ride from the bike shop to Hoover Dam. The scenery was amazing and the Railroad Trail was really cool! If you're lucky you might even spot a Bighorn Sheep! A delicious lunch was provided and we were well cared for in the hydration department. A tour of the powerplant at Hoover Dam was also included. We were too chicken to bike back to the bike shop (it was all up hill) so we opted for a 3 mile bike ride to the pick-up spot instead. And, we were picked up promptly at our hotel in the AM and dropped off too! Now let's get down to business... I booked this bike tour through Awesome Adventure Guide. Their customer service is great but if you have a rental car at your disposal I would suggest driving to the bike shop (about 30 mins from the Las Vegas strip) to rent a bike and book your tour through All Mountain Cyclery instead. Here's why: Awesome Adventure Guide - $129/person + $10 fee All Mountain Cyclery - $110/person (guided) $75/person (self-guided) The prices above are only for the bike tour of Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. You'll have to browse both sites for more information and other tours if this doesn't float your boat. I'm also not sure if lunch and Hoover Dam tour tickets are provided if you go through All Mountain Cyclery. And I was told by Awesome Adventure Guide that we would make a stop at Lake Mead but we didn't so make sure you ask about that too. And last but certainly not least, I have to give praise to Jeff Frampton (owner) and "Downhill" Mike (guide) who were so down to earth and friendly! Because of them our initial hesitation of the tour quickly subsided and we had nothing but fun from the second we started pedaling! PS If you can't make it to Sin City, you can find "Downhill" Mike at Whiteface during the summer! http://www.downhillmike.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1 read more

Stopped in last Tuesday to ask directions on how and where to ride around Lake Mead. A big thank you to the Tech (Guy with long hair) that took the time away from his repair to set me up with a map and instructions on where to go. It was a great and memorable riding day at the lake. Have to do it again next time in town. Looks like they had some nice rental bikes out front. read more

awesome service! guy knew what he was doing. he put in 2 tires, tubes, bottle cage, and grips! me and my grandma waited 15 minutes for all that. great job read more

Took my Ibis HD3 here to get a back brake bleed as well as change the back tire. I dropped it off and told them I would be around the shop, and just to call me whenever it was ready to pick up. They said it should be done in a couple hours, so as the 2 hour mark was a approaching I called them back just I make sure all was good. I was told the bike was ready and to come pick it up whenever. Once I got to the bike shop is when they decided to let me know the bad news. Not when they were working on the bike... only once I came to pick the bike up with the new tire on it. This is when they decided to tell me my back rim was cracked... not just a little cracked. My rim was cracked halfway in 2!!! Why would the bike shop not call me and tell me what was going on while putting on the new tire. The person working on my bike even said he was surprised the rim held air... But the $100 tire is on the cracked carbon fiber rim that will probably cost around $1000 to replace. Maybe if they called me so that I was aware of the issue I would be purchasing my rim through this shop. Seems to me the shop was just so worried about completing the sale on the $100 tire when they should be worried about my return of business. This is my second time going to this shop just to be felt like the workers were just trying to sell me things. Plenty of bike shops around town. Stay clear of this place. They are just looking for a quick buck. read more

If your looking to rent electric bikes for couple of hours or for the whole day , this place is awesome ! We called and they told us they would give us a deal for our 3 hr ride for $50.00 each . We rented the specialized e bikes . They were in great shape and they were super nice bikes . We rode the lake mead trail for 2.5 hrs . You can pick up the trail right across from there bike shop . Along the trail you Will see Mountain goats chewing on the grass . . You will also get a killer view of lake mead going through tunnels along the way . The staff at this place are super friendly and very accommodating! I highly recommend this place weather you want to rent bikes or get them fixed . They are super cool people ... thanks guys .. read more

*Bring your big boy/girl pants because they are going to lay it on heavy, without filter and regardless if you want to hear it. *They will confuse opinion with fact and accost the customer accordingly. Tact isn't something this shop is fluent in. *They have "Their recipe" and if your style/bike doesn't fall within those confines, you'll be told. *DO NOT bring concerns to the owner's attention. According to the owner, not only was the employee in question, his best, but that I probably had something to learn from him. He followed this statement by telling me they do 2.5mil/annually so they have no qualms about "Firing customers." REALLY? That comment made me laugh. You can't fire someone who already quit. Initially, I just wanted to ride and talk some bikes. It then morphed into wanting to get out of his store, followed by wanting to express concern to help a fellow entrpreneur's biz. After contacting the owner, it has been solidified, I will never return and will continue to shred/do business elsewhere. read more

I went to Bootleg Canyon with three friends to ride while we were in Las Vegas for business. The guys at All Mountain were great. Supercool bike shop with classic mount bikes hanging up above the retail space. They fitted us up great and the bikes were all in great working order. Just a really nice locally owned shop. Bootleg is great but the terrain is vicious. We had one in our party wreck and fly over the handlebars. He was pretty beat up and the bike got a lot of scratches. I was riding a new Enduro and the frame got scratched and I wasn't even aware of it till I brought it back. I would say definitely do two things if you got to bootleg. First, rent from all mountain and get the insurance. They were not thrilled with the scratches and damage but they stood behind the insurance and were very professional. Second wear some armor. It is technical there and the terrain is jagged. If you fall the consequences are high. All mountain has some knee pads that they include with the rentals. I would strongly suggest at least wearing those. Overall this is a shop that is rider focused and run by friendly people. I would highly recommend them. read more

We highly recommended All Mountain Cyclery. My boyfriend and I have been looking for Mountain E- Bikes we recently decided to purchase from Jeff and his team because good price, great customer service so helpful. Huge shout out to Austin for being incredibly patient and helpful through my bike buying decision. Dude didn't miss a thing on giving me a full rundown of the bike I was looking at, while keeping it comprehensive. He even got the bike set up in ways I didn't expect. I found this place by accident as I got a flat tire on the river mountain loop trail but ended up going back for a fitting and near pedals and shoes for my road bike. These guys provided excellent service and the prices were great. As part of the fitting my slightly-too-big big needed a stem that was a bit shorter. They had a trade in that looked brand new but they sold it at a discount which was excellent. Overall I felt like I got a great value but also felt like I was getting sold great quality stuff. Also: I am very often put off by the vibe in bike stores, but everyone was friendly and they all went the extra mile. I wish they were in Vegas... read more

The mechanics here are excellent, the salesmen are ridiculous. I've been in several times for obscure parts or for service I'm unable to tackle myself. The guys in the back have always had what I need, at a reasonable price and I trust them to work on my bike. The salesmen are straight off the used car lot. They'll tell you everything on your bike is obsolete. Piece by piece, you will hear how all your components need replacement and then finally, "you know what Bro, forget about the whole bike, we can set you up with something sick for $3000." Hahahaha. The mechanics can solve your problems but prepare to be harassed by the salesBros. read more

Great business run by knowledgeable staff. I went with a friend to ride Bootleg Canyon trails. I rented a Specialized Stumpjumper FSR ($3000 bike) for $55 for a half day. The riding was incredible with great terrain and a variety of options. They run a shuttle for $5/ride to the top of the canyon which is well worth it. Not sure if we got lucky with the bike, but it seemed that all their rentals were high end. If you're riding the canyon make sure to bring a pump and a few spare tubes as its easy to flat back there. Don't bother buying a trail map for $5. It's not worth it and something they should include for free with a rental. read more

I needed a bike and advice on Bootleg Canyon and All Mountain Cyclery was the ticket. They set me up with a soft tail and all the gear I needed. Knee pads were a good idea and I'm glad I didn't have to see how much protection they would give me in a crash. I got trail info and a couple of routes that would suit me. The bike was set for me and adjusted really well. I hadn't ridden a soft tail but it worked great, a 29er. The directions to the trails gave me the lay of the land and a chance to gain back my bike skills. I haven't ridden in a month and then only on the flatlands of the gulf coast. It took a while to get to the top but I had a great afternoon getting familiar with the bike and the trails. Glad I had a map and my gps as I would have got lost. Great time. I'd come back here and rent again. Maybe next time my son in law and I can check out the trails. read more

Here is the place to buy a bike! Jeff the owner, is a great guy willing to work with anyone for anything. He is all about customer service and getting people out on their bikes. He does layaway, repairs, advice, and just a good guy to know. All his staff are great and knowledgeable. I spend time in this shop about once a week after riding Bootleg...just going in and saying hi. They will work with you to get a bike..and they are LOCAL!!! :) Price: Everything related to new bikes is costly, but you don't want to buy a wal mart bike if you are serious rider...invest in yourself and a local place read more

Couldn't be happier with my rental and ride in Bootleg Canyon. Staff was very helpful in making sure I received what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, personable and helpful are words that come to mind about the staff. They have different types of rentals, and I was pleased to have a 2013 Stumpjumper, full-suspension 29'er with a dropper post! They put my pedals on, made sure seat height was set and it made for a great day on the trails. By the way, the trails in Bootleg Canyon are awesome! read more
