I came in cash in hand ready to buy Bike and I wanted some direction and you know just had a few questions before I committed to it. I've read my entire life. I currently own bikes, but I was ready to buy one from Harley itself, and I went in. I walked around. I was here for about 5 minutes and not one single person said a word to me and to the point where I ended up calling my brother because I just felt very out of place and we sat on the phone and he encouraged me to stay and keep looking and just wait someone will say something and sure enough another 10 minutes go by and not a single word from anyone. I get off the phone. I'm in there for another three minutes and still nothing. I would totally understand if they were super slammed or something, but they were two other people on the floor that we were looking at bikes and one of them was about to get a test drive that is the only person that said something to me and that was a customer, not even an employee. Employees looked at me and I was a single one smiled or anything the counter Gurl finally at the end when she realized what was happening gave me a half hearted Welp sorry smile as I walked out the door irritated . Very frustrating you never know who's gonna walk through. That door is kind of just be friendly to everybody. Or at least say hey, we'll be with you. Just give us like 20 minutes again cash in hand was ready to go. At this point, I'd rather just buy another bike off Facebook marketplace. read more

I reviewed this spot almost a year ago with a different POV, but after so many negative experiences I had to follow up. This message has nothing to do with service as they are always on top of their game and know how to take care of me and my bike. Sales is a joke. Every time I go in now, I know I'm recognized and they don't treat me as a serious customer. Last time I went in to get an appraisal on my bike for a cash offer, and after talking for 15 minutes I got asked "Would you be okay with 45-5?" I calmly said yeah I'll leave it here and come back then, assuming that was the time it would take to appraise the bike. It was in fact the offer, instead of going through the hour long appraisal process they said it would take, they simply googled an answer and told it to me. There are 2 sportsters on the floor both being listed for over 9 grand in worse condition than mine, and the offer I got was 4500$ for a more expensive bike? Even if it was an accurate offer which is impossible, you're going to double your money on your used bikes? That's genuine robbery. read more

The only good experience Ive had with this dealership is the motorcycle classes i took when i purchased my first Harley Davidson motorcycle which I was told buying a screaming eagle was the "Cadillac of motorcycles and top of the line". Two months later after riding about 6k miles turns out they had to rebuild the engine and took them 11 months to fix it. A year later I finally get it back only to find out the exhaust is starting to crack on the inside of one of the clams and since it wasn't a Harley exhaust even tho it's the one they sold me wasn't covered by the insurance. I purchased a new headlight and was told it would take a week for it to come in and I had to call a month later only to find out the guy had ordered the wrong one so I asked for my money back and I was told to return in two hours because they didn't have enough cash on their register yet. When I returned 3 hours later I was only offered store credit because they still didn't have enough cash on their register. read more

Service dude needs to learn customer service skills! Engine light came on and my battery was weak so I rode over to Harley to buy a battery. Got a price for the battery (225) and asked if I could borrow a screwdriver for a minute to replace my battery in there parking lot " I don't lend out my tools and neither will anyone else here, but we can install it for 120.00 bucks" THANKS FOR THE HELP...... I found a screwdriver in my bag and replaced it in 10 mins in the parking lot! I definitely wont recommend Henderson Harley! Ride the extra miles to Red Rock or Las Vegas Harley! I ordered a back rest from the parts counter, said it would take 4-5 days to arrive. 5 days later no part and no answer on when it will arrive. 5 more days later I call to check on my order and the person on the phone said it has NOT been ordered but he will get it here in 2 days.... 2 days later part arrives, wrong color... parts department tell me it will be about 4-5 days to order the correct one. So I ask does anybody in town have it? And he looks in the computer and says no, nobody has it. So I call red rock Harley real quick just to ask them and they said they have 3 in stock and have had them for over a month at their location. Being lied to and treated like my business doesn't matter to them is why I will never step foot in this location again. Near the airport and the Vegas sign is walking distance... but, They have their own sign with a bike bolted down to allow visitors to sit and snap pictures. They have everything here lots of bikes to choose from, some real beauty's and some good prices... I'll be back I got my eye on a street glide! All the standard gear, helmets, boots, clothes. I really like this dealership. They aren't too pushy when it comes to sales, you can rides bikes you may in interested in and the selection is good. There are many other accessories offered including clothing and helmets. Overall prices aren't too bad considering your at a dealership. They offer events often on weekends that allow you to hang out with other like minded riders. They also will teach you to ride if you don't know how. It's a good full service business. Came in to buy a Road Glide, the sales manager was friendly and knew me from the emails we had been sending for a few days. I looked at the used inventory but they didn't have one I likes so I opted to buy a new one since Harley was offering a $2500 trade in bonus. He offered a reasonable amount for my trades but neglected to inform me he was also including the trade credit on the offer. When I asked about the trade in credit he said was avoiding the question because he was trying to hide it in the trade offers. After finding out that and looking at book he was offering me way below wholesale for my bikes so I walked out! I will go to a dealer in the Phoenix area to buy my new bike... the manager states they offered me retail for my bike for the sum of $12,300 but that isn't even wholesale for it according to Harley when I submitted it for trade in. I bought my 2021 Road King here. I love the bike. The buying experience was fine. My complaint is the over priced service. I was quoted $1050 for new Dunlop tires front and back. Master tech down the road was $780, and another place down town was 730, all for the same tire. Harley certainly doesn't make it easy to support them beyond the original purchase of the bike. Got some new 20"bars I wanted installed asap, so I decided to do them my self. Once completed my clutch didn't feel the same and I just needed some reassurance that my bike was in good shape. I called up Henderson Harley and spoke to Ben. (He"s a great guy) besides informing me of the best time to get a walk in service for the day upon my arrival he came outside went over the bike for me. I was in need of a back tire which he pointed out but I was also in dire need of rear breaks that I was unaware of. I was there for about 3 hours which was totally reasonable for all the work I got done. During that time Ben shared good riding routes throughout the United States. He checked on me often, made sure I had refreshments and food. The quality of service I received most certainly deserves this 5star rating. I will return for all my Harley needs in the future. In 14 months I've spent roughly $60,000.00 with Harley. I bought a Ultra Classic from them once. (Cash) They missed out on my 2020 Street Glide Special, because their sales team dropped the ball, so I bought it from Red Rock the next day. (Cash) Given these FACTS one might think you could walk in a pick up a quart of oil pretty easy, since there were more employees standing around then customers. NOPE not at Henderson Harley. Once again very disappointed, and walked out with nothing, because their customer service sucks. I would suggest you save yourself the frustration and aggravation and shop somewhere else. read more

I went in looking for a SE120r engine for my 2008fltr. Management will not sell that motor because its not 50 state emissions compliant. For that i would give Henderson Harley no stars if possible. That last thing i would have thought is some woke individual managing an HD dealership. On the same day i ordered a new tranny sub assembly and oil pan only because the tranny was 70 buks cheaper than across town. I will give Vinnie 5 stars for his customer service. My bike upgrade is running into the 15k range and its to bad Henderson HD didnt want that business. The day i went in the first 20 customers got a $20 gift certificate. I walked in at 1pm and got the 20. If you cant get 20 paying customers 4 hours after you open the doors you have a management problem. RedRock HD was excited to help me with the new engine and all the other HD products to get me set up for a bike that's going to be a beast. Will i go back to Henderson HD most likely not. read more

When Harley-Davidson announced the release of the all new Pan America I was thrilled! They had an online purchase deposit option so I jumped on it. Unfortunately, H-D never explained their policy to the dealerships. They were surprised when I showed up but they handled it better than any other dealer that I have encountered in over 50 years of riding. These guys are truly outstanding! I went in yesterday just to get my bike's ecu flashed and when I told Robert D. In the service department what I wanted done to my bike he knew exactly what I was talking about. Robert asked if I was going to be waiting until the service was completed and I told him I could get a ride if needed. Robert went into the shop to verify how long it would be and he was able to get my bike right in. Throughout the encounter Robert was very friendly which is refreshing during this time where it seems most businesses no longer make customer service a priority. read more

Every once in a while, when adding new equipment to my bike, I find that the wiring for the new part is WAY to short to fit into the old part's location. I thought, why not just stop into the Harley shop and see if they have a simple solution for "the wire's too short" headache. The service manager said they didn't stock anything like that, "but hold on a second." Into the back he went. Two minutes later he returned with a new wiring rig that he had just thrown together, shrink wrapped and all. When asked how much I owed him, he just smiled and said, "Nothing. I have called 3x now trying to find the price of an oil change or the price of a kit to do myself. Placed on hold without an answer for up to an hr. Tired of calling so I come in with my husband and the store is empty, by empty I mean abandoned empty. Not even anyone in the service dept. We wandered around for 30 min called out to someone and no response. My thought was did I arrive before it opened? Nope it was 11am... No notice on the door for closure for meetings no nothing. Did you leave the doors unlocked? A little troublesome when the keys are in the bikes. We finally left still cannot get answers needed. After a year of not having any issues with my bike, i decided to make an appointment for an oil change. Drop off the vehicle around 10am. I called back around noon the bike wasn't done yet. Ok, i called at 5pm and the bike is still not done or the paper work wasn't even submitted yet for an oil change. So I decided to just get the bike since they were about to close. I was told they were busy and short staff. From 10am to 5pm? Really? For an oil change. So, if didn't call , the bike would be in the shop for another day. Again, for an oil change. It was very disappointing to have that type of service treatment from this place. They've been really great the last few times I took my bike for service. Even Andy and Robert were helpful during those years , but i did not see them there during this mysterious oil change that never happened. Russ did apologize for what happened, but how do i take the trust anything back to a customer when you let it happened that long, when the job can be done in less than half an hour if they really wanted too. I get it, short staff , busy etc..... let a customer know then that it might not be done until the next day. I'm sure that sounds so awful getting an oil Change for 2 days. I've never seen or heard any place that takes 2 days to get an oil change. I've waisted my whole day waiting for something that wasn't there. The anticipation of completion wasn't even close to what i was expecting. Again, for an oil change? I don't know if Robert or Andy would've made a difference, but unfortunately they weren't there. Nowadays, we're living in a world where reviews and complaints are extremely important to any businesses out there. I just hope and wish this is the last time or only time this ever happened. Other people would've made this even a bigger issue. I'm giving it a 1 star , because of the treatment and service i got. No Supervisors or Manager came out to apologize and make it right. I'm not really asking for it, it's just the principle of the whole situation. It's still a good place but let's just all fix the issue before it gets worst. Maybe better training on follow up to customers, better training on communications between workers how things should be done. Maybe, but I'm not here for that. I'm here to give what it deserves. Again, very disappointing and saddened by this review. Now, I'm only giving this 1 star today, because of who were involved during this day. I'm sure someone will fix this issue and other days I'm sure the service is great. I do apologize for making who ever were involved looked bad, but this is what I experienced and it should be addressed. Please, be consistent on good service you want to provide for your customers, because it's expected. Do not lower your standards just because you're short staff or other reasons. I go to Hendo HD cuz it's closest to my house...but never again. I called SERVICE and got a quote of $40 to install a new jiffy stand spring on my '01 fxdl. That's pretty good for Harley rip-off prices, so I agreed to let them do it. I called back a week later on Saturday to schedule an appointment for the install, which was scheduled for the following day, Sunday. On Sunday, my wife and I waited 30 minutes when the service writer, Robert, says... Robert: "We are all out of springs right now" and he handed me an invoice for $144!! Me: "Why did you schedule me an appointment when you have no springs in stock?" Me: "And no way am I paying $144 to install a spring in 10 minutes or less!" Robert: "You just wanted an appointment, so I made one for you." Me: "To get a spring installed!" "You should've set one aside for my appointment today." ...so by Robert's logic, if you make an appointment at his stealership for an oil change, tell him you want the oil too! There is a chance they might be out of oil but he'll still schedule you to come in. Drrr. He was real condescending too. Take it or leave it attitude. And, we used a "Free Bike Wash" coupon for my wife's Sporty, and they brought it back out dry as could be. No evidence of it being washed. We couldn't find a drop of water on it but the Derby cover was filthy (pictured), so they did something to the bike. Not sure what. Her bike was cleaner when we brought it in! read more
