I'm in LA but figured I'd call to see if it was any cheaper than my local shop. They informed me that because they were shipping from Nevada to LA there wasn't any sales tax (10.5%) and they would throw a little love on top. They sent an invoice and I paid it. A day later it was shipped out and the next morning my bike arrived. The turn around was shockingly fast. Something did go wrong though. A helmet I ordered was damaged in shipment AND THEY SAID "KEEP IT, WE'LL GET ANOTHER ONE SENT OUT!!" I'm floored with the easy purchase, no hassle pricing, and especially the customer service. I don't think I'll ever buy a bike from another shop. The 5 star rating they have with hundreds of reviews isn't bullshit and is well earned. Much love to the ownership and team hear.
