My husband and I had just bought a BMW 1600 in southern California and were in need of a rear tire to make the trip home to Iowa. We were very grateful to be directed to MotoZone. This is a family owned business and it shows! Cody was great! They replaced the tire in no time at all and even fixed the ABS sensor problem which had disabled the cruise control and caused erratic traction control. Thank you Cody and your staff that helped us get back on the road so quickly! Mike and Mel Yamen read more

These guys are great. I had my FB marketplace bike dropped off via Stu's motorcycle towing at their recommendation - process was simple, easy, affordable. Cody is the guy you'll talk to and he's awesome. Chill, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to contact via email or phone. I thought I had something going on with my clutch and after testing and digging in, they found the issue was a cylinder not firing properly. Pricing is fair and I trust the work. All my motorcycle work will go here. Thanks Cody and team! read more

Excellent service and fast turnaround! I had a fantastic experience with Cody and the staff. their CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP-NOTCH, Cody personally helped me pick out the perfect wheels for my Harley, which I really appreciated. The scheduling was super convenient. I dropped off my motorcycle around 4 PM on Friday and it was ready to ride by Saturday afternoon. that's an incredibly fast turnaround time, especially for custom work! HIGHLY recommend Cody and the team for their expert advice and efficient service. I'm thrilled to be back on the road so quickly! read more

Repeat customer, love the service honesty & quality of care they give everyone. Cody has helped me many times from my 05 Vmax to my 08 Goldwing. Finding mechanics to work on bikes older than 10 years is hard enough already but what a great place motozone is to get work done. Pricing is very reasonable too. FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. They dont price gouge anything he could have ordered it through ebay for me but told me if so there would be a 20% upcharge and was open and honest about it. Laos this family is a mom & pop owned shop so go support them! - Daniel 08 GL1800 read more

Great service!! I highly recommend. Cody is extremely honest. I was trying to spend more money than I needed to and he stopped me.

I can't say enough great things about Motozone and especially Cody! From start to finish, Cody was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I work out of the country and have a hectic schedule, but he went above and beyond to accommodate me every step of the way. He brought my 2003 Softail back to life and running like new--smooth, powerful, and reliable again and it was returned to be fully detailed and polished up. On top of that, he did an outstanding job having the wheels on my 2024 Low Rider ST powder coated. The finish is flawless and really brought the bike's look to the next level. Cody and the crew at Motozone clearly care about the work they do and the people they're helping. No upselling, no BS--just honest, top-tier work and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants real quality and professionalism in a motorcycle shop! read more

Cody and the Motozone team are absolutely fantastic. I brought my 1978 Suzuki GS750 Cafe Bike to them as I was at a stopping point in my rebuild. They helped me quickly center in on the problem and took my bike in on a prescheduled maintenance. Cody kept me up to speed with weekly emails and phone calls. I felt totally in the loop on their work. The price was totally fair!!! They gave me a great rundown on recommended future maintenance while ensuring I only got the shop service I really needed. Everyone there is top notch with years of experience in the widest variety of bikes. I will definitely be going back there for service that is beyond my shop skills. read more

MotoZone got me back on the road. Most bike garages take forever to not only get in but to get your bike back to you. Scott stands behind the work his techs do. Cody was extremely pleasant. My bike got a tune up and then the carb fouled 33 days after having it back. Since they'd been in her guts recently I asked the guys at MotoZone what they suspect it could be. Even though I was 3 days past the 30 day warrantee of their work, Scott insisted I bring it back in. I'd flooded my air box/filter. He dried out the filter & cleared the carburetor for optimal performance at a total cost of NOTHING. Im not so sure you'll get the same keel of feathered warranty value going to a bigger corporate garage where it's always about the bottom line. Highly recommend these guys. read more

I've spent well over 10k as a customer and I sent my son in to have a dirt bike tire put on the rim and asked for a quick favor and thought 15-20$ was a fair price for five minutes or less in work and was told 40$ and that was that! My paid the bill but if that's the customer loyalty reward than so be it ... I'm sure that 40$ is worth the 5 minutes to lose a good customer... or maybe there's so many good customers it just don't matter! Bradley Louder read more

Had a emergency with my brakes today on my cbr1000rr and just limped it there since I was close. Middle of the afternoon, no appointment they guys there went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Scott & Cody are the best. I had a disabled bike and it turned out to be something incredibly simple to fix. Like, embarrassingly simple. I had the bike towed to the shop & instead of charging me for all kinds of random diagnosis routines, they were straightforward & fixed it, charging me next to nothing to fix it. They're also really communicative and are awesome to deal with. I will never bring my bike anywhere else. read more

My Honda VTX 1800 would idle rough then shutoff and then finally it just wouldn't start. After many attempts at trying to figure it out I looked around town to find an honest motorcycle repair shop and there weren't any I found trustworthy until I did a google search and saw all the positive reviews for Motozone. After doing my research I thought I would give them a try and they didn't let me down. Called and spoke to the owners son Cody and he told me he didn't have much room in the shop for anymore bikes and that they were slammed. I told him what had happened and that I really needed to get my bike fixed and that I had a ride coming up the following month. He found away to squeeze me in and I called my insurance to have my bike towed from my garage to there shop. Cody said it would be a couple weeks before they would be able to assess what was wrong with the bike. I told them no worries just let me know when you find out. He later called me and told me I had a bad fuel pump and that it would be better to buy OEM Honda fuel pump versus an aftermarket one. It wasn't cheap but they took great care of me and my bike and after 3 weeks my bike was running and I was back on the road again. I met Scott the owner when I came in to pay off my debt and he was very pleasant to talk too and he knows a lot about motorcycles and his techs are one of the most experienced master mechanics in town. If I ever need anymore work on my bike I'll definitely bring it back to Motozone. I've recommended to a lot of my motorcycle buddies this place. Thank you guys for doing such a great job and when I got my bike back it looked brand new again. They even polished my bike up and removed all the dirt and grime on it from when it came in. read more

It's been a while since I've needed work, but Motozone has _always_ been the best I've visited. Even when their team was in Utah, they were the best, and that's been a long, long time ago. I had an electrical failure in the middle of the night. AAA brought the bike to Motozone, and I left a hidden key. Valkyries aren't all that common, so I was a bit concerned Scott couldn't help me. Scott not only had the bike running the next day, the rate was ridiculously fair. When I talked to him on the phone, he wasn't sure he could fix the issue in any quick time, as he had several other bikes ahead of mine, and the parts I needed are hard to find. Lo and behold, he found a part somewhere in his shop, and had me on the road in less than 10 hours! Now that I've moved full-time to Las Vegas, I'll never go anywhere else again. read more

I recently had my 91 Honda 750 Nighthawk in to have the carbs rebuilt and get the bike running after 10+ years of storage. The bike now runs flawlessly. This was a labor intensive job rebuilding 4 carbs, plus removing and refitting. They also rebuilt the petcock and replaced missing engine mounts. The bill was reasonable for what was done. I really appreciated their communication with me and their enthusiasm. They're real motorcycle people who care and do good work read more

I recommend this place. The people who work there are really nice and honest. I liked how they explained to me what was going on with my motorcycle so even I could understand the problem. I highly recommend this place above all competitors. Scott and his team and professional and do quality work. We took our 2016 Yamaha YZF R6 into the shop after an accident where the bike was laid down. The headlight and body needed a lot of work. From the beginning Scott was honest and upfront with cost, expectations. But he also listened to exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable but the quality of work and time the work was done was awesome. Really great customer service. Now that the bike is done, it looks like it was never in the shop at all, and even better it looks like it has all originally parts with an exception of the exhaust that I wanted to modify . No more stock exhaust and the bike is on mint condition now . read more

I have always come to MotoZone for my repairs. Their repairs are always done right. Now, this last time I brought the my sons motorcycle fork shocks that we where doing at home when our tool broke. We decided to bring it to MotoZone and pay for the final step. First night we where received with a barrage of questions, technical questions. We patiently tried to answer all questions, but no matter what we said, we sounded wrong. The next day My nephew stopped to check on the parts, he was welcome with a scolding, once he contacted me and informed me of what happened, I decided to go to the shop and pick up the shocks even if they where not done. Upon arriving to pick up the parts, I was told he just finished one and was working on the other, to my surprise the technician (manager or owner) walked our once again and scolded me for the same reason. Being there without being called. In the end I left and was called within the hour to come and get the parts as he's not waiting to no one. Once again I got another education on the technicalities of the repair, as if I have never done the repair myself before. The price was never the issue, as I paid what he quoted me. I got my a scolding, and my education all in one. Lesson learned, last $100 I spent on this shop. read more

I literally was riding by in the parking lot of McFadden Dales on Decatur and saw the bikes and realized " hey mc mechanic ". I have been holding off putting new apes on my HD heritage. After meeting Scott, in 10 minutes I discovered this guy knows his shit. He took the time to come out, physically confirm a few things re cables etc... If your looking to get coddled or hear just what you want to, Scott ain't your guy. If you want a reliable guy who shoots straight with fair prices & accurate quotes look no further. Thees no bullshit "you need this, you need that" He got it done when promised. He takes the time to do a once over to check any potential unrelated problems. Very thorough. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I had a very clear understanding of the work scheduled. He's my mechanic, he should be yours.
