I searched for a reputable indy shop after Harley's EPA loss. Came across R2P. Met with Rich a couple of times to discuss what I had planned. After several conversations, I dropped my bike off. This was over a year ago. Since then, Rich has done front-end replacement, suspension, brake conversion, lighting, motor work, tuning, clutch upgrade, replacement, and upgrade of many components on my bike. Took my 2013 street bob in for some wire soldering that needed to be done due to me cutting wires on accident. It's been about a month since I got this done and the bike is running great no issues what so ever. I only paid for labor since no parts were actually needed. The labor time was 4 hours which might be long for some but felt reasonable to me. They have their pricing listed in front which again seemed reasonable. I came to R2 to fix an exhaust leak on my road king. They went above and beyond!! They fixed the hole that was in exhaust by the floorboard. Refit the exhaust to bike to not cause another hole. Re did exhaust studs, new exhaust gasket, and re attached muffler w/ a 3 hole oil change!! The turn around time was less than a week. I went on vacation and it was done by time I came back. Go anywhere but here... Took my 2021 HD Road Glide in for an upgraded cam/tune that R2 had advertised as their "Cam Special". Booked the appointment and it took an extra month from the original booking date for them to even start on the bike due to terrible time management by the business. After the estimate was signed, and the 50% deposit was paid (based off the ADVERTISED price), Rich proceeded to change the price and asked for several hundred more dollars claiming the cost of parts went up- he did not honor his advertised price or what was quoted in my paperwork (extremely unprofessional and super shady since he never notified me of this change in price until AFTER the work was completed). The tune was complete junk- I currently own 4 Performance Harleys and this is hands down the worst tune I have ever gotten in my lifetime. Complete garbage is an understatement. The bike backfires on decel and sputters/completely dies under 2500 RPMS. When I notified the shop, they blamed the weather and said it was too hot to run a proper tune (why are you booking clients if you can't produce a quality tune?). Rich then asked me to bring the bike back in the winter, when it cools off so they could "try again" with more optimum temperatures to do a proper tune. I have tried calling to schedule this appointment, which Rich claimed he would do at no charge, and the shop has ghosted me. After paying MORE then the advertised price and getting a garbage tune, they also don't honor their warranty and/or their word means nothing. To top it all off- this shop DROPPED my bike while it was at their shop & tried to hide it. Damaged the crash bar, fairing, saddlebag and saddlebag latch. They made zero effort to own up to their mistake and even lied about it when confronted. Absolutely terrible shop, damaged my bike, tune is trash, and the staff is dishonest and refuses to return customer calls or honor their warranty/offer to retune. Take your bike to ANYWHERE ELSE in town. Do not trust this shop for upgrades of any type to your motor, especially on performance bikes. The staff is inexperienced, dishonest, has terrible customer service, and even worse time management skills. They will damage your bike & try to hide it, add erroneous charges and not honor their own advertised prices. Shop also has all their 1%er friends hanging out, supposedly "helping" with customers bikes which is apparently how mine was dropped/damaged. I had to hire another shop in town to repair my bike and fix the junk tune. The other shop was APPALLED and had never seen such a bad tuning job. They didn't know how Rich was even capable of doing it so poorly. Rich is not experienced enough to touch any bike with a Dyno tuner- much less a performance Harley. Do not use this shop - terrible in every possible way. Use ANY OTHER shop in town for Dyno tuning and upgrades to your motor. Save yourself the angst and extra cost you will incur after they give you a junk tune, drop your bike and overcharge you after you receive a signed estimate. Their word means nothing and the quality of their work is horrendous. I now need a new inner and outer fairing, bag, bag latch and engine guard. read more

Rich seems like a nice guy but I was not happy with the service. Perhaps he does not working on sportsters but man my bike was worse off after I took it too him. I drove it from Summerlin to his shop with no problems. He did an oil change and it cost me $200. My brake light was not working , he said I needed a new rear brake switch assembly and it turned out to be a cut wire. He closes at 4pm so I stopped by, paid for the bike, which he left outside during a rain storm and it was filthy and returned at 4:10 pm same day. My battery was dead and my Tesla cannot jump start the bike. He was gone, no one there to help me. I drove home and exchanged cars. Jump started bike and drove up Russell and got as for as Jones. It broke down. I called AA but after 10 minutes the bike started and I drove again. Broke down at Trop and Durango. 10 minutes later starts up and this cycle continued until I finally got it home. Never had the problem driving down there. I don't know but I was hoping he would start the bike at least once while he had it and mad sure it was ready to be driven. I feel the $200 and 2 month wait for him to service the bike was a waste of time and money. Not very happy. read more

After a couple thousand dollars at two "good repair shops" I took my Harley Davidson to r2 to fix a bad oil leak and new gasket. Not only did they fix my issues but other issues I didn't know of. They were quick, friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. As a woman they didn't talk down to me and were very informative.
