Purchased a brand new PWC.... Here's how it went.!!!…read more First off, I already knew what personal watercraft I was in the market for,made a phone call to the shop, asked specific questions and received upfront answers. (Was the PWC in inventory, Pricing, timeframe, etc.) I have visited the shop before, purchased parts, but never purchased from their new or used inventory..... I reached out to sales, let them know what Ski I was interested in, they had exactly what I was after in stock.. since I already knew what I wanted, I didn't immediately visit the shop, I did ask for a couple of pictures, which they immediately sent. I did wait a couple of days before reaching back out, during that time I never felt pressured to close the deal..... when I did reach back out, I asked once again what the out the door price was, it was exactly as quoted! I let them know that I would be purchasing the PWC and that I would bring a cashiers check the following week. The Shop was gracious enough to hold the Ski.... I went to the shop that next week, handed them the check..... since they needed a day to prep the Ski, I didn't do any paperwork that day,(figured I would do the paperwork upon pick up) The next day I received a phone call that the Ski and paperwork were prepped and ready! I walked into the shop, was directed to finance where Steve was waiting, he had all the paperwork lined up, but, first took me out to look at the Ski (it was absolutely gorgeous) ...we went back to the office, he explained every page thoroughly... this was quite possibly the smoothest new purchase ever! So with the paperwork finalized, I was escorted to the Ski where the Service team explained the details of the vessel, went down a thorough checklist,, they covered all aspects of the operation, including the break-in..... I'm no stranger to skis, I immediately started checking oil levels, these guys nailed it... they even greased the steering and ride system cables, (which shops typically don't do) and the Ski was topped off with fuel .......they gently placed the new Ski on my trailer and off I went!!! My overall experience was 5 out of 5... From start to finish, sales, finance and service, they all exceeded my expectations.... They even did the registration and before the 15 day Grace period was up. I received a text letting me know my registration was finalized and I could come pick up the decals at the shop whenever it was convenient..... So, if you're in the market for a new or used, PWC, bike or whatever they happen to have in stock that interests you, rest assured that you're dealing with a very transparent Shop, that values the customer and prides themselves on core values of honesty and integrity above all.....

I took my two stroke Genuine Stella in for repair. No one could figure out what was up with it…read more These guys figured it out right away. They were friendly and helpful. The best part was when I got my bike back it ran like a dream. Very noticeable difference in the shifting and motor. I rode all day long the day after I got it back and it was like a new bike! Since my bike ran so well after taking it to them. I gave them 3 stars. This would have been a 5 star review except for a few things. The turnaround time was longer then I expected. I called the day after taking the scooter to them and they said they found the issue and would be ordering the part from San Diego. I assumed the part would arrive in a day but took 2-3 days. Keep in mind this could have been a shipping issue, I am not 100% sure what the hold up was, but I expected to have my bike back on a Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. I dropped it off the previous Friday afternoon. My scooter is my main form of transit, so this is kind of a big deal to me. Secondly, when I got the bike back my back blinkers were not working. Scott rode all the way out to my place, across town in Silverado Ranch to fix this for me. I thought that was pretty awesome and it was the right thing to do. So even though I was not too thrilled with using hand signals right after getting my scooter back, they did more then make it right by coming out to me to address this. Lastly, I was misquoted on the price. The cost of the repair was $50 more then I was originally quoted because they forgot to add the in cost of the part. Had a not noticed and asked them about this, I would have gotten a little added bonus. However, I am an honest person so we got squared away with the bill and I was just happy I had a working bike. Dyno Tech came recommended to me by someone I know who has the same type of scooter. I thought they did a great job and would bring my bike there again.

Wanted to get them running great they got me in right away, fixed them all and when I said my bikes were for sale, the owner Joe called me, met him and he was great. Purchased the bikes for his grandkid and one of the other employees purchased the other one. They work was quality done very friendly definitely take my Kawasaki in there for now on and I have recommended my friends to go there. They do great work very communicative.

BUYER BEWARE! We were charged over $750.00 for what was supposed to be a replacement of a fuel…read morepump. I picked up the ATV, brought it back to Arizona, and it quit working immediately. I brough it to a shop there in AZ, and they called me to say it was never replaced, nor was it even touched. They took photos of everything (see attached). We contacted the owner and he said they only rebuilt it. The photos show otherwise. It was NEVER rebuilt. Additionally, we asked for them to take care of the filters and fluids, and as you can see from the images, those were never touched as well, at least we were never charged for that part. Just pure negligence. To top it off, he is not answering emails and not giving our money back. We'll take further action, but just a warning to all out there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don't go through what we did.
