License fees and sales tax go unpaid while they use your money. Riding without a plate is like riding naked, Both will get you pulled over and F-ed by the cops.

I was working with Noah on buying a bike. Everything was going great he was super helpful no issues…read moreat first. He said if I got the price from a different shop I was talking to he would price match. I got the price he called me said shouldn't be an issue and said he would confirm with general manager. He than called me back and raised the price $200 dollars. That was the first thing I didn't like. Than on the phone he started insulting me out of nowhere cause I didn't want to pay the additional price when we already verbally agreed on the price. Never had a salesman insult me multiple times when I was trying to make a purchase. This shop does not have integrity at all. Than shortly after I started getting a whole bunch of calls from insurance companies saying I asked for a quote on a car I never owned. Might be coincidence but I doubt it. Would never buy from them.
