Silicone gasket pour over on the valve cover.

On a 27k-mile service or even a Dealer Inspection I believe the dealer should test compression. If you pay for this service and later find out there is a worse issue. The engine is burning oil and the intake is full of oil as well as the air-cut off valve. The dealer wouldn't know this but would charge you to replace and buy services costing thousands and get down the road burning oil with a whole different problem. Not to mention leave the valve cover gasket leaking, empty coolant, and missing button screws to the bodywork. Update: 06/29 performed a compression test and leak down test on my own. 95psi mean, 97.7% leak down test mean. The valves must be timed wrong or else this engine should've never been serviced.

My experience with factory power sports was smooth. David was great again. On my side again. Bike I was interested in still available and wanted to get it sold. David as well as with the help from Steve quickly got me approved and owning the bike two days after my first inquiry. Both Steve and David were extremely accommodating with my work schedule as well as working with me on delivering the bike. I absolutely recommend this dealership if you are a true buyer. Appreciate you guys!

After visiting a few dealerships and having a bad experience we found this Yamaha dealer. They got my daughter into a 4 wheeler for reasonable price without all of the hassle. Sales person was knowledgeable and closing the deal was easy. Thank you for your honest approach to doing business.

Names have been changed so people's feelings aren't hurt too bad. Take your chances here if you want. By the looks of the other reviews on here, it looks like it's 50/50 of good experience to horrific. I went in with the purpose of "just browsing". A 2012 Harley-Davidson soft tail slim was in the showroom and it caught my eye. Salesman Penelope approached me hyping the bike up (as they normally do). When I asked about pricing. He was surprised to find that it was sticker priced at $7999. I asked if he could put the numbers on paper for me. Upon his return, he informed me that someone messed up bad and that it's actually $10,500. However they would honor that price to me as he handed me the paper showing outgoing price of $10,385.83. I told him I needed to think about it. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't purchase the bike today, the price would go up and that the person in charge of the website is already making the changes. I stated that I would then take the day to think about it and get back to him on the same day before store closes. He then replied with "I'll give you until 3pm to decide or else it's going to be at $10,500". Sales techniques. I left the store at approximately 11:30am. At 2:30pm I called Penelope and told him that I would go for it. He sent me a link to me so that I could input my information for financing. A friend of mine met me at the store to look over the bike since he was a former Harley-Davidson mechanic. My friend stated that the bike looked like it wasn't serviced and barely inspected based on findings of his knowledge of where he would have worked on. He asked Penelope about it and Penelope was confident in saying that it was serviced/inspected and good to go. My friend then pointed out that the tail light and turn signal were out as well. Penelope, probably embarrassed at this point, responded with "The bike will be looked over and serviced before leaving the store." Moving forward, Penelope was no longer the enthusiastic sales person he started out to be in the beginning and limited his presence to us. He went on to other customers and even sat at his desk whenever not busy. I had to walk over to him if I had questions. Finance department came back with the result of me having to have a co-signer. My friend who had purchased cars, bikes, and a home was willing to co-sign for me. But then they told us that his account was "too new" and that he doesn't qualify to co-sign. At this point Penelope is informing us of all this. We were confused. I asked what if it was my friend purchasing the bike in regards to wondering why would he'd be able to purchase it but not as a co-signer but Penelope interrupted and stated "not going to happen". WOW! Guess he had the last word. (Blue falcon) 3 days later I checked their website and saw that the bike was still priced at $7999. Coming up with a solution to purchase the bike. I called Penelope to see if it was still available and hoping I would be able to get the same deal. He informs me that the bike is currently pending for a friend of his boss. I really do appreciate his honesty as a customer. Finance department Rebecca said I should had put a deposit on the bike that day, but due to my sh!*ty credit, things just didn't work out (his words). At least he said sorry that things didn't work out afterwards. Lesson learned. Sh!*ty credit, bad service. I can't blame them.

    Quick shifter

2nd time at this dealership for a service on my R7, that I also purchased from this dealer. The staff are all super cool and love talking bikes, Devin helped me out with my service today and he was great! Kept me updated on the bike and it was a super smooth process. They told me 5-6 hours for service, the bike was done in 4 1/2 hours. They also installed a quick shifter and quad lock phone mount for me. Great place for service or getting a new bike!

Go to Pro shop on Lakemead! See Ryan! Did by phone. They even offered to deliver them... got everything I wanted with an extra 1000 off

He's helped us with everything from dirt bike gear (head to toe) to oil and parts. Back in 2025, we purchased a set of universal training wheels from Carter's for my son's Kawasaki. When we got home to Pahrump, we realized they didn't fit the bike. I called and spoke with Josh, and when I made the trip back, he made the exchange quick and easy, helping us get the correct set. Ever since then, he's been our go to. He always takes the time to acknowledge us, answer our questions, and make sure we're taken cared of. Customer service like that is hard to find!! If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wants to help, ask for Josh. We appreciate you, JOSH! See you again soon

He said if I got the price from a different shop I was talking to he would price match. I got the price he called me said shouldn't be an issue and said he would confirm with general manager. He than called me back and raised the price $200 dollars. That was the first thing I didn't like. Than on the phone he started insulting me out of nowhere cause I didn't want to pay the additional price when we already verbally agreed on the price. Never had a salesman insult me multiple times when I was trying to make a purchase. This shop does not have integrity at all. Than shortly after I started getting a whole bunch of calls from insurance companies saying I asked for a quote on a car I never owned. Might be coincidence but I doubt it. Would never buy from them.

The second time we took them out in May 2026, with only 2 hours on the units, 1 of them had a starter problem that occurred after the engine was warm. Once the engine warms up the unit will not restart. We had to tow it 7 miles back to the launch ramp. We have taken it back to Anderson Powersports four times for this problem. The first time they said it was the battery and tried to charge us $275 for a new battery. I protested that the unit was still under warranty, which I confirmed with BRP, and the next day they called back to say, "uh, sorry, we put in a new battery, and it was under warranty." The second time the starter failed we took it back and they tried to tell us it was the battery again. This was only 1 week after we had picked it up from them with the new battery! We told them, it's not the battery. The problem only happens once the unit has been ridden, and the engine is warm when it won't restart. They told my husband it was because he didn't know how to hold the starter button in correctly, he wasn't hitting "the sweet spot." Again, it was BS! We took the unit out after this BS answer, and of course it failed again. The warranty expired on 6/25/26. However, when we experienced the first failure, I contacted BRP and obtained a Case #. They have to get this problem fixed under warranty without charge until it's right. I have zero confidence in their technicians. The third time they supposedly replaced the starter relay. No surprise it failed again. The fourth failure was on 6/29/26. They had the unit for over 5 weeks. They called to say it was ready on 8/1/26. This time they changed the starter assembly. My husband picked it up but wasn't able to take it out for a test run until yesterday 8/3/26. To our surprise it appears they finally fixed it. However, the audio system is no longer working. There was never an issue with the audio system until Anderson had it for over 5 weeks and worked on it. My husband took it back to Anderson today, and their response was, oh gee, it's out of warranty. The stupid fat head technician said "it's probably an electrical problem." DOH! Probably one you caused when working on it. They will take no responsibility in aiding with diagnosing or repairing the audio system. This unit has fewer than five hours of use, yet it has spent most of that time at the dealer while they attempted to fix the starter issue. We brought the units in clean each time, but they were returned filthy after sitting on the lot. After repeated problems and poor service, basic customer care should include returning the units in the same clean condition. Anderson should do the right thing and repair the audio problem as a courtesy at no charge.
