I nailed my bike in some gravel in town on the last leg of a 3000 mile road trip and almost got stranded in Vegas since my KTM OEM brake assembly is back ordered until December! Jeff Stern is one of the best in the business. He has been building bikes longer than most of the riders have been riding. He has been building / maintaining my CBR1000rr track bike since it was new (2011). Never a failure or problem. And i BEAT on that poor thing. We have several trophies to prove his work. Jeff fixed a major fault on The KTM 300XC-W WP shock. The factory setting sets the rear ride height to high in the rear, making the bike unstable on fire roads as well as single tracks. Jeff milled an internal spacer which lowered rear about 3/4". Re-valved and used Motul fluid. Jeff then installed a diaphragm filler nut on reservoir, set to 150 PSI. Bike is now more stable with more traction on rear and easy to plink on the slow stuff. With less weight on front the whole system is in balance. Nice Job. read more

I'm a bit of a picky guy when it comes to my stuff and Jeff sent me pictures and everything I wanted since, I am not local and couldn't see it for my self. Highly recommended. Jeff fixed my 1990 ZX11 where other shops couldn't (including 2 Kawasaki delaerships!!). He is now my only stop when it comes to repairing or servicing my bike. I just got my ZX14 back from him and not only was the valve adjustment hundreds less than the dealership, he also gives you a print out of what he did and how your bike is running. Can't say enough. Last weekend, there was a race at LVMS and I had burnt out my clutch on the first start of the day. I asked around the pits for a clutch as well as called the local dealerships. No one had one.
