I have spent thousands of dollars with Bellissimoto. Purchased two sets of custom BST wheels from them. One of the wheels was incorrectly advertised on their website, and I therefore ended up with the wrong part after the long awaited manufacturing time. They admitted that it was wrongly advertised and said they would reach out to BST to see what could be done. I also did the same thing on my end given that I had spent $3800US on beautifully customized carbon fiber wheels that were now useless! Several months went by with no news/resolution. As soon as I asked for the incorrectly advertised wheel to be refunded I got no response or acknowledgment. Too much time has gone by and I can no longer be protected by PayPal or my credit card company! Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed and expected more professionalism from your company! Beware, if you order something from here, you will be waiting. I ordered some parts for my bike back in July, it is now September and they have yet to be delivered. A friend of mine also bought an exhaust for their S1000 from them and it took almost six months, and when it arrived it was the wrong one. They refused the return until he got ahold of the owner. Placed an order for a Baxley stand, and since they had none in stock, they told me they sent the order directly to Baxley, and that shipping would be in less than three days. 12 days later, no stand, no shipping info. I called Baxley and they said they just received the order yesterday (11 days after I ordered it from Bellissimomoto). I could have had it already if I'd placed the order directly and I need it asap. Probably the worst service ever. Do not order parts from here. Don't do it. I bought a Puig Winglet set. It damaged my bike and I sent it back. There's a 25% restocking fee. No biggie. I get an email 30 days later stating one winglet was scratched and the glue was used. Which is fine. Then I'm told there is a 50% restocking fee. Not what their website says though. Not sure why they'd bump it up more. It makes zero sense to me. This is not how you treat or keep customers. Won't be ordering anything else from them. EVER read more

I purchased a product from BellissiMoto on 27-Jan-2020. The part I purchased was a clutch cover for my Ducati, and it was to be shipped from Italy. Prior to the pandemic that hit us here in USA, I contacted them 2 times in February. I was informed it would take 4-6 weeks, that would be between 24-Feb-2020 to 09-Mar-2020. I contacted them again on 25-Feb-2020 and I was informed that they were still waiting for the company to gather some more shipments, and the package should be on its way in the "next week sometime"--that would be the week of 02-Mar-2020. I then called them during that week for some updates and was answered by an angry employee/manager. I told him that I had bad customer service because no one had sent any email updates about the product. Instead of telling me the "why" he just proceeded to assume that it must have been my "first time" ordering Italian motorcycle parts. That some customers had to wait for months and months to receive a part. I told him I understood, but their website specifically says "Availability: 4-6 Weeks". By this point, we were on week 7. Employee started to evidently get annoyed with my questions because he finally said "Let's get on the right foot..." I responded to him and told him I was calm from the get-go, and I just wanted an answer. He finally calmed down and told me "Why not wait it out at this moment? You've waited this long and it should be coming some time NEXT WEEK." I called again on 27-Mar-2020 and spoke to a different employee. This person was much nicer and said that he didn't have any updates to add, but he would contact me on 29-Mar-2020. Now, it's 30-Mar-2020 (that's 9 weeks now) and I have not gotten any updates. Bellissimoto may have other great reviews, but it seems like I got the wrong end of a stick. Had they been honest and simply said "I don't know when the shipment will come" instead of giving me "some time next week" response, I would've been patient. Had that employee given a NEW customer respect instead of belittling me, I would have continued doing business with them. If you order any parts from these guys where the availability states "4-6 Weeks": then expect NO updates, NO email communication, and NO customer service. They will give you excuses that they have many other customers to attend to or the "next week" answer. I have requested that they cancel my order now and I HOPE that will be an easy request for Bellissimoto to accomplish. I know there are a plethora of other dealers in the country, so I'll be going to them. read more

I made an order for parts for my Ducati Xdiavel. After 2 weeks waiting time I emailed asking if there was an update. The parts manager got back to me days after my email with a condescending response asking if I had seen the 3-4 week back order. Their site is not in real time. One part said it was in stock and the other 3-4 week back order that was like that for 3 months! Poor customer service. I posted a review on their site and they took it down. Not as advertised. I have ordered online as well as visited in person to the shop. When ordering online, my items showed up very promptly. All items received were very high quality. If any issues or questions came up before or after ordering, the guys at the shop are very responsive to ensure I'm fully educated on the product and answer any questions. It's nice to find a shop that will actually take the time to explain stuff, especially where so many places seem to just rush you out the door or off the line. When visiting the store in person, the owner took the time to give me a full tour or the shop and go over all of the brands they carry and why. It is nice to see a shop that carries brands that they believe in and trust themselves. Everyone there was very polite and helpful! I lucked out and found Bellisimotto on Google after an EBAY purchase I made got cancelled. The EBAY Seller from Italy was wanting more then what the buy it now listed it for. I spoke to Paul who gave me expert advice on which shock would work best for a Ducati 749 project bike I'm building. He took the time to send me pictures of the XXF11/31 which is what I was considering. Paul explained all the options/features so I could see how it would work for my build and buy with confidence. I'm building a custom subframe to lower the rear passenger seat, custom seat and exhaust. The Bitubo is dialed in SPECIFIC for the weight of me and my Girlfriend and it's design gave me the added clearance I needed for all the changes I'm making. The quality of this shock is Gorgeous. Randy and Paul gave me a sweet deal but it was their Customer Service which made this an easy decision for me. They gave me a great deal but these Guys are the REAL DEAL. I just bought a 2012 Multistrada and the rear wheel nut was really frozen. WD40, air tools and breaker bar failed for me (I even broke the breaker bar). They told to bring it over and they would take a crack at it. With a little help from a better penetrating oil and a little patience (not one of my specialties), they had it off and saved me a trip to the dealer$hip. I was in LV visiting from So Cal and called the shop 1 hour after closing time on a Friday night, on the off chance that maybe the posted hours on the website had changed or someone would answer. Randy did - in 3 rings. I asked if the shop was closed and he confirmed that they had locked up for the night; however he asked me what I was looking for? I told him that I had wanted a Suomy Dovi replica helmet for a while and that he was the only shop anywhere in the west coast that carried a full selection of Suomy. I hate buying helmets without trying them on, so this was my only shot, as I was leaving first thing in the morning. Randy's response was "I'm working on a bike and have plenty to do to keep me busy for a while - come on over." No one does that! I Ubered over to the store and he showed me the helmet - and tempted me with about 6 other cool lids from Suomy and X-Lite. They had the helmet that I wanted, in my size.
