Mark went over pricing for a new entry level wheel, and when I asked him about a nicer comparable wheel to what I had on my bike he was more than happy to explain. He didn't jump right to the highest price item, which a lot of other companies would do. He said they were a bit behind with techs out, but he's have to boxed and ready for shipping next week. No worries. $40 is a deal! Joe told me he'd send me an email with the box dimensions and weight. My Cuz will need to arrange shipping through Bike Flight, the most reasonable pricing. Cool! I needed a part to mount a rear rack on my cruiser and Cayla ordered the part. Got a bike bell too! Used a $20 in-store coupon she gave a a month ago. Dropped by this location in Aug 2022. Picked up a helmet and some lights for my recumbent tricycle. Had some really good service by the people who work there. The lights I picked up were defective and I dropped by a few days later. They were quickly replaced with a brand new great working set. I really liked the service and staff here. They treated my family and I with respect. I explained my wants and needs to them and they offered me multiple choices of what I was looking for from economical to high end items. They explained everything about the work to be done and what they would suggest based on my skill level and where I'd be riding. I've been here twice! I had a stuck chain that I could get off a bike I was tearing apart and I took it to this awesome shop and the guy took it back took the chain off and said have a nice day! In and out in minutes! I knew then that if I ever need bicycle work this was the spot. When back to get some repairs on a yard sale bike and they were able to help me out without an issue. The service is amazing, the quality of work is great and I even though I dropped by right as they were closing I had my bike back in less than 12 hours. Longs story short his customer service was so great that I now have decided a Trek is my next move. My friends son has autism and was sent into trek bicycle store to check on prices for brakes etc. (the bike needed extensive work) and they quoted him $144 which was very fair but way more than expected. her son called me for my opinion and I felt it was fair but the bike wasn't worth that so I decided to call and ask for a little help due to mom single mother with an autistic son, maybe I could get a better deal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke with Jason (salesman) who informed me he would check with Joe and see what they could do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Those two guys are saints in my opinion they gave him a refurbished bicycle that looked great and rode perfectly.
