I thought I like this place,I thought I can finally found a service store where they can take care of you well! I left my road bike for a full service,I mean (chain,cassettes,front- and rear shifters,cables...you name it) Almost $500 later!!! I had the bike done and my wife picked it up because I had to go on a 3 weeks work trip to Europe. I just got back and nobody else touched my bike ever since and I don't even own a stand that clamps a frame like this! Matter a fact you don't EVER clamp a carbon bike by the carbon frame! You clamp the seat post!!! This is how I got my road bike back from this place! Cracked carbon frame and chipped surface! Is it even safe to ride anymore?! You guys! I mean,if you guys love your bikes, avoid this place at all costs!!! read more

If you're looking to get your road bike, your road e hybrid bike, your wife's bike, your grandma's beach cruiser, your kids bike, your endurance bike, your mountain bike any bike you can think of serviced, look no further than Trek. Trek has knowledgeable staff that will take a look at your bike and do a true assessment of what is needed. Trek does not price gauge because they value their customers and want them to return. I took my bike into Trek and I spoke with two very knowledgeable bike mechanics. Their name's were Mark and Adam. These gentleman do not try to sell anything your not asking for and explain every option available, starting from the least expensive to the higher end options. I recently bought a new wheel for my bike because my old one was shot after crashing into a curb. Mark went over pricing for a new entry level wheel, and when I asked him about a nicer comparable wheel to what I had on my bike he was more than happy to explain. He didn't jump right to the highest price item, which a lot of other companies would do. This is the third time I've had my bike service by Trek and their customer service and values is what keeps me coming back. As soon as my bike is ready to go I'll add picture. FYI they service all kinds of bikes not just Treks. read more

Brought in a road bike I'm sending to my Cuz Char G in Sacramento to be dismantled and boxed for shipping. My friend, Cayla, greeted me and brought me over to Joe, the service manager. He said they were a bit behind with techs out, but he's have to boxed and ready for shipping next week. No worries. $40 is a deal! Joe told me he'd send me an email with the box dimensions and weight. My Cuz will need to arrange shipping through Bike Flight, the most reasonable pricing. Cool! I needed a part to mount a rear rack on my cruiser and Cayla ordered the part. Got a bike bell too! Used a $20 in-store coupon she gave a a month ago. Service and sales here makes it the best bike shop in the Valley! read more

Dropped by this location in Aug 2022. Picked up a helmet and some lights for my recumbent tricycle. Had some really good service by the people who work there. The lights I picked up were defective and I dropped by a few days later. They were quickly replaced with a brand new great working set. I really liked the service and staff here. They treated my family and I with respect. I explained my wants and needs to them and they offered me multiple choices of what I was looking for from economical to high end items. The staff here is very personable and provided they are not with another customer will give you their undivided attention. Drop on by and give them a chance to provide you with your custom based bicycle needs. read more

Trek has entry level bikes at a good price. The Trek store was friendly and professional when fitting the grandboys to new bikes. And frankly, I have never seen that many Trek bikes in one place. They ordered and assembled the boys bikes and installed the accessories. read more

Took my bike in to get serviced this past week. I'm still a noob to mtb but the techs there were awesome. Super cool. They gave me options and recommendations based on different price points for new tires. They explained everything about the work to be done and what they would suggest based on my skill level and where I'd be riding. It wasn't cheap but well worth the money spent so zero complaints. read more

I've been here twice! I had a stuck chain that I could get off a bike I was tearing apart and I took it to this awesome shop and the guy took it back took the chain off and said have a nice day! In and out in minutes! I knew then that if I ever need bicycle work this was the spot. When back to get some repairs on a yard sale bike and they were able to help me out without an issue. The service is amazing, the quality of work is great and I even though I dropped by right as they were closing I had my bike back in less than 12 hours. Just wanted to leave and experience. Looking to get a new bike and had my eye on a Santa Cruz. Went into the Trek Henderson store to do some comparison shopping. Was greeted and helped by Jeremy. Longs story short his customer service was so great that I now have decided a Trek is my next move. Nothing against Trek bikes at all and not because of any other reason then the experience he gave me. Give that man a raise!! read more

My friends son has autism and was sent into trek bicycle store to check on prices for brakes etc. (the bike needed extensive work) and they quoted him $144 which was very fair but way more than expected. her son called me for my opinion and I felt it was fair but the bike wasn't worth that so I decided to call and ask for a little help due to mom single mother with an autistic son, maybe I could get a better deal. I spoke with Jason (salesman) who informed me he would check with Joe and see what they could do. Those two guys are saints in my opinion they gave him a refurbished bicycle that looked great and rode perfectly. hoping for a small discount and coming out with a great bike you don't hear great stories like this much anymore what wonderful people and business to help out a family like this. Her son doesn't show expression but when I advised his mother of what the guys at trek did she was overjoyed and so thankful. 1000% recommend these guys at trek on Stephanie.. corporate will hear about this and everyone I know. thank you guys so much. read more

Thank you Jeremy and Joe for being so kind and helpful. I haven't rode my bike in so long and the tires were completely flat, so flat that I couldn't even pump air in them and thought I needed new ones. They both helped me pump air into the tires, taught me how to pump air for future, offered to load the bike into the car and had no judgment of me not realizing all I needed was some air. I will definitely come here for my next bike purchase . Thank you guys for making my day easier than I anticipated. Great staff read more
