I had a great experience with The Bike Masters! Kenny, the owner, was quick to respond and made scheduling incredibly easy. He had next-day service available, which was great, and the whole scheduling process was quick and convenient. The mobile service was extremely convenient, and pricing was very reasonable. Kenny was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make additional adjustments, including adjusting the brakes and tightening the headset, beyond the original tire replacement. He also replaced a tire on our go-kart that had been sitting for about three years because of a flat tire, so it was great to finally get it back up and running. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend The Bike Masters to anyone looking for convenient, reliable, and knowledgeable mobile bike repair. read more

Great service. Good communication. On time. Quick and convenient. Would recommend for all bike maintenance/repair!

i find hard to remember namescso regrete I do not remember the very nice young man that came to fix my E Trike. He answered all of my questions as I am a new electric tricycle owner and when I told him I hadn't rode a bicycle in 50 years, he told me I didn't look that old. I would recommend this company and I will call them again when and if I need more help. read more

Great service. Kenny provided great communication and made it easy to set an appointment. He helped me sort out 4 bikes that had been sitting in my garage with issues for years. He was fast and efficient and extremely reasonable on pricing - all from my house! Highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience with Kenny at Bike Masters! He did an excellent job tuning up my bike and making sure everything was running smoothly. What really stood out to me was how helpful and patient he was with all of my beginner questions. He took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and gave me some great advice to help me get started and improve as a rider. It's not every day you come across someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Kenny definitely went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his time and advice. I'll definitely be coming back to Bike Masters and would highly recommend Kenny to anyone, especially beginners looking for someone they can trust! read more

I had the service performed February 20, 2025, and I apologize as I'm only posting it now. I needed my bike tuned up and checked for any safety issues. After I made the appointment my daughter realized she would like the same service. That was sweet because they come to your house and so we split the trip charge. Our bicycles have been sitting in the garage for quite a few years and gathering a lot of dust and dirt and we were concerned about their condition and safety. Kenny was a very professional and friendly fellow, and he performed a proficient and thorough service. He cleaned up the bikes, checked them for any safety issues, made needed adjustments and answered our questions. He's been doing this for many many years and I highly highly recommend him. My daughter is also really excited about the work done on her bike and the assurance that we can ride these bikes safely now. He also let us know we should probably be buying some new helmets as ours were fairly old. I didn't realize that, but it makes sense as plastic tends to harden and change over time. We will definitely be using him in the future as the need arises. Since there's a service charge for him coming to your home, I would recommend that you have your family and immediate neighbors get their bikes serviced as well. Bottom line Kenny and his company are worth the price. read more

My first ever tune-up for a mountain bike. Since they're a mobile service, Bike Masters owner Kenny Johnson and Randy came over to my residence and tuned up the bike right there. They were honest with me that the bike was still in good condition and I could continue enjoying it, but might need the chains replaced somewhere down the road. They're very stand-up guys and charged a very reasonable fee for a great service they provided. I recommend giving them a try should you need bike repair and maintenance !!! read more

I needed to have my bike tuned up and checked out as I hadn't ridden it in some time. I saw that Bike Masters had good reviews online and offered mobile service, so I gave them a call. Kenny made an appointment to look at my bike for the next day. He showed up today and did a thorough and professional job on my bike. I was able to immediately take it for a good long ride. It felt and rode wonderfully. They offer amazing service for a great price. Kenny didn't try to upsell me anything, saying that if the tubes do end up needing replacement, that he'd be happy to come back and do that as well. I would happily go with Bike Masters for any future bike services. read more

Kenny is absolutely amazing. So glad we found him. He communicates very well. We were able to schedule for a next day appointment. Kenny let us know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He is very knowledgeable and was able to take care of issues with our e-bikes quickly and professionally. We feel his pricing was fair and reasonable and even with the service fee it beat having to load the bikes up and take them to a bike shop and then wait for who knows how long before we'd get them back. He came to the house, fixed the issues and we were back riding the same day. We highly recommend Kenny and won't hesitate to call him for any future e-bike needs. Kenny is the best! My partner and I bought two inexpensive off-brand e-bikes from Amazon around the first of the year. Tot-guard, or something like that. Unfamiliar to most, no bike shop in town would touch them...but one of them did put me on to Kenny at Bike Masters! From the first service call, Kenny made an impression with his communications, punctuality, kindness, fairness, and availability...and these traits haven't waned at all on each subs service visit. Thanks a lot, Kenny! read more
