I had fallen on some hard times and for the first time had to take some prized possessions into Pawn them and them gave me what I needed without asking why and only took the smallest amount of my items to get the money I needed. The % are so fair I was shocked! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs fast help without judgement because they will make your day a much brighter place. Also, the have the most fantastic items for purchase and even have layaway. The items are very reasonable in price and they are very knowledgeable about any item you ask on. Oh yes, the pawn time limit is 60-days which I felt was a blessing that I had so much time to pick up my items. Please visit the store if the need arises, I promise they will not let you down. This time the guy was kind of irritated or something, he kind of gave me the impression that he did not want to be there. I brought gold and silver, and he never explained what anything was. I thought that some of it me not have been pure silver or pure gold, but he never explained it to me he just kind of threw the stuff back in my direction. If my last encounter had not been so good, I wouldn't be saying any of this. But don't get me wrong the guy was not all that bad. He wasn't a total ass, just a little bit. But I love this store, I love the experiences I've had. It's a lot easier going there than it is to what I imagine a pawn shop would be. Thank you very much to all of you.

The shop is very clean, and most of the items are neatly encased, giving it a professional and organized feel. They have a great selection of high-end, luxury items (Louis, Chanel, YSL, etc). The staff, especially Derek, was informative and friendly. He took the time to explain how the store determines offer prices, resale values, and even the authentication process for items. Although I was offered about a third of what I originally paid at retail, his clear explanation helped me understand how the business works and why the offer made sense. Overall, it's a trustworthy and well-run pawn shop with great customer service and transparency -- definitely one of the better experiences I've had selling items.

I had a broken chain that needed reconnecting, and they were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes. They also softened a part of the clasp that was sharp, which I hadn't previously noticed. I was ready to pay at least $30, as that was the estimate given to me, but they completely waived charging me simply because I had to wait (not even 10 minutes) to be seen and helped. This was no fault of their own, they were pretty busy which is so nice to see. I tried paying, believe me, as I didn't see my waiting as reason not to charge me. The gentleman that helped me was so gracious and kind, I will forever remember his act of kindness today. I just wish I'd gotten his name! What a pleasant first experience here; I will absolutely be recommending this shop to anyone who is in need. Thank you!

It didn't work for me and when I returned it a few days later, I was informed that they would charge a 25% restocking fee, that that policy was printed on the receipt I was given AFTER I had paid for it. If I had been informed upfront that I would only get 3/4 of the price back in credit, I would have not purchased it. All they had to do to restock the item was hang it back up in the empty spot where it had been a few days before. At least I know where not to shop in the future.
