One of the other team members then came up and let them know that there were still parts from my watch in the back. They then took back my watch and the bag of extra links; It sounded like they didn't know about the end caps for the rod that secures the links together. After a few minutes they came back and gave me my watch and all of the extra parts; the resize was $15. Since then the little rods have been sliding loose/ out of the links by as much as 2-3mm. It also looks like some of the rods are missing their end caps which explains the sliding. If the other employee didn't notice the extra parts in the back I'm not sure if they would have been returned to me. I'm also not sure if this resize was done correctly because of the loose link rods. It could be they were unfamiliar with the brand of watch; it was Seiko, a Japanese brand. If so I wish they would have refused the resize instead of offer a subpar job. Images attached: The rods have been labeled 1-8. I believe rods 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been left alone. I have had sliding issues with rods 3, 6, and 7. An example of the rod and end cap is also included.

On Sunday afternoon they were open due to extra holiday hours. I was greeted by John. We sat down at his desk to discuss my goals in repairing and assembling my pearls and sterling silver findings. Sonya also joined the conversation and explained what their jeweler might do to successfully complete the pieces. The store is beautifully decorated with unique chandeliers, Christmas decorations, and elegant displays of fine jewelry. In addition to this, there is an elegant and cozy area to sit and discuss your project where they offer refreshments such as chocolates, soft drinks, and various waters. The cordial and welcoming environment and their desire to fulfill my project goal makes this my favorite business in Summerlin. I feel they are the best jeweler in this city . I give them my highest recommendation. My pearls were assembled just as I requested. I couldn't be happier with my jewelry! Sonya and John went above and beyond to accommodate my project and I LOVE the results. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

While it may not be clothing that we find as useful as the Romans, many other things can be pawned or sold to meet your needs . Come on in and see what treasures that have been lost and need to be found. Do you remember when we used a hand shake to make a deal? Can you take someone on their word of honor? For all these panning services this is the business to use. If you are looking for something different to put that fiat currency into. They carry a wide variety of silver, gold, platinum to trade those dollars into . If your into historical items come and discover what "moneys" of the United States used to look like. On the coin side, it's by John, and he was honestly great to work with true gentleman very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time going through our coin collection, explained things clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he knows what he's doing, but more importantly, he treats you with respect, which goes a long way in a space like this. The other side of the shop is more focused on toy collectibles. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner there, but the woman working was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was positive. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're into coins or collectibles. Good service, knowledgeable people, and a unique setup having both businesses under one roof.
