Eddie was super kind and helpful! I loved his lanyard and nails. He always gives the best service

Boof. That's all I can say I've been in enthusiast for more than 2 decades. Wanted some good flower and wax. Nope got popcorn bud and some BS wax supposedly high THC levels but literally almost threw up. Either they need new chefs or the weed they sell is straight Mexican brick weed. Never again. read more

Robert was so knowledgeable, helpful and quick! Definitely coming back because of him!

I came in to grab a cartridge for my battery, but instead, I was given a disposable--something I never asked for. When I came back to fix the mistake, Jordan, the manager on shift, refused to take responsibility. Jordan told me that since I had already left the building, I couldn't return the item--even though it was their mistake, not mine. I explained to Jordan that this was not my product, and instead of making things right, she offered me a pathetic 10% discount and told me I'd have to buy the correct item again. That's completely unacceptable. Jordan had the power to fix this but chose not to, leaving me stuck with something I didn't want. This whole experience was frustrating, annoying, and honestly, disrespectful. If you shop here, double-check your product before leaving because Jordan clearly won't help you if they mess up. read more

Stopped in here for the first and last time. The bud tender was extremely rude. She was laughing and rolling her eyes in our face when we didn't understand the procedure being that every dispensary works different. When we asked to see the menu she was put out that she had to walk around the counter and took her time walking a snails pace. She had black curly hair and her name maybe started with a Z. You'll recognize her immediately by her condescending attitude. The other bud tenders and the guy checking ids at front seemed nice. We went down the road to a different dispensary and the bud tenders in there were talking about how the customer service at the source has been going down recently. This lady definitely didn't help that reputation. The dispensary is the happiest place on earth.... We have to protect the peace and keep people like her out! read more

Logan's customer service was next level! Every time I come to The Source, everyone is always so helpful with the best suggestions.

Placed my order being told they had happy hour! Which is displayed on their website! Decided to wait til time, Arriving at the beginning of there so called happy hours time! How convenient their was nothing left to purchase included in there Happy Hours! Plus my order I placed which I figured would be part of "Happy Hours " was turned down over $10 discount! Disappointing for there so called happy hours claimed! Very disappointed! Being a customer for several years! Walked out with nothing! Beware trap to get you in there store! SAD! Seriously I went to purchase their $50 14 gram's which looked pretty much like the ones listed for $60 and they had nothing! Said sold out Happy hour started at 9pm I was there literally at 9:03! How can you advertise? If you do not really have? read more

This place is a gem and although I have shopped here many times before I think they FINALLY deserve this 5 star that is long over due. I would give a 10 if possible they are that good. They are definitely in the business of quality as some thing may be pricier than your typical dispensary but nonetheless I think every product I've ever bought here has exceeded my expectations. And the extra money is worth the products your getting here. Most recent pick ups were some CBD gummies and my usual cream/balm. Dope to see everyone dressed up for Halloween in costumes... I didn't remember my helpers name but she was dressed up as Boo from Monsters INC lol. Super helpful and definitely super chill vibe, told her my needs and she killed it. Explaining every product and how id feel with em, and now on day 2 after using some products man, I'm happy Boo was my helper. She was right on and I'm a happy camper! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!! 10/10 read more

It's BS that thy made me run my card for a $0.12 balance on my debit card when that was my only balance didn't get a chance or opportunity to hold the transaction and perhaps go to my car and get which I did have. Instead they had to run my card for $8.50 instead for just 0.12 of which $3.50 was in fee's alone the fee's was 29.1x the amount of the balance and still expected a tip from the change. If I was to run for entire purchase let say $120 or $150 on my debit card ok that fine but for 0.12 cents and still expected tips when you took in fees 20x for the amount charged these are the technical stuff that bugs the crap out of me. I don't mind tipping I don't mind spending money but I do mind getting screwed! read more

First of all, this cannabis dispensary offers solventless disposable dabs. Wow, it's amazing. I'm so spoiled that I couldn't go anywhere else. So clean and so fresh, I would recommend the disposable solventless camp rosin pens, preferably the dark rainbow strain. I love this one so much, and I'm an avid fan. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable; they exceeded my expectations. read more

lady with the red hair (Randi) was rude and not helpful. I usually love this place but that lady ruined my experience. she also wasn't happy that she didn't get a tip. I usually tip when it's deserved. but if you don't have customer service skills you don't deserve a tip:/ read more

Customer service is laughable. I understand it's a dispensary but when your employees are so high they can't hold a conversation there's an issue. read more

I'm really disappointed in this place. This has been my go to dispensary since moving to Vegas and I've easily spent a few thousand dollars in that time frame. I ordered 3 disposable pens 3 weeks ago and found that one of them was defective. I took it back expecting an easy swap, but was told they wouldn't accept my item back after 7 days.... so you're really willing to lose a weekly customer over a defective $20 vape pen? Wow. It's easy for businesses to get things right, but I'm not interested in seeing how else they treat customers when they get things wrong. Smh. read more

All staff is friendly and accommodating. I will continue to bring my business as long as I'm living in Las Vegas.

My new favorite shop! Their prices are right up my alley and they offer great discounts. They still offer products you can find everywhere else...BUT this page is much better than some other shops around town! Also great rewards program!! read more

The lack of professionalism is so out of hand. I've been getting deliveries from here for about 3 or 4 months now and it's finally become enough. I get deliveries the same day, the same time EVERY WEEK and it's just constant problems. Whether it's the guy answering the phone like he's on his couch selling a dime bag, the deliveries coming a day early, them not applying discounts, or simply just canceling my order because they ran out of the product that was on their website. It's problem after problem and they NEVER try to rectify the situation or at the very least say we're sorry for the inconvenience. I had a delivery supposed to come today. They canceled it because they didnt have one thing out of the nine I ordered. They called and left one message at 8 a.m. No follow up when the deliveries went out. Nothing. So me, sleeping in and enjoying my rest, figuring a simple delivery would come when I wake up has to now call them and reschedule because I have to go to work. At a job where people are held accountable for their constant mistakes. Hire some adults, some people with background in customer service, and maybe look in to management who knows how to take care of their regular customers. read more

Ok...I get that it's Covid, and there are a lot of freaked out people out there, and some of them...rightly so. But when a dispensary refuses me and my mask....that is ACTUALLY A MASK...and NOT a piece of cloth...then that dispensary...and their management team that instructs them this way...should be EDUCATED!! Guessing most of the recent positive reviews on here are from employees or friends of employees. Delivery drivers are rude, damage property and will purposefully disrupt your neighborhood. They usually send people who are unable to read delivery instructions, are impatient and cannot count efficiently or accurately. Really don't care to ever use this dispensary again but who's going to pay for the damage to the driveway your delivery service left after today's experience? Will my neighbors be getting an apology for your driver purposefully sitting in the street holding up traffic? Or obnoxiously honking & blasting music while using profane hand gestures out the window in front of their kids? Doubt it, instead the responsibility and burden is put on the customer & not the business. Disappointed and disgusted are the two words that sum up this business & their service. read more

HORRIBLE customer service.. would NOT recommend! I showed up 15 minutes til close and the manager said they were not accepting any customers that they had to cut the line down and close by 5. I proceeded to tell him I was not local and had walked to this location which was about a mile walk. As we were standing at the doorway 2 people proceeded to walk out and I asked if he would get on the register and assist me to cut the line down instead of standing at the door not assisting customers. He proceeded to say he could not help me when he most definitely could have. I understand it being Christmas Eve and wanting to go home but CHANGE YOUR DAMN HOURS TO 4:45pm instead of 5pm. I didn't get the managers name, but I called back about 5 min later and someone answered the phone. If they were so busy and had to cut the line down and don't have time to serve more customers yet you have time to have a phone conversation? Make that make sense. I spoke to someone supposedly named "Brooke" who would not give the managers name I spoke with either. I hope the owner sees that and that there is some type of change going forward. read more

"Just can't live that negative way..... Make way for the positive day!" Bob Marley Marijuana is legal in Nevada, along with a handful of other states. Let's delve a little further; explore the rabbit hole. Who's smoked weed? Even one of our presidents has admitted to smoking marijuana, but he did not inhale. The healing properties of this chemical cannot be ignored. This green plant has been used for a minute to alleviate pain just for starters; both in humans and animals. Why turn to the green herb? You might ask. Here's why. It's a wonderful alternative to pills; plus a personal choice too. After you have experienced a motorcycle accident that nearly crippled you herbal remedies look a lot better than those pills that they prescribe. The pain after that surgery, during therapy relearning to walk properly never will I do a pill regimen again. These pills they put one on; the side affects are the worst part. Percocet, Narcos, Xanax; these drugs are meant to cripple the individual and crush your thinking ability. Trust me when; years of taking them. Never again. Then to make it worse they cannot just stop the pain pills you have to step down gradually, then it was Darvocet. Stop this cycle before it begins; tune your mind and body to healing with some relaxing ways with good old fashioned weed. Again, just a note this is a "drug" it does effect everyone differently. Something that might help me, might not work for Bob, Joe, or Sue. Proceed with caution. Do some research before taking any drug, take it at home not while driving, consult your doctor; any other questions that arise talk to family and friends. Let's move on. The two primary categories of cannabis are an Indica or a Sativa. The indica gives the user that euphoric experience with mellowing and relaxing bliss. The Sativa strain provides an enchanting and energizing high. The Sativa is an excellent strain for those needing a pleasurable high dealing with he effects of depression or ADHD. It helps promote creativity and uplifting experiences . Feel the need to chill and just relax the mind. Happy times exist in the excellent experiences of an Indica strain. Let's find the chips, salsa, cupcakes and what ever else might tickle your fancy as you catch up with Netflix and the pooches. Find your comfy! What strain will you use? Honor and proper service should be the motto that the employees are coined with here. The service is so wonderful that one might question if it's real. The company's treatment of its employees and the environment that they call work is exceptional. The store is always clean; cheerful smiles adorn their faces. The experience of shopping here is most pleasant with the customer allowed to feel and smell what the product would be like. No sampling of any kind is allowed in stores. The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They give true and honest opinions. The store is pet friendly with no policies enforcing a service dog animal; as long as it does not bite. See the good and silliness in most situations that arise. For those that need a little boost then try some green trees and let your mind explore new heights. Everything is best in moderation and enjoyed in the safety of processes. For those that have discovered the healing properties of this euphoric drug smoke on. For those still on the fence about it; time to get off. There is no time like the present to experience something foreign. The effects might surprise you. The staff here are the go to source for anything green that you might have questions about. Remember to enjoy responsibilities in an adult fashion. Smoke safely and legally. Go and find the good in the world, for those that seek adventure and adjusting then come and seek your happiness with the Source. read more

Can't help but feel ripped off by this store . Should have checked my receipt more closely . I was overcharged for an item they told me was a "secret deal". Didn't want the item to begin with, the associate represented the item to be free if I spent more than $50. Turns out I was charged $26 for it . I called and they credited me $10.
