When I came back to fix the mistake, Jordan, the manager on shift, refused to take responsibility. Jordan told me that since I had already left the building, I couldn't return the item--even though it was their mistake, not mine. I explained to Jordan that this was not my product, and instead of making things right, she offered me a pathetic 10% discount and told me I'd have to buy the correct item again. That's completely unacceptable. Jordan had the power to fix this but chose not to, leaving me stuck with something I didn't want. She was laughing and rolling her eyes in our face when we didn't understand the procedure being that every dispensary works different. When we asked to see the menu she was put out that she had to walk around the counter and took her time walking a snails pace. She had black curly hair and her name maybe started with a Z. It's BS that thy made me run my card for a $0.12 balance on my debit card when that was my only balance didn't get a chance or opportunity to hold the transaction and perhaps go to my car and get which I did have. Instead they had to run my card for $8.50 instead for just 0.12 of which $3.50 was in fee's alone the fee's was 29.1x the amount of the balance and still expected a tip from the change. If I was to run for entire purchase let say $120 or $150 on my debit card ok that fine but for 0.12 cents and still expected tips when you took in fees 20x for the amount charged these are the technical stuff that bugs the crap out of me. The lack of professionalism is so out of hand. I've been getting deliveries from here for about 3 or 4 months now and it's finally become enough. I get deliveries the same day, the same time EVERY WEEK and it's just constant problems. Whether it's the guy answering the phone like he's on his couch selling a dime bag, the deliveries coming a day early, them not applying discounts, or simply just canceling my order because they ran out of the product that was on their website. It's problem after problem and they NEVER try to rectify the situation or at the very least say we're sorry for the inconvenience. I had a delivery supposed to come today. They canceled it because they didnt have one thing out of the nine I ordered. They called and left one message at 8 a.m. No follow up when the deliveries went out. Nothing. So me, sleeping in and enjoying my rest, figuring a simple delivery would come when I wake up has to now call them and reschedule because I have to go to work. At a job where people are held accountable for their constant mistakes. HORRIBLE customer service.. would NOT recommend! I showed up 15 minutes til close and the manager said they were not accepting any customers that they had to cut the line down and close by 5. I proceeded to tell him I was not local and had walked to this location which was about a mile walk. As we were standing at the doorway 2 people proceeded to walk out and I asked if he would get on the register and assist me to cut the line down instead of standing at the door not assisting customers. He proceeded to say he could not help me when he most definitely could have. I understand it being Christmas Eve and wanting to go home but CHANGE YOUR DAMN HOURS TO 4:45pm instead of 5pm. I didn't get the managers name, but I called back about 5 min later and someone answered the phone. If they were so busy and had to cut the line down and don't have time to serve more customers yet you have time to have a phone conversation? Make that make sense. I spoke to someone supposedly named "Brooke" who would not give the managers name I spoke with either. I hope the owner sees that and that there is some type of change going forward. read more

Guessing most of the recent positive reviews on here are from employees or friends of employees. Delivery drivers are rude, damage property and will purposefully disrupt your neighborhood. They usually send people who are unable to read delivery instructions, are impatient and cannot count efficiently or accurately.
