Back in love with this dispensary. I was a regular, then I started going to NV Made Marijuana, but my last two trips to a dispensary have been back here. They not only offer "frequent flyer" discount (reward dollars, so to speak), as does NV Made but they ALSO offer a Wisdom Discount. Another plus: They now (and have for months, I was told) accept Debit Cards which is way easier than taking hundreds of dollars in cash with me. There are not as many windows, meaning not as many Budtenders but I haven't had to wait. Today, I waited about 30 seconds for a second Budtender. We're visiting here for a quick 5-day vacation from Oregon, and due to the air travel bringing my meds with me was not going to be possible. So once we got situated we hit the interwebs and searched for a dispensary. We found The+Source only a few miles up the road. This place is beautiful, clean, has nice lines and very informative displays. The overall "tone" of the place felt like a bougie medical office waiting room, lots of wood and glass and class. Very different from the more "stoner goth head shop" feel that many of the Oregon dispensaries exude. The bud tenders were understanding and knowledgeable. The prices took me aback a bit, but I quickly learned that cannabis is just a lot more expensive down here versus Portland Oregon, where $4-6 gram mids and $2/g shake runneth over. The prices here were in line with other dispensaries in the area. Came away with two grams of flower (I have a handheld vaporizer back at the room) and, not quite 24 hours after landing here, had the meds I needed to alleviate the general anxiety and focus and think clearly. While in Vegas we visited the + source for some recreational marijuana. Once you enter you are greeted by the staff and requested to see identification. This store is small but has everything you are looking for CBD oils, vapes, topicals, edibles name it they have it. They even have a reward program once you spend $25 it equals to a $1. Even bringing back your bags earn you points love that!!! You can also order online for delivery or pickup. The staff is very knowledgeable about what you are looking for and help you through your purchase. I believe our purchase was an 8th of Super lemon haze which is a sativa. The price was about $52 not including taxes. I enjoyed our purchase very much during my stay in Vegas. Highly recommended spot in Henderson. read more

Bought a ROVE Pod which is labeled on their website as 1G/1000MG. When I got home and opened the bag the receipt, and label they put on the product says 1G, but the ROVE box clearly says .85G. I went out of my way to try a new dispensary and just feel if people are buying something for a certain price they should get what they are advertised. Dispensary prices are too high for some of us to try and find better prices and end up paying the same as everywhere else. read more

However, I know rent's a little more at this location (maybe not!) but no pre-roll (unless infused) should go for more than maybe $11-$12 per gm, especially in house flower. Others in the area are selling for less. Sometimes the same brand! Also why, at times your in-house brand cheaper than on your own dispensary? Still love for you! BTW your staff is amazing. I stopped in last night to buy something for a friend. I picked a bad and good night because it was customer appreciation night for their 3 year anniversary, which meant it was crazy busy but they were also giving items away with purchase. There was a small line to get inside, about four people. Once inside the building, I showed my ID then got into another line (25 people) to wait to get inside the glass area, where you make your selections and purchase items. This line went a lot faster than I expected! Once inside I was greeted by a friendly woman and she explained what I needed and gave me options. (I showed her what I was sent to buy) She handed me a slip of paper with my order and I got in line. This line had about 15 people in it and took about 10 minutes to get to the front to pay. The guy that helped me was super friendly! I can't comment on the quality but my friend said this location is more expensive than others but cheaper than the locations near the strip. If you have a medical marijuana card, you don't have to wait in line at all! read more

Jesús Christ I come here every day after work sundays to grab a pen or so I walk in today 9/13/20 9:00 with a white girl attending me with a bunch of looking young people that don't know what they're talking about . I ask them simple questions didn't want to help me, very rude, lady checked my ID 3 times thinking I got a fake or something. Terrible terrible customer service won't be coming back here again. Greediest dispensary, plus the quality is not up to par at all. Crunchy, old, & dry is what I get from the more "quality" strains. Definitely most expensive in Vegas. Feel horrible for the unaware customers getting ripped off. Their "deals" are always trash, such a sad dispensary. Wish it was better since the location is close. Sorry source..have to go with 1 star as much as I didn't want to. The workers seem nice but they can't seem to figure out how to effectively get people in and out in a timely manner. You're going to spend a half hour minimum getting what you want even if it's a "scheduled pickup". Ordering online seems to be a coin flip. Have tried twice and they always cancel the order or call saying there's a problem and they can't deliver that day. Went up the street to another dispensary and got in and out. Won't be going back. I had a curbside transaction a few nights ago and an in-store transaction today: Online interface was very easy, ordered early in the evening for an almost closing pick up. Arrived at the pick up time, parked in the curbside pick up zone, let them know I arrived via text message sent earlier in the evening. Ashley came out to deliver my order. Customer service was excellent, she was engaging and friendly, really chill vibe. Thanked her and went on my merry way. Today, wanted to go inside and check it out. Had my temperature checked at the front door, ID checked and off I go inside. Not busy at all for a Friday afternoon just after lunch. Nice and clean display cases, all products categorized, maybe four or five customers inside at most. Did not feel rushed at all. I zeroed in on what I wanted but had a few questions. Carlos helped me out and gave me a couple of suggestions since I was seeking relaxation/pain relief/insomnia relief. He pointed me in a good direction for an edible. He was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Transaction was smooth and I was out of there in five minutes. Coming from Northern California, I was expecting more expensive product but was happily surprised. Y'all lucky it's not taxed as crazy as it is in California. I visited The+Source two days ago around 4:30 p.m. Big mistake automatically b/c the parking was very limited due to it's location being an outlet mall. Thank goodness after a few laps someone was leaving. First impression/ first interaction was with a gentleman standing at the door like a guard dog. This confused me because most of the time when that's the situation, they check ID right away. This place has someone greet you right away at the door, but you hand your ID to the people at the window. Odd. First time at this place so I was asked at the window if I would like to sign up for their rewards program. One thing I didn't realise is that whilst you pay for your product they use your ID to look you up. I don't really like that concept, but whatever. They also have a "guard" standing by the entryway of the actual products. The layout is very organised and appeasing to the eye. They also have a colour guide on the wall to inform you of which items are made with Indica, Sativa, or Hybrid. That was extremely helpful. The employees standing inside that room are also helpful but weren't overbearing. I got a chocolate chunk brownie and the 3-pack of gummies ($24 and some change.) Not super out of range with pricing, yet I've found cheaper and more expensive at other dispensaries. Haven't tried out the products yet but will be indulging this weekend. After my last review, staff did get in touch with me, apologizing for the situation, letting me know the employee had been spoken to and offered me a gram for the inconvenience, which was nice. When I got there, they changed their mind and offered me a free 1/8th, super cool, thank you! Since then, I've decided to continue on with The Source Henderson rather than change to Nevada Made which is actually closer and more convenient for me. I'm a creature of habit and The Source did a great job making me comfortable. I got familiar with how they do things and I really didn't want to make a change.... But here I was, last week Tuesday, I placed an online order to quickly pick up. (Which, I should have known better, this is where my issue always lies, but remember, they spoke to the problem employee, right? ha!) Here's how pick up went. Walk through the door, greeted as always, such friendly faces. I let them know my name and that I am here to pick up my order. Look over, great- same dude at the window who always short changes me. ALWAYS. So, he greets me, grabs my order and lets me know that my total is $16.57. I let him know I have $5 in rewards that I would like to use. He lets me know that yes, I do have $5 off so that makes my new total $11.65. I hand him a $20, he says "$11.65, out of $20, that's $9 coming back to you." Clearly frustrated to see this employee either did not get spoken to about making decisions off other people's money, or he's simply just laughing at ya'll not caring at all who he offends. His boss clearly included. I ask him, "Well, hold up now cause my total was 11.65? Does my 35 cents not count? Did it just vanish? How do you do this to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I come through pick up? EVERY TIME, man, this is seriously irritating." He says, "yep, and here's your 35 cents. You have a great day." That's it, no sorry, no acknowledging his continuous wrong doing.... I leave, that's it, I am so upset and will act out if I don't just leave, cool down and leave my updated review when I am calm in hopes that someone will actually do their job. When I get to my car, I'm just curious about my receipt so I open the bag and of course my actual receipt isn't there. Isn't that like, not allowed???????? He put my order receipt in the bag, not the cash out one that tells me I saved $5, the new total or my change amount. This throws off my whole accounting system, I rely on my receipts. This one also pissed me off. It's really frustrating and to be honest; when The Source reached out to me after my last review, I was so so so impressed by how they handled my negative review, almost immediately. I felt like my voice mattered to them as a regular customer. But apparently they value their employees stealing from their customers more than the money we bring into their dispensary. It's really disappointing to me that after an attempt to make right, this same gem of an employee manages to still shXt on your company, making ya'll look like a complete joke. And you're paying him for this portrayal. I'm irritated, I don't want to go to Nevada Made, I liked y'all. I enjoyed the conversation, I appreciated the kindness, the knowledge, the inventory- all of it- y'all were great, but you let a bad seed ruin it. It sucks for me more than y'all, obviously. Guys, y'all just make sure if you put in a mobile order, don't let that man steal from you, they do have change and he has zero right to short change you. He just CHOOSES what to do with YOUR change. Had a great first visit, but during my second visit before returning home, I bought the watermelon BaM body and mind gummy cubes and opened them to find mold ALL over them and the lining of the bag. I'm so disappointed and would hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because It was gross. The people here are very kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. They truly are so sweet & amazing - they always open the door for you to greet you & to see you off when you leave. Once you step into the actual room where they have their product selections on display, someone with an iPad is always there to help you find the right product for you. Ridge & Dylan are my two favorite people to see! Anytime I see one of them behind the register after I've had a long day at work I immediately perk up. Thank you both!! The interior set up is really cool. It almost feels like you're walking into a museum for weed & I love museums so that makes me happy. The products can be pricey at times depending on what you get but they also have a great rewards system & a great selection for whatever kind of marijuana products you might be looking for. The only negative interaction I've had was with a red haired girl that used to be their greeter but I think she might have been having a bad day, which we've all had before, so I'm still giving this place 5 stars. Super Fast and Easy Curbside (after the 2nd try) The first time I ordered online around around 1pm and it told me it would take about 200 minutes and I would get a text to let me know when it was read and can be picked up. I never got a text so after 9:30pm I went to bed. After reading their rules and regs, they put your order back into stock after 11pm... so I tried the next morning right when they opened at 8. Ordered my stuff (some of the things they didn't have that I ordered the day before) and placed my order and it confirmed with 250 mins. I get a call about 45 mins later letting me know about half my order they did not have but would grab similar strains. I asked the if I could pick up now and they said yes (way under 250 mins)! When I arrived the slots were super easy to find with a little station and someone standing outside. The person greets you wearing a mask and gloves. You stay in your car, they scan your license, and go over your order. You can pay with a debit card too!!! Kinda bummed with the strains they picked but at least it's better than no strains lol read more

They have a lot of cannabis products to choose from, from edibles to pipes to all other kinds of good stuff. This place is cash only, but don't worry, they have ATM's inside for your convenience. Cellphone use is prohibited in here. Just note that some of the stuff here is a little pricey, plus tax. And, if you buy any chocolate edibles, please be careful during the summer.
