I got a Rove Pod 2-3 days ago and now it's leaking wax from mouth piece. I called the source and they said bring it in. lady named KJ or Aj looked at it. she took it to back to test it and she cleaned off wax on top then proceeded to tell me it works fine. horrible customer service as they told me to contact Rove directly for a leaking faulty produc!!! read more

I love all the product and pricing, however they have this new way of having you order which I think is so stupid and takes so much longer, they have you order out on the floor and then call your name when your order is "ready" while at the same time people that came in after you are out before you, it takes so much more time and when I get to the counter I change my order every time anyways so they really just need to go back to the original way of ordering like how it was 3 days ago when I came in.... other than that the staff are great read more

So I just moved to Henderson and went into this business. All I wanted was some flower/sativa. They had 2 different kinds and that's all. First of all, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Unlike other dispensaries I've been too, they have associates on the floor answering questions and taking your order as you go. Karen was the highlight. She hooked it up big time and was absolutely kind to me. I'll be back specifically for Karen. Second, the selection is great. After coming to the source since moving to this side of town over 3 years ago I've decided I'm not dealing with this nonsense anymore. I usually place a large pick up order twice a month. I almost NEVER go inside. Today I just needed a pre roll. I've had the same Source app for 3+ years. I had enough points for $5 off. Well I get to the counter and the girl says one of your prerolls is free with points and confused I said I do? I thought I only had $5 off. She asked to see my phone and she said that wasn't the correct app. I told her it's the app I used when I first started coming there. She got a manager who proceeded to tell me that's NEVER been their app and that anyone could've made that app. I DONT THINK SHES AWARE OF HOW APPS ARE MADE AND THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. I explained I've always had this app and if they changed their app why wasn't an email sent out or why weren't their customers notified? She rudely said it's posted all over the store. I said I NEVER COME INSIDE! I ALWAYS PICK UP SO HOW WOULD PEOPLE WHO PICK UP KNOW IF YOU DONT INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS!? She did nothing to rectify their mistakes or take ownership that they changed their app. She said do you want the prerolls or not? I told her I would never be coming back! The Source is by far THE WORST dispensary in Vegas. Terrible customer service skills, employees don't even attend to customers and pay more attention to each other, use a tablet to tell them the info about a product (I can do the same thing on the internet), management is a joke and they equally as terrible. The Source has to be my favorite dispensary in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. The store is smaller than most dispensaries I've visited but anything you need, they have. All of the staff I've come across here is super knowledgable but yesterdays experience with Matt is the best one I've had yet! He was not only amazingly friendly and approachable but he definitely knows his stuff!!! You can't tell he genuinely wants to make sure that you're purchasing exactly what you came in for and you're not just another sale in his books! I've been here a few times and have very mixed feelings. 1st visit: Have never purchased THC before. Was getting it for my terminally ill mother to try from a support group suggestion. The item the group recommended, the sales rep had never heard of and had to ask (totally alright with that)... he came back and told me it was this other oil and that she could just use a toothpick and put a very small amount in her mouth or on a cracker to start. That day, I also bought a body creme, patches and got a free drink (which ended up actually being mom's favorite of it all lol) Visit 2: There was a special on another oil that was Sativa. The prior one was Hybrid. Mom wanted Sativa... so I asked about it. The employee said he needed to check if the THC is activated without you heating it. Comes back and says it is. I then asked if the prior one was and he comes back and said it was not. So... my bad for not knowing, but I pretty much spent $50 and had her eating this stuff that wasn't active lol!! Visit 3 Tried to order on my phone and it wouldn't allow the Daily Deal even with being logged in. However, it worked from my computer. Weird. Not a big deal, just took a few tries. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and I got my stuff quickly. When I got home, I realized I got Indica when I thought I ordered Sativa of one product. I know I had the Sativa filter on, but it does look like it was my fault. I called and the Manager was so nice and said since it wasn't opened she could swap it out if I came back which was very nice of her. I will say, their prices seem a higher than other dispensaries, but if they have what I'm looking for and it's fairly close to my home... I'm willing to pay a bit more. read more

I don't smoke or really use cannabis at all to be honest -- I've tried it before and it just doesn't seem to agree with me -- but once in a while I'm anxious or sleep deprived and decide to try it again, there's a lot of variety out there after all and I hope to one day find something that works for me. The Source is a clean and professional building with friendly security, and the staff is very helpful to newcomers like me who aren't already versed in the stuff. They have a wide selection with new products in often, but not so much as to be overwhelming. Staff always seems happy, helpful, and polite. I frequent this place nearly weekly. My only gripe here is that the cashiers are soooooooo slow!!!!! Literally was just in line for 25 minutes here and you can see the cashiers chatting up the folks at the window and taking 5+ minutes to do a simple transaction. They do have an internet ordering system which I will have to avoid the desperate attempt to fish for tips by the window folks. If you want a tip, do your job promptly!!!!!! This was my first time at any shop like this. So for me to price compare would not be justified. However let me tell you about my experience.... I was in Vegas and have a terrible time with arthritis in my back. Well of course it flared up. So a friend suggested CBD or THC cream. That's what got me to this store to begin with. I did not know what I was looking for but the employees were super friendly, professional and helpful in explaining the different creams and the difference in THC vs CBD creams. She showed me several different options and explained each and answered all my questions for me. I wound up buying a CBD cream that has worked awesome! A little goes a long way and lasts so much longer than the normal arthritis creams and gels on the market. The cashier was super friendly and even told me about the military/veterans discount they offer. Great bonus for me since I was buying anyway. I've been coming to The Source for a year and a half now and have always been impressed with the quality of service they provide. This time around Elliot was the one who helped us with our visit. I've been getting the same strain since coming here, since I've had bad experiences trying something new. I decided to break out of that routine and told Elliott my concerns and what I liked. He was very understanding in what strain would work best for me and recommended "rainbow belts". Needless to say I'm glad I gave it a try and found a different strain that works best with my body! Today's experience was the worst. As a registered medical patient, the dispensary must go online to verify the prescription I've had from the same doctor I've been seeing for almost 10 years. The temporary script was sent and I've updated my card with the temp script at every dispensary I use, except for The+Source. Why? Because the temp script did not have a seal and they refused to go online to verify it was legit... immediately asking if I would like to purchase retail with them today. I responded with "it's not like I have a choice, now do I?" Tell me, what difference does a raised seal make if you still have to go online to verify the prescription? This made absolutely no sense. Now let's talk about their retail operation. The store design is probably one of the worst I've seen. Huge display cases taking up major space in the middle of the floor. Everything, and I do mean everything is overpriced. On a busy Saturday morning, they have 4 people working the windows - there are close to 20 people standing in line. The retail wait to get into the dispensary is 15 minutes then it's another 30 minutes to get to one of the four windows - yes, 45 minutes total to purchase product. The guy at the window says "we only have so many employees" What?! I looked at that boy like he was crazy. It's obvious they need to hire more staff to have every window open during their busy hours but it sounds like their not interested hiring more people to speed up the wait - as 45 minutes beyond ridiculous. To add insult to injury, they are charging almost $4.00 for their ATM. Every other dispensary ATM I've used has been under $2.00 To add a double insult to my frustrations, when I got home to roll a spliffy the premium flower I purchased, Star Killer was DRY AF! I crushed an entire bud with my fingers. *insert hard eye roll* You know I'm hot right about now. I doubt seriously I will ever step foot in this dispensary again. Any waiting over 15 minutes in a dispensary is too much. Oh, and one more thing - the parking sucks. read more

The +Source is an establishment that is run properly. The products, especially oils and balms for inflammation are amazing!! But the staff is what sets this place apart from others. Parking is a bit of a hassle but someone's always coming and going.
