The friend I was with got an attitude because I wouldn't buy whatever it was they wanted. So they left me there with no ride. Didn't tell me they were leaving. Then this guy working tells me I have to wait outside for the uber I had to call. When I reminded him that I just spent $100 in the store he said I don't care Dude get out and then he kicked me out of the store completely... no problem.. I won't be back. How do you treat your paying customers like that??! Definitely the worst customer service I've experienced of late. The dudes name is Dillon Plus they're selling fake Nectar collector glass and trying to pass it off as real. If your employee had a problem with my outfit. Why didn't he say anything when he noticed? I would have apologized and fixed it. For you to say I was exposing myself is appalling. If you think trying to humiliate me would make me take my review down it wont.. And trying to suggest I don't know real Nectar collector glass for fake is comical. You own this place? You should know what you're selling.. I'll post a picture of a genuine Nectar collector (honey bird) for you. So if you don't know Now you know.......

I was with my friend when she went back to this smoke shop to exchange a vape that completely…read morestopped working after just two days. When she explained the issue, the guy behind the counter--who we later found out is the owner--immediately got defensive, basically called her a liar, and acted like she didn't buy it from them. She calmly described exactly who helped her and where she got it from, and only then did he acknowledge it. Instead of offering any real help, he tried to upsell her a vape that cost double what she originally paid, without even considering an exchange or discount. She never asked for anything free--just a fair solution. Then out of nowhere, he raised his voice and called her a bitch. Totally uncalled for. We're honestly confused by the positive reviews unless they're about the guy who helped her the first time--he was kind and respectful. But the owner? Completely unprofessional. Based on what I witnessed, he doesn't deserve anyone's business.

I went into this smoke shop three days ago and bought a $15 vape battery. The first guy who helped…read moreme was cool and friendly, but unfortunately, the product he sold me turned out to be defective--it stopped holding a charge within 24 hours. No big deal, I thought. Based on my experience with other smoke shops, most places will help you out if you bring something back that doesn't work, especially if you're willing to pay the difference for an upgrade. I went back in hoping for that kind of customer service. Instead, I got treated like a liar and disrespected beyond belief. First, the guy behind the counter tried to claim they didn't even sell the battery I had--something I literally bought there three days prior. I pointed out the exact case it came from, and only then did he acknowledge it. I offered to pay the difference for a better one, but he insisted I pay full price even after admitting the one he sold me was broken. When I politely asked why I'd be paying full price for something to replace a defective item from his shop, he snapped and told me "that's not how smoke shops work"--which is not true at all in my experience. I've never had a problem like this at any other shop. Eventually, I was able to get a slightly better battery at half-price, but only after unnecessary back-and-forth. Then it got really unprofessional: when I said he could keep the broken vape battery instead of reselling it to someone else, he sarcastically said, "Send your friends in, I'll sell it to them," and then--unprovoked--told me to get the f*** out and called me a "b****." He even yelled at his dog aggressively during the encounter. The whole experience was disturbing and completely inappropriate. Bottom line: This place sells defective products, refuses to stand by what they sell, and the person running it is hostile, unprofessional, and rude. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of smoke shops in town that actually value their customers--this is NOT one of them.
