So I asked if he collected and he said "No, man the owner does. I just work here." Ok fair enough. So while looking at a glass dab rig the employee says. "Hey, let me grab you some hand sanitizer for your hands cause they're dirty. I don't want to get anything on the glass.".....Oh, wait... No he didn't. He said "Bro you can't touch anymore stuff. Your hands are fucking disgusting." Yea I had some super glue stuck to my hands from fixing my kids toy... I don't think it warrants being talk to like I'm some bum wasting his time. This guy is a complete PRICK. I won't be going back to this place until he's gone- period. Hire someone with some customer service skills. Do better Smoke King.

Been coming here sever times weekly for the last 6 months, if not longer. These guys are super friendly & nice. I walk in and they have my items on the counter ready for me. That they want to chat me up & make sure I'm ok following a recent back surgery is more than I get from my boss! Refund policy signs are clearly posted all around the front counter. People aren't reading them OR they are & the information isn't registering. It's pretty clear: test your items before you walk out of the store bc once you leave, you're done. My only complaint? They don't keep consistent hours and their hours aren't posted. They told me their hours - here it 9:10am on a Saturday & they're not open when they're supposed to open at 9am! Been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one is here. I'll come back. Prices here are a lot less than 7-11 or the gas station. I like these guys. Parking is a hot mess. Whoever designed and allowed a tire shop here should be fired though. 2 handicap spaces and 3 spots to serve 5 businesses? More proof planners in this town are incompetent.

There's a cute older man who I've run into in the AM's working & then a younger guy maybe late 40's who has worked later in the day but sometimes I also find him working in the AM. Both men have always been really nice & I feel like their vape section gets bigger every time I go in. They even let you try them before leaving to make sure that they work. I've never had one that didn't. :-)
