Tonight I went in for my very first time and WOW!!!!! Truly was the best experience and customer service i've had received from a smoke shop in a LONG time. The worker, Zacc, was LEGITTT! He was kind, funny and helped my brother and I with everything we needed! And if he wasn't dope enough, THE CAT WAS EVEN MORE DOPE This place is so legit and I will definitely become a regular here (even though it's 30 mins away from my house) it's a perfect location and my homie Zacc was so kind and you can tell this man enjoys his job! I love to see businesses like this who have workers who are kind and love helping people! Thanks for the great service!!! I even had to take a selfie with the man Zacc!!!

A buddy and I went to grab some new glass and he asked me where to find some authentic stuff so I suggested Smoke King. I talk to the guy who runs the place in the past and he's a nice guy. I don't know if the same guy is still running this place. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this place $150 M.O.B. Glass dab rig. $250 MK glass dab rig and a few more. M.j. arsenal etc. So I'm asking to look at a couple pieces and noticed there was a POPS! on the shelf. Only one. So I asked if he collected and he said "No, man the owner does. I just work here." Ok fair enough. So while looking at a glass dab rig the employee says. "Hey, let me grab you some hand sanitizer for your hands cause they're dirty. I don't want to get anything on the glass.".....Oh, wait... No he didn't. He said "Bro you can't touch anymore stuff. Your hands are fucking disgusting." Yea I had some super glue stuck to my hands from fixing my kids toy... I don't think it warrants being talk to like I'm some bum wasting his time. This guy is a complete Jerk. I won't be going back to this place until he's gone- period. Hire someone with some customer service skills. Do better Smoke King. read more

When she explained the issue, the guy behind the counter--who we later found out is the owner--immediately got defensive, basically called her a liar, and acted like she didn't buy it from them. She calmly described exactly who helped her and where she got it from, and only then did he acknowledge it. Instead of offering any real help, he tried to upsell her a vape that cost double what she originally paid, without even considering an exchange or discount. She never asked for anything free--just a fair solution. Then out of nowhere, he raised his voice and called her a bitch. Totally uncalled for. We're honestly confused by the positive reviews unless they're about the guy who helped her the first time--he was kind and respectful. But the owner? Completely unprofessional. Based on what I witnessed, he doesn't deserve anyone's business.

The rating is specifically for the service that was provided by GREG. I walked in between 5:45 am to 06:00 am and was greeted nicely. Had picked 2 items and for specific item which was the "Fogger" vape that was suggested. I asked for menthol and Greg's specific reply was "we only have mint!" and I immediately say "Are you sure?" with a smile and then he said "I am absolute 100% sure, I am a manager here!" so I agreed to get the mint Fogger and said "that is all I need, thank you!" I couldn't find my ID so I told him that I will be using apple pay. As part of any store policy, customers are required to show the physical ID (correct me if I'm wrong) but I somehow convinced him to use apple pay. Started placing my phone with a debit card selected but somehow the machine he was holding up wouldn't react with my phone and apple pay on the screen for about no longer than 2 mins and have tried in as many as 3 times but still wouldn't work. Immediately, Greg put the machine down with his visible irritated face and voice reaction of "My hands are tired!" So I immediately sensed it and gave him my immediate assumption that his patience is too short and the conversation went back n forth as far as letting me know that he doesn't appreciate my comment and that's the specific moment I've stopped saying because I thought he may have been having a long night. The apple pay went to proceed ro accept the payment method. He didn't ask if I need a receipt so I asked him for it. When he handed me the receipt, using his point, middle and ring fingers facing me with only middle finger visinle. I've decided to let it go and not allow myself to his level. I am humbly asking the higher authority to make sure to watch and liten to your video recording devices and don't just take my word for it. I'm a regular buying customer who don't deserve to be disrespected the way did. Allow him to learn a lot more about customer service. Your products and the store itself are the reason why you excel above the competitions. read more
