First time visit at this location today and I'm very satisfied with the customer service and selection at this store! Bridget, thank you so much for the great customer service today! Because of you, we will definitely return for future purchases! Bridget provides above and beyond customer service, and here's why. My friend and I were super excited to purchase a new, specific energy drink. She saw that were so excited to try it, and all of a sudden there were samples in our hand. It was nice to see how she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This hardly happens anywhere. If you ever need help and want real customer service - stop in at this Vitamin Shoppe! read more

Came in today and was greeted right away by Antonio. My husband and I don't know much of anything regarding supplements, pre workouts, etc., and he guided us through everything and answered all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable and helped us so much! Thank you, Antonio! read more

initially came in just to browse around cause my family and I were next door at the Aloha Kitchen next door and this nice worker named Ariana welcomed me in and asked if I needed help. I told her no I was just in to window shop. She was polite though and told me about the promotions going on and said that if I had any questions to please ask away, and asked to check my account to see if I had any points off. I didn't have an account but she offered to create one for me to earn points. I declined at first, but appreciated the offer. I asked her some questions about the vitamins and the proteins because I've never taken this type of stuff before. she explained them to me and which ones she took herself. I got some of the things she recommended and I signed up too since both my family and I ended up buying some stuff, and she said that because of the amount we spent we'd be getting $5 off our next purchase. Nice shop, will come again. read more

Got all of the items I was looking for as well as suggested a pre workout for me to what specifics I asked for and was very knowledgeable on all of the products to help me make a well informed decision!! She's awesome and because of her I will return to this location for my regular vitamin/supplement needs. read more

The people who work at this store are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, great customer service

First time coming into the store. Needed to get my essentials for my bariatric surgery. Aly and Melanie were beyond what I expected! As soon as we walked in they welcomed us, they were super knowledgeable on their products. I was able to purchase my items and feel very comfortable on the products I was taking. They helped us set up the auto delivery to make it more convenient to have my items monthly. read more

The store manager Faith was the only one working when I came in. Faith was very informative with all the questions I had and also had great recommendations. I wouldn't mind making this store my new home! read more

Holy cow do they have a lot of options here. We went in looking for a good protein powder and super greens. There were so many options, so we took the time to look over some labels. Chose a Vegetarian/Vegan/Soy Free/Dairy Free Non-GMO/Lactose Free version. Crazy! I did not even know this existed, but it was perfect for us. We chose a the super greens powder and went to the register. The clerk was very enthusiastic. Very talkative and animated. She apparently really likes her job. She signed us up for the rewards program. I apologize, but I don't remember the exact details, as she was just that animated. It was hard to keep up. I believe that points accumulate throughout the year, and you get the reward as money off of future purchases near the begining of the year. Looking around, they have cosmetics, hair products and pretty much everything concerning nutrition. And yes there were some very fit people shopping around to make us all feel even less healthy than we really are. I love their selection. read more

My favorite place to buy my supplements. However, I took off a star because they no longer carry my favorite protein bars (Opti-Bar). Great selection of items. Everything is well organized and the store is clean. Easy to rack up member points and I'm not a hardcore supplement user. read more

ariana and justin rock! ariana helps me at the nellis store and yesterday at the henderson shop! she makes buying vitamins fun!

Only making this review because the store closed before the closing time, 6 pm. When i arrived before 6pm they had already been counting money with doors locked. I've worked in retail and even if no one has been in the store for the last hour you don't lock those doors until 6 on the dot, not before. read more

Place was not busy at all on 12/08/19 @ 1430, there was only 2 customers in there to include myself and 2 sales associates. Not one of them greeted nor assisted. The older female sales associate just gave me a sour look and looked away...Store has great stuff but I wouldnt support a store that doesnt appreciate their customers. read more

Don't know why the man at the register thought I might want to walk out of the store with the merchandise in my hand instead of him bagging it, or maybe he had another reason for his " you wanna bag" remark. Handed me my receipt and turned his head in case I might have been expecting a "thank you" from him. Will not be returning. His behavior made it clear that while he'll take my money, I wasn't welcome. read more

5-star service! Came in to re-up on my recently favorite pre-workout formula that Vitamin Shoppe's now carry. Walked in and instantly was greeted by both employees! Joseph being one of them that helped me find where the product was at and was even informing me about the formula ingredients I didn't even know THAT much about! Genuine customer service, thank you Joseph. read more

This store has gone downhill ever since faith left. The store has lost some key people and it has left it devoid of product knowledge so you better know what you want before going in there. Even if you do know what you want don't expect the employees to know where it's at. The good news is they still have the products and with enough time you can find it on your own. I talked to a few other customers and they felt the same way. I would recommend to the store to bring Faith back or start a better training program for the employees. I have enjoyed coming here for years but I'm probably going to take my business online. I hope they get it figured out. read more

I really think that the employees here are very knowledgeable and make the store what it is. I love everything about it . I wish all employees in any supplement store where as knowledgeable. read more

This is our first time coming here and very impressed by the courteous staff that didn't pressure us to buy anything but available for assistance. The store was very clean well put together. We will be coming back for sure. read more

Love this place. Everyone is always very helpful and they make really good recommendations. Staff is informed about the products.

I've been a customer of Lon's for years. When he moved to Vitamin Shoppe I had to follow him. He is extremely knowledgeable and current when it comes to supplements. I'm glad he's choose to work here because they have a bigger selection of products compares to most. The location is great, the store is well stocked, and very organized. Lon and Lenny are a great team! Heads up, the older sales lady is a total waste of time. Other than that this store is fantastic and earns themselves a 5 star rating! read more

The employees here are knowledgeable and super helpful. They have all the feel good stuff and will honor their own online specials instore. Great experiences for me! read more

Vitamin Shoppe has and been always the spot for me to shop for supplements. They have an array of selections of protein shake powders, BCAA powders or pills, creatine powder just to name a few. Member ship is free unlike other supplement stores. I've actually earned enough points that I was able to redeemed it for a 2lb protein shake powder. Customer service is great; ask them anything and they will have an answer for it. They also have great sales every month which everyone should take advantage of I think; some merchandise goes down to 20-30%off or additional percent of sale prices. And also sign up for their email because they send coupons for you to use.. read more

Great place, excellent variety of products. They had exactly what I was looking for; the attendants are very knowledgeable. Very accessible location. I'm going back to look for specific item I already know they have, all in one stop. Great prices too; better than online for the same product they have.I recommend to check it out before you go around town looking for a certain vitamin, protein, whatever it is they probably have it read more

Had everything I went in for, Lenny had an answer for every one of my questions, very knowledgable, friendly and fast :)

I used to use GNC exclusively, but I find the prices, knowledge base, and customer service much more helpful at Vitamin Shoppe.

Cannot remember their names, but the young man in the store with the arm tattoo and the young man with dark hair were very great. I had lots of questions about testosterone and pre workouts and when they both had a lot of knowledge and answered every question I had to ask. Unlike GNC, it looks like this company really does well with having employees who know their stuff. They sold me "Androrush" and "Pre Kaged" and they are working as great as they said it would! Will definitely be coming back!! read more

good selection of everything you need.protein, vitamins, preworkout, they also have there own brand bodytech which is worth a try.

Great store with knowledgeable and professional employees. Thank you Aimee and Bridget for all the help every time I come in.

Very helpful! I was greeted by both employees as soon as we walked in. The employees are very helpful & informative when it comes to the products. I am totally willing to travel to this location to avoid the one that is 5 minutes from me. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe is a place I keep coming back to for supplements. I've shopped Sunflower, Whole Foods, and other places and while each has their niche when it comes to price and in some cases brands and even selection (exclusive items) The Vitamin Shoppe seems to have the edge. If you pull up Amazon on your smartphone and check prices, by the time you tack on shipping The Vitamin Shoppe has come out ahead for me. Plus by buying here vs. online I feel better knowing I'm helping to keep local people working. But all that feel good stuff aside, they usually have what I want. Tribulus? 5 different bottles and that's just what you see first. Kava Kava? Yep, they got it. Various vitamin supplements including iron free stuff for men? Yep. From TwinLab to a very good in house brand, if you take supplements this should be on your list of places to check out. They also offer additional specials and online offers to save money but that's outside this review. When you walk in the store is clean. and while it's lightly staffed if you're patient you'll be able to get knowledgeable help. My patience limit is kinda short but I've never walked out of here peeved over service. Parking and access is easy as long as Sunset is not jammed with traffic, and after shopping there's a great Rubio's 2 doors down. read more

Only vitamin store that I shop at now the staff is very friendly and dont bother you and they always have everything im looking for.
