He stated that my wife was a lier because we had a coupon for "15 dollars off" and we lost it but had a picture of it. He accused my wife of having a fake one. I went in the car and found it and he wouldn't even apologize for making comments calling her names such as a lier and a scam artist. We own multiple businesses in the area and I personally manage three of the largest casinos in Las Vegas. I will be giving my feedback to my staff and my trainers along with all of my network and affiliated. It wasn't the issue of having the photos and not having he physical coupon. It was the delivery and calling her and I liars when we are honest people and calling us scammers then noticing we were being honest and not owning up to it while embarrassing us for five minutes. I have filmed it and will be posting it on my platform and others. BJ, you should be ashamed of yourself talking to honest people like that and disrespecting customers that have been long term. When I was fighting cancer and started coming back after winning the battle you guys helped me get back on track. And to talk to me the way you did and disrespect me that way was absolutely hurtful and unreasonable. This was very unprofessional and just outright distasteful of you. Horrible representation of your company especially in regard to my history with this store, this location and how you guys went from helping me to disrespecting me and purposely embarrassing me. I truly am sorry you feel you need to go to that extreme to down talk someone but be advised that not everyone has evil intentions. We are brothers and sisters in the gym community and just getting our supplements. Horrible!!!

I have made it a point to try to get there 30 minutes before closing, because this has happened more then once. this time, I am fed up with the unprofessional behavior and attitude of these employees and now feel compelled tubring it to light. l have been a customer for many years, but now I will phase them out. l m including a picture I took at 7:51 PM.

This underhanded tactic is disrespectful and lessens my trust in the brand. I do not want a refund or any compensation, I just want training for the employee that did this, I did not even have a GNC password so had I not been diligent about my emails I would not have noticed this and received a $65 dollar charge. I will not be going to this GNC ever again because of this underhanded tactic to boost sales.

At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they…read moreaspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't.
