The staff is really nice and informative. Lots of products for women going through menopause.

Harmony, was awesome! Helped me with my supplements and sleep recommendations. Thank you so much!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location and am thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Ana, Torie, Jerica, and Susannah were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. What really stood out was how each team member went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, being very helpful without ever being pushy. It's clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing a top-tier experience. The store is packed with so many helpful bulk herbs, mushrooms, teas, essential oils, homeopathic remedies and so much more! Every aisle is neat, organized, and sorted by product category. This made finding items very easy. I loved their selection of natural perfumes and their HUGE selection of salt lamps (which were reasonably priced between $20 to $40). This place and it's staff is amazing and I look forward to returning again and again! read more

I love this place!! This store is my go to for all things herbs. All my loose leaf for teas, hard to find quality supplements, like black seed oil, vitamin B-1, and soursop. Heck they even have great snacks like fishwife tinned seafood. It doesn't matter who is working Torie, Jerica, Jo, or anyone I may have missed, I appreciate your knowledge and your help. My pantry is stocked thanks to ya'll! read more

What a true gem of a place! The staff the products everything was top notch, I was so impressed with Jer and her knowledge of herbs that I cant thank verbally grounded enough for being fully prepared in the over all experience and high grade product that so many grocery stores lack. We need more places that not only take care of the needs of our sick by better means of alternative medicine instead of the bandage prescription drugs that most of us are prescribed that arent designed to cure you. I believe in the herbs and holistic approach so all I want to say is thank you for having such a beautiful and lovely store for people that want to Explorer better options then traditional medicines. I highly recommend this amazing store! Give it a try and explore the better side of what nature is here and designed to offer, and ask for Jer!! She's awesomely beautiful read more

We were recommended this store by a friend who comes here very often. Yesterday we decided to stop by and check it out, the store is so beautiful. The vibe in the store is amazing, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We looked around for a bit then asked for help, we got things that we came in to look for and we also got a few things that were recommended to us. I love how everything is organized and priced very reasonably. Cannot wait to come back and try to make our own capsules! read more

I LOVE this store and their herbs are TOP TIER in quality. I recently went in and spoke with the assistant manager Ana who recommended a product to help with my chronic fatigue and inflammation. After taking the herbally grounded brand of herb drops for only a few days I had little to no pain during my menstrual cycle. This is HUGE for me because I have endometriosis and my cramps are debilitating unless I'm taking 800mg ibuprofen multiple times a day. The fact that I didn't have to take any pain meds after using these herbs (for me I use 3 dropperfuls 1-2 times per day) has been mind blowing and a game changer. Thank you so much for your help Ana!! read more

LOVE! I can't believe it took me so long to go here! I love their offerings. Lots of supplements, snacks and a nice selection of books. Staff was really helpful. Jerica is very knowledgeable and helped with some questions I had. They carry sea moss and even have samples! They also do monthly classes which is very cool as I gain more knowledge in this arena. Thr classes are held at the flagship location on Charleston which has been around for 20 years!!! They have good sales/deals too. Grabbed some sea moss and I appreciate having a place in Vegas I can get it consistently and not having to bring it in from la. I'm aware of farmers markets but sometimes they're not always convenient. You can also order online. If you're taking control of your health, pets too, I HIGHLY recommend checking out an Herbally Grounded! read more

My service was amazing. I've been in there three times or I should say I've returned three times because I stopped for a while, but the staff is amazing. The knowledge is great, but upon returning after being gone for a while.Jerica is amazing. I told her what I was looking for. She made some amazing suggestions. Knowledge is always key. Mainly if you ask somebody you don't wanna hear I don't know and with these people in the store, they know it's such a welcoming store they make you feel welcomed, and they acknowledge every single person that comes through the door but with Jerica she has helped me a couple of times and I can't say anything that she suggested or help me with was wrong so thank you very much. I truly appreciate you. read more

Pretty cool little spot with lots of herbs and teas but also natural skin care, supplements, and other neat little items you wouldn't find anywhere. Customer service was also great, a woman helped me but I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, she genuinely just wanted to help which made me WANT to buy something. I'd say it's a little pricey for their own brands mixtures of supplements but they have more than just their own brand. I'll be back! read more

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because that's the lowest I'm allowed to give on Yelp. The woman in the picture is a staff member who treated me and my husband who are both of color deplorably by following us and watching us from the shadows and doing random tasks so she could keep her eye on us. We were offended, disrespected, and hurt. No one should be treated as though they are a criminal for simply supporting a business and that's how me and my husband were treated. I hope the store does the right thing and trains its staff to be more sensitive to a diverse customers base. read more

Herbally Grounded - The staff member who treated me and my husband horribly. - Health Markets Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

It was my first time at the Herbally Grounded (Henderson location), and Torie honestly made the whole experience so enjoyable. She came up to us right away, asked how she could help, and gave such genuine and helpful feedback. Shopping for things I'm not super familiar with usually stresses me out but she made it easy and even fun. They were out of a couple items I needed, but Torie didn't just leave it at that, and she called the other location and even took my info to let me know when they're back in stock. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Everyone there seemed kind and knowledgeable and it felt like such a welcoming space. I actually left thinking, "Wow, I'd love to work somewhere like this." read more

Great selection of sustainably/ethically sourced supplements, herbs, teas, oils, personal items, crystals, jewelry, incense, and more! My son knows that I love Mom & Pop establishments and introduced me to Herbally Grounded. We came here recently just to browse while I was in the neighborhood and was delighted to see such a vast variety of products. From the moment we walked in, the energy was phenomenal. I love that they have little snacks and drinks in the front of the store. It's giving health/convenience store, which is perfect to pop in for a quick treat, a gift, or personal items. The staff were friendly and helpful but left us at our leisure to browse. The vibes were immaculate! Bonus points for carrying my beloved Nag Champa incense. Buy local, stay fresh! read more

Herbally grounded neighborhood health food store Arriving at 5:30pm, after having made the trek from the strip to the store in rush hour traffic, to get some herbs for tea making. Was initially welcomed by a younger Caucasian woman who asked whether she could help with anything. I thanked her for her acknowledgement and proceeded to the back. There was an older Caucasian woman who asked whether she could help, while working with other patrons. I thanked her for asking and told her that I was just looking. After my compatriot arrived, the Caucasian woman again asked whether she could help- slightly annoyed, as she asked aggressively, I told her thank you for asking AGAIN, but re-stated that we were looking. She took her aggression to action as she stated that they were closing soon and passive aggressively mentioned that my moving the canister was messing up what she had organized. She then stepped in front of me, which there was NOT enough space between myself and the merchandise to do so, stepping on my foot, she organized the canister, which was not out of order in the slightest. We left. She started to apologize, stating that she didn't intend to offend. She stepped on my foot! There was no reason for her to come between me and the wall- it was aggressive. Very lucky that I am a woman with a lot to lose and a God I respect. She lost the company a lot of money tonight. She could have made more in this 30 minutes than the made today. But I'm glad she will close on time. read more

This is my first time coming here & I can say I was obsessed! It's always a pain when a doctor prescribes you medicine, hoping that'll it work but still who wants to live on antibiotics/medicine forever? I've never found a herbal store in Las Vegas that supplies literally everything naturally. There are so many different types of herbs and items that'll help your overall health, body, mind, & soul. Definitely will recommend this store to anyone looking into a more natural & healthier way of doing things! They also have crystals, so many inspiring books to read, and even sage! Definitely 10/10 and Suzannah helped me so much! She was so informative and pointed me to the right direction with all my needs. Definitely my go-to herbal store moving forward & I believe they do ship! read more

Came here to get herbs to make an elixir for our friend and instantly fell in love with this place! The staff was very welcoming & informative! The place has almost any herb you could think of & amazing quality/prices. Thanks Herbally Grounded! P.S. I just wanted to mention that in the same day I returned to the store to grab a few things for ourselves that we missed after and witnessed the exchange that lead to the cruel review below with the picture attached. The employee in that photo IS a major part in our great experience at this establishment. My husband and I are a very black presenting couple (my husband there with a durag on his head and all while in a very affluent side of town, iykyk). This woman was nothing but complementary and kind to us, explaining how the bagging process worked, chatting back and forth about herbs with my husband who is an enthusiast of sorts and she even assertively gave him a blessing calling him and "herbalist" just out of her own good will. I am sorry that she had to have somebody treat her that way and I wish had understood the context of the loud exchange they were having at the time as I would have spoken up in her defense immediately while I was there. I hope you see this miss and we will be back! read more

I was not feeling well today and I kmew if I went to the Herbally Grounded store on Eastern I would be helped. And Jerica assisted me today. She is so kind and very knowledable She helped me pick out some teas and supplements to help me. She is so professional too. She also noticed I was very weak and told me to sit down and then told me about a drink the banana water. Which helped me to feel stronger so I would be ok to make it back home. And I cant say enough about her caring and kindness. I will always return here to help me with my health! A shout out to Jerica! Go there and she or the other associates will gladly help you! This was my first time at Herbally Grounded. The staff was also very nice. However, Jerica was by far the most knowledgeable, polite, friendly, charismatic, and well-versed person there. It was a pleasure talking with her. She didn't make me feel inadequate or dumb about subjects that I have researched myself. I noticed this store when I was going to Trader Joe's which is located a few doors down. I wanted to run in to see if they had any Keto stuff, which they did. Lots of stuff to look @ but VERY expensive. Lots of varieties on things so I tried to take lots of photo's to show what they carry. These types of stores is something I don't usually venture in to, but would be great if it fits your health style/living needs & you don't mind spending a lot of money. There was 3 people behind the counter, staff was friendly but the store was not very busy @ all. Not sure how long it had been opened for prior to me stopping by that day? Something is always worth a stop in & see whatcha think. We all have different opinions on things & needs. Enjoy! read more
