However, the experience was disappointing at best. The line moved extremely slow. I was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. That seems excessive and had me running behind on the day. Furthermore, when I got to the window, everyone was confused about where my drink was. Nobody updated me they kept asking each other where it was and continued to hand carry people's drinks to their cars that were behind me. Pretty unprofessional. First of all I Love Dutch Bros Coffee. The Cactus location is 5 star service for sure. I live one exit away and has always been my go to spot. Hesitated to do review on the new Volunteer location in order to give my first impression a chance to work out the kinks. Coffee is good as always but the service is terrible every time I go. They don't come out and take orders from vehicles very often (3 times out of 10 only ) is their record with me. Also don't look up very often to see which cars are their first which has caused some tension when I watch what goes on with customers. They should have employees here train with Cactua location. Would bring better tips for them as well as reoccurring customers. I going back to Cactus even thos Volunteer is on my way to work. read more
