Just tried this spot for the first time and wasn't expecting much but was blown away (in a good way)! I really enjoyed the fact that the menu had a ton of cool/unique flavors, two flavor slushes, teas, healthy juices, and they don't charge for oatmilk which is a huge plus for lactose intolerant people. I tried the coconut papaya slush 50% sweet with boba and it was bomb! My girlfriend got one of the fruit juices which was really tasty and made with all healthy ingredients. Service was awesome, the staff was super nice/friendly, answered any questions I had about the menu, and they were quick to get our orders made. Interior was kept clean and the music playlist was peaceful/relaxing. Would definitely return and would recommend checking this spot out if you like teas, slushes, or juices! read more

First time in, was my choice for a new adventure. I ordered The Strawberry Blueberry Slush and my friend got a Banana Blueberry slush and both were clearly marked with a V indicating vegan for friends who are now baby cows. :) They had probably 75 drink choices and around 50 were Vegan so I was very impressed, they also had specialty drinks that might have been able to be modified and they sold cute key chains and knicknacks and we got 2 llama keychains. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and had great senses of humor. Its a small place with some tables but we didn't stay-- It did need to be cleaned up a bit but we think some kids had just been there and we passed some going out as we went in.... so... Ya know. :) 100% will go back soon as I want to try every drink on the menu. My friend also loved his drink. Ty!!! read more

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. Ordering four drinks should not take over 30 minutes, especially when placing an online order that estimated 10-15 minutes. After waiting, I was never informed that the shop was out of boba! At which is kind of the whole point. I was told they couldn't call me because "DoorDash doesn't give that option," despite the fact that I explicitly entered my phone number and requested a call if there were any issues. There were only two orders ahead of mine, so I assumed another 10 minutes wouldn't be unreasonable. The shop had four staff members, including a young man who mentioned he had just returned from vacation. I understand casual conversation, but when customers are waiting and orders are backing up, professionalism should come first. Unfortunately, it felt like there was no active supervision or urgency. To make matters worse, we noticed one of the cups being pressed in a way that created a visible hole. When it was pointed out, it was dismissed. Sure enough, once we got to the car, the cup was damaged and none of the drinks included the standard boba. They offered to remake the 1-drinks shouldn't take that was damaged, but so what about the other 3? They said it would take another 30min for the new boba to be done being prepared. Tbh, I was ok with just getting a refund for the 1-drink. I normally wouldn't return to complain, but this experience felt worth sharing so others are aware. Between the long wait, lack of communication, missing boba, and poor quality control, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. I strongly DO NOT recommend. And AVOIDING No. 1 Boba Tea Eastern, instead. There's another boba spot just around the corner, save yourself the time and order there instead. BUT also, I never got refunded for the drink. read more

Absolutely the worst boba experience I've ever had. It should be called number 40 Boba. I genuinely don't understand how this place is called Number One Boba. This was, without exaggeration, the nastiest boba drink I've ever had. I politely asked for less ice -- not no ice -- and even confirmed it at the end. The cashier stopped me to ask a "quick question," which turned out to be about tipping. I still left a tip, and they still made my drink incorrectly. The boba itself was terrible. Hard, chewy, almost like taffy -- absolutely not fresh and honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. I've never encountered customer service this rude or uninterested in the basics of making a drink correctly. There are easily 40+ better boba spots in the Vegas Valley. Save yourself the money and the frustration. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others go anywhere else. My stomach hurt hurts from the smell in there.
