Tuna Salad Sandwich on a croissant (avocado added) & chips
Suzanne S.

I circled back and enjoyed this cafe again before I left town. : ) I described the kind of hot coffee drink that I was in the mood for to the girl behind the counter. She listened thoughtfully and said, "I know what to make for you." The drink was DELICIOUS!!! I'd much rather support a small business than a chain restaurant in an airport, so I ordered a sandwich to go that I could enjoy at the airport. Every bit of it was so fresh and quite tasty! The croissant was soft and flaky. The tomatoes and avocado were delicious. The tuna salad was well-made. Well done!

Takeaways Coffee Cafe used to be Tipps Cafe. We've driven past it a million times and always said we'd stop in. We finally remembered to try it today after browsing their website and seeing that they have pumpkin spice lattes. Takeaways is Shakespeare-themed and super cozy. There are high tables and stuffed armchairs so you can get some work done or just unwind. There was soft music playing in the background to give it a warm feel. Service was super friendly. I didn't see pumpkin spice lattes on the menu but the owner insisted they still had the ingredients and was happy to make me one. My cousin got a gingerbread latte after asking about a few other drinks on the menu. My PSL was great! I think I'd go extra sauce next time but overall it was good. It was roughly $7.50 for a small (16oz) iced PSL with oat milk, which is on par with everywhere else and you get to support a woman-owned shop. We'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is cozy especially on a cloudy cool morning. Wifi is free. They offer 20% discount for military Veterans and first responders ‍. Julie the owner is pleasant and the rest of the staff. Food was perfect. I highly recommend this place and hang out for a bit, great to chill before heading out for the day.

Definitely check out this local mom & pop hidden gem. The owner John and his son are both super nice. The Carmel cookie butter iced latte he recommended was fantastic. Just what I need on a hot day. The ambiance is comfortable and charming. Definitely come here if you're looking for good and local.

This place is truly a hidden gem for locals!Stepping inside, you're immediately greeted with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The food, though simple, is remarkably flavorful, and coffee enthusiasts will adore the fantastic selection of beverages, all wonderfully complemented by dishes that are very reasonably priced. The entire atmosphere caters to relaxation, from the inviting, cozy chairs to the soothing music playing softly in the background. I even received a complimentary pastry sample! The owners are incredibly engaging and welcoming. It was surprising--and truly commendable--to see them continue to welcome new customers even after their posted closing time, a rarity in this city. I wish you immense success and sincerely hope you never change your philosophy.

We usually sit outside on the patio. Today we ordered a tiramisu latte, apple pie croissant, and the new chicken Caesar sandwich on the fall brunch menu. The tiramisu latte was sweet and creamy. They always have really good classic and seasonal flavors of drinks available. The apple pie croissant was flaky and filling. The chicken on the chicken Caesar sandwich was crusted in corn flakes so it had a really good savory crunch to it. The piece of chicken was massive. The sandwich was perfect for sharing. It was served with potato chips. I'll continue to return to Coffee Class for coffee and brunch cravings.

I've been wanting to try their Pop-Tart toaster pastries, so I finally made it over there, only to be told they were sold out. To make matters worse, the woman at the register told me I needed to get there earlier and that whatever was on display was all they had left. Considering that the pastries on display had been sitting out in the open air all day, I couldn't bring myself to pay full price for what I assumed would be stale products, so I left. As someone who works nights, it's really unfortunate that I may never get to try the toaster pastries at Coffee Class. Oh well, maybe I'll just have to learn how to make them at home!

Every visit has been a great experience, and it's one of those places I actually look forward to coming back to. The menu has a really good variety, whether you're in the mood for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious, but I have to give a special shoutout to the Chicken Caesar Salad. It is genuinely one of the best I've had from any café. The ingredients always taste fresh, the portions are satisfying, and it's become my go-to order. The drinks are just as impressive. They're consistently well-made, and you can tell the staff actually cares about the quality of what they're serving. The atmosphere is another reason I love coming here. It's clean, welcoming, and has a cozy environment that's perfect whether you're stopping by for a quick drink or planning to stay for a while. I also have to recognize Grace, who is absolutely wonderful. She's incredibly kind, welcoming, and always makes customers feel appreciated. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that positive attitude makes such a difference. Every interaction with her has been friendly, professional, and warm. Employees like her are a huge reason people become regular customers! Overall, Tru Bru is the kind of local coffee shop I love supporting. Great food, consistently good drinks, a comfortable atmosphere, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about both its products and its customers.

Both were made well but the latte tasted a little watered down and maybe because it was so hot the ice melted. We bought 2 scones as well. I thought the drinks were pretty expensive. It was 8.32 for a small matcha with almond milk and 6.76 for a small latte with almond milk. Also they did not ask what size we wanted. I actually wanted a large latte. The scones were about $5 each. I did not expect to come in and leave paying over $30 with the tip for coffee and scones. The service was friendly and we did get our drinks quickly. I really liked the scone, it tasted fresh and not too sweet. The place itself is super cute and aesthetic with lots of seating. It is more of a sit down imo and not a quick grab coffee spot.

It's conveniently located on St Rose Parkway and has ample parking, or a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which if it wasn't so hot I would have definitely taken advantage of their patio seating. I decided to sit inside and although they were busy, I was thankfully able to find a table. It's very clean and brightly decorated inside. Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.

I tried it and it basically tasted like blended chocolate milk. I figured, surely this is a mistake! I brought it to the counter and told the barista she must have forgotten the espresso and she told me they make their blended lattes with cold brew. WHAT?! Cold brew is not as concentrated as espresso so obviously using it as the only coffee in a 16oz blended drink gives me what, 2-4oz of coffee? We had to pay extra to get shots of espresso on the side and add them to frozen lattes which melted them on contact. My ham and cheese on croissant was fine but my husband wasn't a huge fan of his club sandwich. Our bill for two small sandwiches, a bagel, and three drinks? Over $40! Overall a HUGE disappointment and skip

This is the Henderson branch of Coffee Religion located on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. There was ample parking outside and a cozy atmosphere inside. They recently rebranded to Coffee Religion Reading Room and added shelves and shelves of books to the store space. It uplifted the space tremendously and made me feel like I was in a New York style cafe. They have also recently collaborated with LEEV and offer a variety of matcha drinks. There were several other customers in the store, who were chatting, working, and reading. There was light music playing in the background. My friend and I came here to eat, drink, and read. We were able to accomplish this and spent about 3 hours here. We never felt pressured to hurry or leave. We ordered our food, including a ham and cheese croissant and a smoked salmon sandwich. The food was fresh and delicious. Both of our sandwiches were served with a side of chips that were sprinkled with furikake seasoning. The ham and cheese croissant was a nice savory contrast to the sweet drinks. The smoked salmon sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick. My friend ordered a matcha and really liked it. I had two drinks throughout my visit, including the whipped honey butter latte (which I highly recommend) and the copacabana. I appreciated that the latte was not overly sweet or strong. I could actually taste the flavors versus just tasting the coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We purchased some merchandise including stickers and bags. There was a sign on the door promoting book club meetings. I am deeply saddened to hear that this branch will be closing as I could see myself coming here regularly. However, I will continue to support and try to make the drive out to the Centennial location.
