Before I get into my full review, which I am writing July 26, 2026, I want to share what the staff informed me of yesterday: this location is permanently closing in 6 days, so if CRR has been on your list of businesses to try, I would get there ASAP. This is the Henderson branch of Coffee Religion located on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. There was ample parking outside and a cozy atmosphere inside. They recently rebranded to Coffee Religion Reading Room and added shelves and shelves of books to the store space. It uplifted the space tremendously and made me feel like I was in a New York style cafe. They have also recently collaborated with LEEV and offer a variety of matcha drinks. There were several other customers in the store, who were chatting, working, and reading. There was light music playing in the background. My friend and I came here to eat, drink, and read. We were able to accomplish this and spent about 3 hours here. We never felt pressured to hurry or leave. We ordered our food, including a ham and cheese croissant and a smoked salmon sandwich. The food was fresh and delicious. Both of our sandwiches were served with a side of chips that were sprinkled with furikake seasoning. The ham and cheese croissant was a nice savory contrast to the sweet drinks. The smoked salmon sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick. My friend ordered a matcha and really liked it. I had two drinks throughout my visit, including the whipped honey butter latte (which I highly recommend) and the copacabana. I appreciated that the latte was not overly sweet or strong. I could actually taste the flavors versus just tasting the coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We purchased some merchandise including stickers and bags. There was a sign on the door promoting book club meetings. I am deeply saddened to hear that this branch will be closing as I could see myself coming here regularly. However, I will continue to support and try to make the drive out to the Centennial location. read more

LOVE that they have a new location in Henderson, and so cool that they have LEEV matcha drinks, because the usual location I go to up north has the two places completely separated. I got the double sea salt hojicha, which was really creamy and still had a good hojicha flavor despite all the salt cream! As well as the almond croissant. Perfect spot to bring your own book or pick out something that they have on the shelf. I like that they give the options to buy the book if you love it too! I love this refreshed space. So different than when it was just Coffee Religion. My friend and I got the jasmine matcha latte and it was so good. We could taste the jasmine and matcha. Will definitely come back for this. The space was so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Chairs were comfort as well. Stopped by Coffee Religion's Reading Room this morning and had a great experience! We were immediately greeted by Martín (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who was incredibly friendly. He seemed excited when we said it was our 1st time in :) I also asked about the books and Martín informed me that you're allowed to read any book while you're there and if you want to take any home, they offer used books (red sticker at $10) and new books (green sticker at $15). My husband and I were taking our drinks to-go today, but I'd love to come back soon to peruse their book collection and hang out. The space itself was so warm and inviting; lined with bookshelves, dotted with faux plants, and full of various seating. I also noticed ample outlet plugs for the bar style seats as well as an outlet plug on the back wall for anyone who wants to work remotely or study. There were 2 gender neutral restrooms onsite and plenty of parking. Now for the drinks... I was beyond excited to see they've partnered with LEEV and offer a fairly extensive matcha menu; something pretty rare for this area. All of the matcha drinks sounded delicious, but I chose the Ube Matcha with Oat Milk and it was perfection. They use a very high quality matcha that was evident by the vibrant green hue as well as the nice umami notes with subtle sweetness. I was happy to see Martín hand whisking the matcha with a traditional chasen too. This definitely is in my top 3 places for matcha in Vegas Valley and is hands down the best in West Henderson/Anthem area! My husband loves coffee and the movie "Pulp Fiction", which is why it was an easy choice for him to get the "Pulp Fiction" coffee which had chocolate, vanilla, and orange blossom. He said it had a nice balance of sweetness and reminded him of the chocolate oranges you get during the holidays. Although we took our drinks to go, we had a wonderful first experience. Not to be dramatic, but Coffee Religion just restored my faith in good coffee Everything about this place feels intentional, from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the genuinely friendly staff who make you feel like a regular on your first visit. It's the kind of spot that balances aesthetic and comfort perfectly, making it ideal for studying, catching up with friends, or just having a quiet moment to yourself. The coffee itself? Absolutely top-tier. Smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. You can taste the difference, and honestly, it shows. This is easily a 5-star experience for me. I've been a fan of Coffee Religion since they opened the first location and it's been cool to see them expand across the valley. This location in Henderson seems to be struggling more than others, possibly because it's in an area already saturated with great coffee options. They closed for remodeling over the holidays and recently reopened this location with a "Reading Room" concept with built in bookshelves and a quieter atmosphere to encourage quiet reading, working, or lingering. On my recent visit with a large group for book club, it felt kind of empty but it should warm up as the shelves fill up. I do like that the shelves are organized and grouped with sticky note labels for fiction, cookbooks, memoirs, etc. Note they have a promo on social media to bring in a book to donate and get a free coffee. The menu has "coffee" misspelled and only one of their signature lattes, and a handful of pastries. Thankfully my hot Maple Reeves came out with their usual beautiful latte art, and the warmed chicken curry puff was tasty. Hopefully they bring back the tamago egg salad sandwich as well, it's one of their signature items that several of us were planning to order- the barista let us know that people have been constantly asking for it, so fingers crossed. Service was very friendly. Our book club had a good time checking out the new spot, discussing our last read, and browsing the shelves. There were several books with discount stickers from their original store (i.e. 30% off Target stickers that I peeled off myself), but it is unclear how the books are priced here. Their social media page recently announced their own upcoming book club - I like the idea of purchasing a $15 voucher (redeemed in store for food and beverage purchase?) to hold your spot, help ensure people show up, and help them plan for the right group size. I'm not sure a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 really allows many people to attend, a weekend would probably be better. It seems like the remodel is intended to help them offer something different to the area and increase traffic. I visited Coffee Religion Reading Room today after seeing it on TikTok and didn't realize yesterday was their soft launch. I'm happy I was able to stop by so soon. The space is beautifully decorated: stylish, zen, and impeccably clean. I love the curated collection of books available for books (organized by genre!) along with several retail items like totes and journals. The barista was very amiable and personable. I asked about different drink options and he took the time to explain them, including that their hojicha is sourced directly from Japan. I ordered an iced Godzilla latte with almond milk and a touch of vanilla. I love trying different tea lattes, and this one was genuinely unique. It's nutty and comforting. The balance between the hojicha and matcha was perfect, and I'd absolutely order it again. There's plenty of seating and little nooks, making it a great spot to read, relax, or work. I also noticed pastries and muffins on display. I'm not sure if they offer more substantial food options. My not so secret weapon. Ive been a fan since they opened on Charleston on the westside since 2021. Fast forward to present day! I order the afternoon tea box as my go to for my clients who want lite bites - something savory, yummy, and a little sweet. My clients love it - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Delicious but the cup sizes are what newer coffee shops like to do--where they have a tiny size aka regular and a large which is really a medium. and NO CASH My friend went to pay and they said--it has to be a card which sucks since my cards are maxed out so he had to use his :( The Pulp Fiction is Dark chocolate, Orange and I believe Vanilla and was delicious. He got Maple Reeves--I had them add oatmilk to both. They were good Evan was the man behind the counter, he was excellent. Searched for a local coffee shop to visit between commitments and came across Coffee Religion. Like so many local businesses in Vegas, it's tucked in an unassuming strip mall. But once you enter, it's anything but unassuming. It's clean, modern, spacious, serene, and a little bit quirky. I was greeted by the arguably nicest barista I think I've ever met. She was helpful without being overbearing. And I most appreciated how pared down the menu was. I find it intimidating to visit coffee shops that have a Cheesecake Factory level menu. At Coffee Religion it was clean and simple. I elected for the Viet. Style Iced Coffee, and it didn't disappoint. The shop has wifi, so you can knock out some work. They sell select books and had signage indicating support for book clubs, so it's definitely a reader's paradise. I can't wait to return. Check them out! read more

I love matcha so I searched through Yelp to find a good matcha place. I read so many good reviews for this place so I was so excited to try their matcha. I got the ube matcha with vanilla cream on top. It was delicious. The price was a bit expensive but their matcha was good quality. Additionally, the add on charges were not very clear. This is your very basic coffee shop with not a lot of free drinks or even blended options. But what you will get here there's a place to relax and talk with friends or pick up one of the mini books that they have on their shelves there was one barista behind the counter, and she was very helpful and friendly being my first time in. A couple that came in behind me seemed to be a little bit snooty and of the Starbucks level because the gentleman was unhappy that he could not get a receipt or that he did not run the iPad to have one email to you correctly. It's just coffee, dude you don't need to write it off. Other than that very low-key beat Nick type vibe. This so seems like a place that on Saturday nights could have a good crowd of local poets not that I know that that is happening but just seems like the place to do such a thing. Absolutely adore this coffee shop ! ! The decor is amazing ! It's very unique and has beautiful decor . The vibe of this coffee shop is so cool and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was so impressed by their customers service. We have ordered a Maple Reeves latte and Godzilla Latte, it was absolutely amazing. Very exquisite taste and truly unique for sure. Pretentious. I'll keep this short as it doesn't deserve much attention. My husband and I were never greeted. As I handed over cash for my drink, I was told they didn't take cash, no apologies not even a smile while we were there. There was both a male and a female working and only three of us in the shop so no excuses. They both demonstrated a lack of care that we were even patronizing their business. My husband and I asked for our pastries to go. His was placed in a bag, mine in a not so easy to access container. Our drinks were mediocre, and not a trash can in sight. Not worth the visit. This is the 3rd Coffee Religion spot that I've been to in Las Vegas and it does NOT disappoint!! First off the coffee shop is so clean and beautiful. It's very welcoming. We ended up grabbing a few coffees and breakfast at this spot and everything was delicious. These are the items we had. The Ja-Burrito - What an interesting name but it's one of the better breakfast burritos that I've had. Burrito came warm and fresh. The avocado and special mayonnaise really make this tasty. Came with a side of like sriracha sauce. Can't go wrong with this one. (4.5/5) Breakfast at Tiffany's Sandwich - This is a classic egg sando on a delicious brioche bun. Really enjoyed it, flavors match well together and the chips are crispy & delicious. (5/5) Pulp Fiction - Love the latte art and this is a well made balanced coffee. Good start to the morning. (4.5/5) Godzilla Latte - Name doesn't make sense but this is delicious. Flavors go so well together this will be my new goto. (5/5) Coffee Religion never disappoints with quality as I saw fresh food getting delivered to the shop during my stay. First timers to this coffee shop and it won't be the last time! We were immediately greeted and asked if we had been in before. Since we hadn't we were told of the most popular items on the menu. We ordered an iced Maple Reeves coffee and an iced Godzilla latte which is a roasted matcha. Both were over the top amazing! What a charming location and an enjoyable tea experience. The food was delicious and the tea choices were vast. Something for everyone. The surface was great. We had our own staff. My only complaint would be that we were sitting next to the entrance of the establishment, so it was difficult to have privacy or conversation with people coming in and out of the place the whole time. Signature drinks were excellent, good coffee flavor and not too sweet. Blueberry scone, and almond croissant are worth it, avocado toast is great but could have used a little more salt. Decor is cool, really hip and lots of seating, only drawback is this location did have a distinct smell about it at the time we were there, but we sat outside and it was fine. We were there early so noise wasn't a factor ~ We ordered large cappuccino, large latte, egg salad sandwich & the avocado toast. Both coffees were ordered xtra HOT & were prepared correctly The egg salad was presented sliced in thirds on white bread (you might be able to have different bread, ‍) served with chips a very nice presentation indeed very tasty according to my husband once he added a lil salt & pepper My avocado toast was excellent it comes with hard boiled eggs which I asked to be left off. We love to try new coffee shops in our area so we went to check this one out since it's close by. The inside is very bright and inviting. The grey chairs are very comfortable. The bench seating on the other hand was not (if I may suggest adding a cushion for some comfort). The food was just ok, it didn't have a wow factor to it. There wasn't anything we tried that we felt we couldn't have made at home for the same quality of taste. The coffee was really good. I ordered the maple latte expecting it to be very sweet but surprisingly it wasn't very sweet at all, which to me was great. It was a perfect balance of flavors. My husband ordered their fall seasonal drink, which was fantastic as well. We would revisit for the coffee alone. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall the coffee, staff, and ambiance is what they have going for them so I would suggest trying based off of those things. read more

We visited Coffee Religion's Charleston location years ago and loved our experience so we were so happy to find out that they were opening a location down the street from us. We visited on a Thursday around 12:30, they were a few people sitting down and enjoying coffee and 1 person in line in front of us. There were 2 girls working in the back and 1 guy taking orders, making coffee drinks and delivering them to tables; they definitely seemed short handed. They definitely could have used another person. With that being said the 1 guy doing it all did a great job and maintained a great attitude the whole time. Our coffee drinks were great as well. This new location is bright and kind of institutional looking inside whereas I liked the interior decor of the Charleston location better. What an adorable coffee shop! The please is so cute and I really want to go back to do the high tea. I went here on a whim with some girlfriends on a super busy day so I can't remember the names of most of what we ordered. Sowwy.... Coffee was all perfection - not sweet and perfectly flavored. I present to you my 800th Yelp review, which is for Coffee Religion. Coffee Religion's Henderson location has finally opened! I've heard so many great things about this place and decided to pop in after my workout. They can be found on Eastern and Horizon Ridge (before you reach Coronado Center) just behind Pinkbox Doughnuts. A hotel is also next door, and if I was staying there, I would be walking over here every day. It wasn't busy at all when I walked in, with the exception of three other people inside getting work done on their laptops. Definitely a great place for people to study or work. Inside they have plenty of seating, with barstool tops, chairs, and couches, plus one table outside. They also have various merchandise available for purchase at the front of the shop, such as t-shirts and water bottles. Looking at their drink menu, I knew that I wanted their Purple Rain signature coffee in a 16oz cup (which shares the same name as the Prince song/movie), which has lavender and white chocolate in it. I LOVE coffee that includes lavender because it makes it taste so much better. I overheard the baristas talking about how amazing the Purple Rain is, so I knew that it would be a great drink. And yep, I was righty-o here! The Purple Rain was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend this drink to those who have not visited Coffee Religion yet but plan to in the near future. I've been a fan since they first opened their Charleston location. The Centennial location is awesome too. It's worth the trip, but it's nice that people in Henderson won't have to do that now. This location has a large dining room. Finally a coffee shop that was planned out well to comfortably accommodate as many people as possible. There are two long bars for solo diners or people wanting to hang out with a laptop. Four tops are in the middle and two full walls have two tops. The interior is cute and inviting. It still feels cozy. The tea and coffee are top notch here. I have to get both when I come here. Their house blend tea with bergamot is so good! Even my friend who doesn't like tea enjoyed the tea here. The Vietnamese Coffee was so yummy. Strong and mellowed out by the condensed milk without being sweet. The Moulin Rouge Latte is a tasty latte on the sweeter side. Hot Matcha was delicious. I'd love to try their pour over coffee on a future visit. This location just had their grand opening, but definitely look for afternoon tea service to start here. If you aren't familiar with it then you are missing out. They take reservations for it and it's an awesome way to try a variety of their food and teas. It's the best tasting afternoon tea in town. They offer kid pricing which is nice if you want to bring your little ones. All of the food here is delicious with a special touch, but the Tamago Sando has a special place in my heart. Delicious and slightly spicy egg salad in fluffy crustless white bread. I like to pair it with the light and refreshing cucumber salad, but their house made chips are tasty too. The Avocado Toast really pops with their special dressing on top. The Pear Toast works so well with the mascarpone cheese. Breakfast at Tiffany's sandwich is really tasty and an economical way to get food and coffee. Do not miss out on their scones. So fresh and delicious, especially smothered in their tasty clotted cream. If you enjoy coffee shops then you must add this to your list. Even if you aren't big on coffee it'd be well worth a visit for the food. read more

Was looking for a coffee shop that was open early after working out and stumbled upon Coffee Religion! I've been to the one on Charleston, but it's super far from me, happy this one opened in henderson! It is a little hard to find, it's all the way in the corner of the lot. If you're going up Eastern, it's way in the left corner of the shopping center (near a boba place). The GPS doesn't really lead you here. But I called and the staff was helpful. The staff was super sweet and patient to explain the menu and popular items to me. I ended up ordering "pulp fiction" which has dark chocolate and orange! I also got an ube scone! Which came with yummy clotted cream and jam, just like high tea. I love all the Asian accents in the drinks and food The space is nice and bright and clean. There's lots of seating available all over ! I even found an outlet for my iPad Can't wait to come back again! read more
