Our family loves a good local coffee spot, and this one was actually my daughter's pick this time. I've been here a couple times in the past, but it had been a few years, so I was curious to see how it held up. She wanted to come because her friend (who's gluten-free) swears by their homemade gluten-free pop tarts. First thing I noticed, it's definitely changed a bit. The big menu screens are gone and the menu is a lot more curated now. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed at first because a sandwich I used to love wasn't on there anymore, but the staff mentioned they rotate the menu pretty often to keep things fresh, which I actually appreciate. It was a little cold out, so I went with the tomato bisque and the croissant grilled cheese. The portion was on the smaller side, which honestly worked for me since I wasn't super hungry. But wow... the flavor. The tomato bisque was phenomenal. Like, genuinely one of the best I've had. It honestly rivals (and I don't say this lightly) some of the higher-end spots, and yes, even Panera's, which I love. We also ordered the crispy buffalo chicken wrap and that was really, really good. Super flavorful, not dry at all, and just packed with flavor. The croissant sandwich was also fresh, buttery, and exactly what you want from something like that. Of course, we had to try the gluten-free raspberry pop tart, and I get the hype. It was so good. Definitely more on the sweet side, so it felt more like a dessert, but I would absolutely order it again. Next time I want to try the blueberry one too. My daughter got the matcha (she's very into matcha and has opinions), and she said it was just okay. They do warn you it's unsweetened, so that may be part of it, but she gave it about a 3.5. One thing to note, this is more of a small, boutique-style coffee shop, not a quick grab-and-go place. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, but everything is made fresh, so it didn't bother us at all. Just something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. Overall, we really loved it. Great food, cozy vibe, and worth the wait. We'll definitely be back. Five stars!

Warm cozy coffee shop with some pastries, sandwiches and wraps. There is both indoor and (shaded) outdoor seating. This place can get busy but service was quick. I had to try their tiramisu iced latte & it was alright. It somewhat tasted like a tiramisu. But I can't say it was the best. Will have to try other lattes next time.

The coffee here was actually quite good, and at first glance the space looks calm and nicely designed. That said, the experience didn't match the atmosphere. The staff were singing--loudly and for an extended period--while we were trying to have a conversation, which became distracting and honestly a bit of a nuisance. We even glanced over hoping they'd take the hint, but it didn't change. It's a shame because the interior suggests a relaxed, quiet café vibe, and some soft background music would have fit much better. Instead, it felt more like a busy, chaotic spot--closer to a cheap café in a NY train station than a place to sit and talk comfortably. As for the food, it was just okay. The pastries were average, nothing particularly memorable or worth going out of the way for. Overall, decent coffee, but the atmosphere really needs to be managed better to match the space.

    Espresso Tonic, add banana puree!

We've been coming to The Coffee Class for years, it's one of my must-do spots when I'm here in Vegas! You can't go wrong with literally anything you order. Their food and pastries are all fresh and phenomenal. Their coffee drinks are so fun and delicious too, lots of options to customize and tons of flavors to pick from. I've had their banana bread latte recently and it's one of my favorites. This time, I got an espresso tonic and added banana puree to is, which I was a little nervous about but it came out to a good texture with the perfect balance of sweet and roast bitterness from the coffee. It makes for an incredibly unique flavor combination and I for sure will be coming back for more!

I stopped by Coffee Class and had a pretty mixed experience overall. I ordered the banana nut latte half sweet, but it still came out really sweet, almost like it might've been made regular. I also tried the brown butter latte, which I was excited about, but it didn't have much flavor and fell a little flat. Honestly, it felt like the sweetness levels might've been switched when the drinks were made. Food wise, I got the avocado toast and had requested the egg on the side, but it originally came out on top. To their credit, they fixed it quickly and without any hassle, which I appreciated. I also ordered the poblano bowl and that was the highlight super flavorful and definitely something I highly recommend. Overall, service was friendly and they were great about correcting the mistake. Drinks weren't quite there for me this visit, but the food (especially the poblano bowl) makes me open to giving them another try.

I drove all the way from Aliante to try this place and was disappointed because I wanted to seasonal pop tart that's been advertised. It was even advertised on the board when you first walk up but they told me they discontinued it days prior. I was super disappointed but ordered the biscuits and gravy with a strudel . The biscuits were OK & a little overcooked (hard) the gravy was decent to be vegan but a little salty for me. The strudel could have been softer but had good flavor.my dulce de leche coffee was delicious. It's a cute atmosphere and quaint I was just disappointed to have driven all that way & they not have what I wanted. Overall, it is a little pricey and I spent a little over $30 on. 3 items , not sure if I'd return.

If you're looking for a coffee spot that goes beyond the basics, The Coffee Class is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the friendly and efficient staff make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything runs smoothly--even during busy times. The food is where this place really shines. You have to try their homemade pop tarts--they're massive, freshly made, and honestly in a league of their own. It's not your typical grab-and-go pastry; it's a full-on treat. Their breakfast sandwiches are anything but ordinary, with creative combinations that elevate the usual morning staples. We also tried the Bacon Béarnaise Burger, and it was incredible--rich, flavorful, and totally unique. Definitely not something you see on every brunch menu. Whether you're stopping in for coffee or a full meal, The Coffee Class delivers on both quality and experience. This spot is a standout and absolutely worth checking out.

Cute, clean & chill! I will say, I wouldn't come back for the food as it was just okay.. but absolutely going back for the coffee! The Banana Nut coffee was 10/10!

The coffee class provides an elevated coffee experience like no other. It starts at the front door. This Henderson location has a grand chandelier right at the main entrance. I flew in and came here immediately after picking up our rental car. In this trip I have the biscuits and gravy. You couldn't even tell this was a vegan dish! Beautifully done!! My drink was a blueberry cobbler hot latte. I have severe dairy issues. Be sure you mention this to your cashier. This drink not only allows you to customize your dairy choice (oat milk for me) but it has a dairy foam on top. Mention your restrictions so the barista can point you in the correct direction on your drinks. This was a beautiful mid morning stop. Allowed me to update some emails, a quick zoom call, a great meal all while waiting to check into my hotel. The coffee class is your place ...

This is a really nice coffee spot to relax, get some work done, or just hang out. It has an open, calming vibe, it's very clean, and the staff members seem to genuinely enjoy being there. They have been super friendly the two times I've gone in! The barista recommended the banana latte, and I normally hate anything banana-flavored... but this latte was AMAZING. I got it half sweet with oat milk, and I'm so glad I trusted her suggestion. Now I want to come back just to try the rest of their latte options. They also have a free self-serve water station with ice-cold water, which is a huge plus for me. I love when coffee shops offer that. I haven't tried their food or pastries yet, but I definitely plan to in the future. My only tiny downside is that the coffee is a bit pricey, around $10 after tip, but the quality makes it hard to complain. Overall, this is a great coffee shop with plenty of seating (both indoors and outdoors), lots of power outlets, excellent coffee, and great vibes. Highly recommend!

Yummy! We were on the hunt for coffee while we were running errands and decided on Coffee Class because of it's relation to Almond and Oat and I had seen pictures of their pastries. We ordered ahead at the Eastern location which was super easy to get to. I got the wildberry strudel and the iced blueberry cobbler latte. The pastry was very big! Definitely could use a bit more filling, but I was overall very happy with it. The drink was bomb, same thing I get at Almond and Oat. I love the sweetness of it from the blueberry. Their food and drinks are quality and I would absolutely come again to try their other pastry and breakfast options.

This is my favorite local coffee house. Their menu and offerings sets them apart from a Starbucks or mainstream coffee shop. They have something for everyone (including vegetarian/ vegans/ gluten free).. they send out texts notifying of seasonal specials or restocks (vegan pop tarts ). The service is always friendly, quick prompt delivery of orders, and full of flavor! I recommend ordering online for express pickup. It can get quite busy during the weekends. I love their rose flavored beverages, their vegan pop tarts, strawberry croissants, Caesar salad, eggs benedict . Try this place trust me!

Ask the Community - The Coffee Class

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour empanadas that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free home fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

We don't have any fryers. We do have gluten free bread options for most sandwiches and toasts but we can't guarantee against cross contamination and as such we can't recommend our shop for someone with celiac disease.

Can you fill a large variety order for 30 people? I called and they said you do not cater.

Hi. Could you email me more about what you're looking for? Send to kyle@thecoffeeclass.com and I'll see what we can do :)

Is cash accepted as a payment?

    Yes

    Are there sugar free options?

We have a sugar free vanilla syrup

Do you need reservations to avoid a long wait time?

No reservations needed. It's usually easy to get seats. On weekends it's extremely busy but even then if you give it 15- 20 minutes usually seats open up inside or out.

Is the chicken pot pie still available during this time of year?

Hi Daisy, We will have chicken pot pies back in the fall. We dont have a date yet but probably sometime late September. Thank you!

    Is this place pet friendly?

They have a patio on the outside and you can hang out with your pet there and enjoy your coffee, etc., but I haven't see anyone take their pet inside the actual store.

Do you serve vegan options for your food items and specialty coffee drinks?

Absolutely! We have several drinks that can be vegan with oat or almond milk. Including hazelnut and vanilla lattes with espresso and our maple taro latte. Also the rose tea latte or lavender London fog can be vegan. Food wise, we have avocado toast… Read more

Is the smoke salmon toast still on the menu?

Yes it actually just came back for a limited time this weekend!

    Are you open on thanksgiving?

    We are closed :)

Do they have lavender syrup as an add-on for their lattes?

Yes we do! You can get it in any latte.

    Are there gluten free options?

Yes. Just ask which of the days baked options are GF.

    Hours of operation?

Hello. We are open 7am to 8pm daily and until 9pm Friday and Saturdays

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because I do feel like the event was pretty crowded, the tickets were 21 and up which to me it did not make sense because they weren't even passing out drinks. The reason I'm giving this four stars is because their events can really be 21 and under especially if they're not passing out drinks

We decided to sit at the bar since it was pretty busy on the patio in front. The service was friendly and prompt. The tap beers were not working but cocktails were delicious and can beer was available. I ordered the smashburger on a gluten free bun which I was thankful for...but the bun was not heated and quickly crumbled to pieces. The bun was also huge for the thin burger but at least the flavor overall was good! The sweet potato fries came steaming hot and delicious, as were the loaded fries! The eggs benedict were pretty runny, but again flavorful at least! The vibe was great so we will definitely be back!

Both were very good and the sandwich came with slightly spicy tots. It was the perfect amount of food and the bar seating was comfortable. Glad to see that this place is still here since so many other restaurants we visited once are now gone.

It is a Wed night at 8:30pm and it had several tables full but we were still able to be seated right away. The place is hard to find so heads up! Look up pictures of the outside so you don't walk past it! It's a beautiful, cozy spot with an upscale feel and vibe. The playlist is amazing! Whomever curated this has incredible & varied music taste and it all works together! 90's R&B, Alternative, Grunge Rock, all of it so good! The menu has sections that you choose 2-4 items from and share with your table. We tried the Mushroom flatbread, the Pot Roast sandwich, the Beet Salad and the Grilled Oysters. The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
