VEGANS!! (and everyone else) I LOVE this place. Finally a spot that not only has GREAT coffee, delicious food and pastries, but gives vegans an affordable breakfast option. The vegan egg and cheese croissant is almost a daily go-to for me at this point. They also have a pastry which is delicious, but I personally don't always want to have that much sugar in the morning. Also, other places charge an arm and a leg for vegan breakfasts that aren't that good. Being from LA, it's been hard to find a high end, forward thinking coffee spot. FOUND IT! Mother's Day. Expected a long wait but got right in (thank goodness I called ahead). The staff is friendly and super helpful. I used the InKind app and saved $10 bucks. And earned another $10 bucks for the future! I can't believe how fresh everything was! I had an Iced Pink Rose tea (which is off the regular menu, but they do have a secret menu). I had the Classy Breakfast. It was flawless-I almost licked the plate. I haven't had a croissant of that magnitude since Europe. Crispy and flaky on the inside, but soft on the inside. Might be the best croissant I've ever had! Seriously! The potato's Lyonnaise with Mornay sauce was nothing less than perfection. Our family loves a good local coffee spot, and this one was actually my daughter's pick this time. I've been here a couple times in the past, but it had been a few years, so I was curious to see how it held up. She wanted to come because her friend (who's gluten-free) swears by their homemade gluten-free pop tarts. First thing I noticed, it's definitely changed a bit. The big menu screens are gone and the menu is a lot more curated now. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed at first because a sandwich I used to love wasn't on there anymore, but the staff mentioned they rotate the menu pretty often to keep things fresh, which I actually appreciate. It was a little cold out, so I went with the tomato bisque and the croissant grilled cheese. The portion was on the smaller side, which honestly worked for me since I wasn't super hungry. But wow... the flavor. The tomato bisque was phenomenal. Like, genuinely one of the best I've had. It honestly rivals (and I don't say this lightly) some of the higher-end spots, and yes, even Panera's, which I love. We also ordered the crispy buffalo chicken wrap and that was really, really good. Super flavorful, not dry at all, and just packed with flavor. The croissant sandwich was also fresh, buttery, and exactly what you want from something like that. Of course, we had to try the gluten-free raspberry pop tart, and I get the hype. It was so good. Definitely more on the sweet side, so it felt more like a dessert, but I would absolutely order it again. Next time I want to try the blueberry one too. My daughter got the matcha (she's very into matcha and has opinions), and she said it was just okay. They do warn you it's unsweetened, so that may be part of it, but she gave it about a 3.5. One thing to note, this is more of a small, boutique-style coffee shop, not a quick grab-and-go place. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, but everything is made fresh, so it didn't bother us at all. Just something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. Overall, we really loved it. It's a shame because the interior suggests a relaxed, quiet café vibe, and some soft background music would have fit much better. I drove all the way from Aliante to try this place and was disappointed because I wanted to seasonal pop tart that's been advertised. It was even advertised on the board when you first walk up but they told me they discontinued it days prior. I was super disappointed but ordered the biscuits and gravy with a strudel . The biscuits were OK & a little overcooked (hard) the gravy was decent to be vegan but a little salty for me. My drink was a blueberry cobbler hot latte. I have severe dairy issues. Be sure you mention this to your cashier. This drink not only allows you to customize your dairy choice (oat milk for me) but it has a dairy foam on top. This is a really nice coffee spot to relax, get some work done, or just hang out. It has an open, calming vibe, it's very clean, and the staff members seem to genuinely enjoy being there. They have been super friendly the two times I've gone in! The barista recommended the banana latte, and I normally hate anything banana-flavored... but this latte was AMAZING. I got it half sweet with oat milk, and I'm so glad I trusted her suggestion. Now I want to come back just to try the rest of their latte options. They also have a free self-serve water station with ice-cold water, which is a huge plus for me. I love when coffee shops offer that. I haven't tried their food or pastries yet, but I definitely plan to in the future. Yummy! We were on the hunt for coffee while we were running errands and decided on Coffee Class because of it's relation to Almond and Oat and I had seen pictures of their pastries. We ordered ahead at the Eastern location which was super easy to get to. I got the wildberry strudel and the iced blueberry cobbler latte. The pastry was very big! Sigh.... I was hoping to like this place since there was so much great reviews but it truly goes to show that everyone's experience always differ and everyone's taste is def different. It's two coffees" waited a little and so I got up again waiting... right by the bar and the girl back there was chillin making coffee. I see coffee sitting waiting to be picked up. Then hubs got up and I looked at my Phone 1:04.... Hubs was not happy and asked why is the coffee taking so long? Then they said it's almost done. 14 mins to make coffee????? Wowwwwwww!!!! Unfortunately I do not know where she got it from.... Whether she did just finish making it or it was one of the coffees sitting earlier that I saw that no one brought to us. I was ok now and just needed my Coffee already so we walked out... this would have been a better review if the $20 coffees was good!!!! But mannnnn!!! All I can taste was milk! And I have coffee at different places everyday... wow!!! What a disappointment. I couldn't even taste the brown butter syrup I got for $1!!! I could Only taste oatmilk. Hubs. The Coffee Class has been my favorite coffee shop in the Vegas area since 2022, and now it's also my dog Motocross's favorite spot too. The food is always beautifully presented and delicious, the staff is consistently friendly, and they were incredibly sweet and attentive with Motocross. I visited The Coffee Class on a Sunday during what had to be one of their busiest mornings: every seat was taken, the line was out the door, and the espresso machines were working overtime. And yet, my order was taken care of as if it was a normal volume day. This Coffee Cafe has a mom & pop boutique cafe vibe. There's indoor and outdoor seating and we sat outside. I appreciated that the crew would bring orders outside and announcing the name on the order. Everyone worked with a sense of urgency while remaining cool. Fruit tart - generous in size and tasty croissant bacon & Egg sandwich - Fresh high-quality agreements for the win. Drip Coffee - you get your own pot which I appreciated = I didn't have to ask for refills. Great coffee, great vibe, and even better service. I'll definitely return. I like strong coffee and I drink it Black. My bias will always lean towards Arabic/Cuban/Turkish coffee, but every now and again I switch it up with some sweet flavor. we arrived around 1pm on a friday and the cafe wasn't too crowded. ordered immediately without any wait and there was plenty of open seating. for drinks we ordered a cortado and cinnamon bread latte and both were great. the shop uses medium dark roasted beans so if you are into that, you'll likely enjoy the drinks. the cinnamon bread latte had great flavor and was exactly what the name suggests -- personally it was too sweet for me and had to water it down. would recommend less sweetener if you have similar preferences. cortado was excellent -- velvety, bold coffee flavor, and no sourness. food here was also very solid. the bacon bernaise melt was soo good and the egg/cheese/bacon combo was perfect. the pico egg bowl was also really good and the guac + tomatos added a nice freshness and tang. overall, both drinks and food were quite solid. we were craving an eggy meal and this definitely hit the spot! read more
