I was meeting up with a fellow Yelper to say good bye as she is moving out of state. She suggested this cute little coffee cafe and what a surprise this place was. Somewhat hidden inside a medical building on the corner of Coronado Center Drive and Horizon Ridge Parkway. No signage to speak of, you just have to follow your instincts. Once you enter the main building, the business does have a sign letting you know of the shop. There are a couple tables inside and two tables set up outside to enjoy your drinks and food. I experienced the best service from the team working. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast burrito and matcha drink. Everything was made to order. The breakfast burrito was solid and yummy. My drink was made to perfection. I can't speak highly enough about this business the food and drink they serve and the incredible staff. Parking is located on the premises, but can fill up since it is a medical building. I came in mid morning and I found a shaded place easily. Finding coffee at a farmers market is definitely a windfall. Windfall Coffee Roasters is a little Henderson cafe with limited weekday morning/afternoon hours, but they also do farmers markets including the Sunday one on St. Rose. I stumbled across them there and it would be way more convenient to try them immediately instead of trying to plan a weekday trip. I went with a large cold brew ($8.50, charged as a latte fyi) served black. They poured it immediately, which was nice. It also came with ice, unfortunately. That said, it was reasonably strong and not very bitter or challenging in acidity, and the caffeine boost was obvious after a few sips (through a wide boba-like straw, strangely enough). I will consider trying Windfall again if I'm passing through the St. Rose Farmers Market, more due to convenience for caffeine than really being a top-tier offering. Other local coffee roasters are just consistently more delicious and/or cost-effective. read more

Pleasantly surprised! Didn't know what to expect, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. We had an iced Americano and an iced Lavender Macha. Also ordered a breakfast croissant. The location is a little challenging to find, located in a medical building, but it's a nice little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor sitting. The drinks and food were really good and the service was excellent. Coffee was smooth and tasty, macha too, both high quality. I would definitely go again! read more

While there's minimal signage from the road or parking lot, it's worth making the trip inside for a good coffee served by friendly people! It's a small space located inside a medical office, so don't be thrown off when you don't see a sign anywhere, just head inside and you'll see a sandwich board and the open door leading into their shop. The staff were so friendly, and drinks were made quickly. Overall, great coffee. I know cold brew isn't the most expressive coffee option, but I feel like a lot of places don't put as much care into a good cold brew. Not here! A medium roast, smooth and low acidity cup of cold brew awaits, so it fits my preferred coffee profile well. I'm happy I gave them a try, and I think you should too. read more

Just stopped into Windfall about an hour ago and enjoyed our experience. They are located inside a medical center, so there is no outside signage, but once you enter through the main building entrance they are very easy to find. Parking is also plentiful with easy access for anyone with physical disabilities. The cafe was small, but still offered ample seating inside along with a few tables outside facing Horizon Ridge Pkwy. It was also decorated nicely with a gender neutral restroom available. Upon waking in, we were immediately greeted by multiple employees. The man who took our order was very friendly and offered us a punch card to earn a free drink after 10 purchases. My husband opted for a cold brew coffee, no flavor added, and thoroughly enjoyed it. He liked the nice flavor of the roast along with the low acidity. I opted for an iced matcha latte with vanilla. The matcha lattes come standard with oat milk which is perfect because that's what I prefer. They appear to use a high quality matcha as it's very vibrant in color and has low bitterness. I am enjoying my drink, but next time I'll ask for less vanilla syrup as it's a tad sweet for me. We only came for drinks today, but they do also have a decent sized breakfast & lunch menu with very fair prices. We'll definitely be back to support this friendly and delicious coffee shop! read more

Windfall Coffee Roasters is a lovely coffee shop located on Coronado Center and Horizon Ridge. There isn't a visible signage, but if you look for Coronado Medical Center, you'll definitely find them inside the building. Parking is limited to physician and patient. There are a few spots available for public parking. Upon entering, there are table seating to the right and the coffee shop is straight ahead. Inside is a small space with limited seating and they have an outdoor patio. Menu offers a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, assorted baked goods, coffee, latte, and smoothies. I asked if I can do a custom order for a breakfast burrito as a tostada bowl, and they are so nice and willing to accommodate the request, thank you! The breakfast burrito tostada bowl ($13.01) is very filling and delicious! The shell is super light, delicate, airy and wonderfully crispy, and so good with salsa verde. Inside the bowl has fluffy rice topped with crisp lettuce, pico de gallo, soft scrambled eggs, tasty sausage, shredded cheese, and a scoop of sour cream. I had the bowl paired with unsweetened Iced Matcha (24oz, $9.75) and oat milk is automatically included with the drink, there's no additional charge which is great! Iced matcha is smooth and delightful! I also got a chocolate chip cookie ($1.35) for a later snack. Service from Cecilia and Sarah is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! They have a rewards stamp card, after 10 stamps you get any choice of drink for free. The other side of the card have coffee beans. If you buy a coffee bag (price ranging from $20 to $24), that's also a stamp. Coffee bags offered are coffee blend, they have eight different single origin, espresso roast, and decaf. read more

Really awesome banana foster drink. I added caramel sauce to it and wow I love it. The toffee chocolate muffin could've been more sweet but it did its job. Awesome little shop with ample seating. I would definitely come by more often whenever I make it to this side of town. The employee was super nice and welcoming. You might recognize Windfall Coffee from local farmers markets, they now have a coffeeshop tucked into an orthopedic center in Henderson - note that they're only open 8AM-3PM, weekdays only. I was able to stop by since I had a work meeting in the area. The shop is small but cute, with plenty of tables, a little patio, and free wifi. I got their cold-brew based iced coffee, with pistachio-mint flavoring. Staff were friendly and asked about the sweetness level of my drink, which was appreciated - it wasn't too sweet, the mint doesn't come through too much but definitely order this if you like pistachio. Matcha was watery and too sweet for my liking. But the breakfast croissant was good. I got a shot of espresso lacked on the crème but it was good and not sour or bitter. 4/5 stars tucked in the plaza weird location but it's fitting. Cute shop inside with a nice little patio outside. First off place was hard to find. Maps took us towards the back entrance and there's no sign to let you know where it is. On my way in I see an older gentleman walk out holding a drink that looked like a smoothie and a bag with I'm assuming was food, his drink was full not even a quarter of it was gone and I saw him toss it in the trash that should've been a red flag. We went in anyways ordered a pistachio mint matcha, a banana matcha, and an espresso shot. The banana matcha had too much of an artificial taste, the pistachio matcha was okay but the first sip was too sweet like it was not stirred properly. The espresso shot was disgusting, I don't know how this place has a high rating, there was no crema on the espresso shot. They don't serve the paninis until lunch time, got the breakfast croissant, wasn't bad but wasn't great, lacked flavor and was small. Won't be back. Good luck to them. read more
