Wow! Where has this place been and how did I miss it?…read more This is hands down some of the best authentic French food I've had since visiting France. It's so hard to find true French country cooking these days; most places lean toward the bougie fine-dining, white-tablecloth, tiny-portion experience where you still leave hungry. Not here and that's exactly what makes it so special. If I could give 6 Stars, I absolutely would for both the authenticity and the quality of the ingredients. The beef bourguignon and poulet à la moutarde were incredible, comforting, and full of flavor. I used a baguette to soak up the remaining broth. And don't skip dessert....the puff apple pie was the perfect finish. A true hidden gem, and an amazing value for such high caliber of TLC put into the execution of real French cuisine.

I'd like to share today's experience with this Branch of T-Swirl Crepe…read more My wife had a Matcha Latte delivered to her work from the Spring Mountain Branch and it was really good. Today Tuesday May19, she was feeling for that Matcha and ask me to take her to the Branch ear by our house on Eastern, we drove there from St.Rose She ordered Matcha Latte... Also my Slushy, waited for the order for a while and there was no other customer at that time. The staff made both drinks and her Matcha Latte came out wrong, it was some type of Green tea in a taller cup but not the Matcha Latte... she told the staff and she suddenly realized she had made the wrong drink, and went back inside working area with the drink she made by mistakes. And when she called my wife to go get the drink that she re make, it was the old drink poured into a different cup all spilled and messy all over the lid My wife had to clean wipe those messy tea on the lid and when she tasted it ,,,, OMG unbelievable it tasted very bad and nothing like what she expected or had on Sunday from the other ranch ( Spring Mountain ) she wanted to return the drink and get her money back since it was horrible for what the staff had done, I stopped her and said it ok We just left and went across the street and got some other drink instead to make my wife feel better otherwise I have to drive to Chinatown to get the Drink she wanted. So if the Owner of this place do read this message... Please improve or train your staff well otherwise I think if things keep happening this you will possibly lose your customers.

FANTASTIC! MAGNIFICENT! AMAZING!!! What a TREAT!!! From…read morethe moment we walked in the door to the time we walked out, we felt LOVE! The owner gave us recommendations on how people in Italy would have their treats. She explained that Italians are very simple when it comes to their coffee/treat and made me a simple Affogato. I must say, that really hit the spot!! It was sooooo good, not too sweet, just how I like my desserts. My hubby got the same except with chocolate gelato and caramel and chocolate syrup. He LOVED it! The ambiance was amazing....such a cute spot. The service was EXCELLENT! We will definitely be back even though it took 45 minutes to drive there. It is sooooo worth it. If you haven't had real Italian Affogato, you need to try this place, you will not be disappointed.

Enjoying a very hot weekend conference at the Lake Las Vegas resort. It is a good 35 minutes…read moreoutside the city and around an old mirage development at Lake Las Vegas. This was a novel idea but the area is very dated. It is located in Henderson, Nevada. With limited entertainment support in the area, we were eager to find a local gelato spot rather than driving back to the city. BellaLinda Gelato is nestled near one of the resorts and on the water. This quaint and appealing gelato spot is manned by two sweet young ladies. I ordered a scoop of the pistachio gelato which had a generous helping of nuts. The scoop was chewy due to the quantity of nuts. The creamy consistency was nice but the flavor lacked a real intensity. I had to HOOVER the scoop due to the sweltering heat. My gelato was quickly becoming a liquid treat. BellaLinda Gelato has a captive crowd at Lake Las Vegas. The gelato was decent and packed with a huge quantity of pistachios. My main concern has to do with the odor that radiated from the shops around the water. It is a result of the drainage of the complex not each indivdual shop. The complex management needs to address this as it is NOT a positive for these businesses.

Evidently they use the thickness of sliced tomatoes to make it look like you're actually getting filling in your sandwich. It does come with pesto, which I got on the side. The pesto is a just fine, basic pesto. We ordered two of these sandwiches that were low on filling and had never seen the inside of a panini press. I didn't photograph the other, as it was just variations on a theme I wish I'd checked Yelp first, because there's a definite reason they're only at 3.5 stars. That's one and done. Nothing warrants a second chance here.

She later came over not to rush us. But to make sure that we were still on schedule. She was very time conscious, but also didn't rush us. She checked on us just enough. We started with the baguette, pate, and beef tartare. All we're splendid. The tartare was beef forward tasting. For dinner we ordered a steak au poivre, steak with bearnaise sauce, and mussels frites. I subbed the pomme puree for the frites. It was super silky. Dessert... Mousse and creme brulee. Moderate crack on the brulee, and the crunchies on the mousse were a splendid texture touch. For beverages we got 2 beverages each and a coffee. All of that for 3 people came to under $350 before tax and tip. One of the best meals we've had in a while at a fantastic price point.
