Home made Churro Pop Tart OMG with coffee
    Gill P.

Needed an EEFFOC fix this morning with a nice fresh in-house Churro Pop Tart. The newest location located in the Water District with great customer service. All baked good goods are made in house and not outsourced. Numerous locations throughout Las Vegas.

I'm such a huge fan of The Coffee Class and love that they're opening so many locations around the valley. The newest location is in Henderson on Water Street. We stopped in on Easter Sunday during their opening weekend. We were welcomed in immediately upon walking into the store. There is plenty of seating inside and a patio area outside with plenty of tables. The pastry case had plenty of pastries on display. They all look so good. We ordered a lemon blueberry cronut and the new French dip sandwich to eat and a Dubai chocolate latte and chocolate milk to drink. The lemon blueberry cronut was both sweet and tart. The French dip was savory and very filling. They were pretty crowded both inside and outside but service and food were on point.

This is such a welcoming coffee shop. I absolutely loved the employees kindness and patience. They were knowledgeable about their menu and were able to assist me in choosing my items. I loved the tiramisu coffee so much I ordered 2 and took one to go! There is plenty of seating inside and out. I would definitely recommend a visit!

What a beautiful cafe. I seriously cannot wait for their other two floors to open up! It was busy, but it is also good to see people supporting more businesses on Water Street. We shared the Churro pop tart and we all got different items. Of course I went for the blueberry cobbler latte, just like on Horizon. The avocado toast was great, you can get the eggs your way, and I chose scrambled. Seriously do not hesitate to come for the food and drinks and stay for the vibes.

The service is so incredibly amazing. The cashier, Gabriel, was super sweet and informative, they are happy to explain the menu. The lattes are so cute and taste so yummy! The inside is so bougie and cozy, and they have outside seating as well. I would 10/10 come here again!!

Ambiance was nice. Very cute and spacious. The French dip would've been better had it not been drenched in mayo or horseradish. Didn't finish the second half. The Au jus was served room temp when it should've been hot.

Beautiful new location! Lovely staff, amazing coffee and the new lemon blueberry cronut was the best pastry I've ever had in my life. 10/10!!

The employees are welcoming and friendly. I ordered a chai latte extra hot. Very disappointed it wasn't even tepid.

Being Filipino, we LOVED the turon flavored latte, the ube matcha latte, and the sisig empanadas! We're absolutely going to make this a regular coffee and cafe stop.

From Ube Ensaymada to a Turon Brulee Latte, they have it all and more. Plenty of seating and definitely the right vibes for a productive study sesh. Brandon and John were so kind and helpful when ordering, guiding us through their menu and pastry options. They truly brought the meaning of "kapamilya" so shoutout to them!! We ended up ordering a Pizza Croissant and Pistachio Banana Bread, which were both delicious! The Pizza Croissant was just the right amount of savory, which contrasted nicely with the nutty and sweet flavor of the Pistachio Banana Bread. We also ordered a classic Ensaymada, which is this fluffy bread with a light cream on top! Get it warmed, and it is SOOOO good to pair with your coffee. As for our drinks, we ordered a Ferrero Latte, a Pistachio Latte, and a Flat White. The Flat White really showcased the quality of their beans, which was only enhanced in the lattes. The Ferrero was silky smooth, and honestly tasted like a melted Ferrero Rocher. The Pistachio was nutty and subtle, which complemented the Ferrero greatly. If you want a taste of that Filipino warmth, definitely stop by Middle Black Sheep! We definitely plan on coming back to try the rest of the menu, and so should you.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.
