The selection was enormous, fresh seafood and sushi to prime rib, barbecue, international dishes, and an impressive dessert selections. The ice cold shrimp with lemon used to be my favorite. The dessert section was impressive, offering a wide variety of cakes, pastries, gelato, and other sweet treats. We were celebrating a birthday today and she went out of her way to make us a plate with the best desserts with a candle and sang Happy birthday with all of us! It's a buffet with some exceptional dishes and some things you can get at a buffet that is definitely not $90 a person. I wish I could give 3.5 stars but closer to 4 than 3. The crab legs are fat and amazing so that's what made the experience worth it but without the crab legs idk if it's worth anything close to what they charge for the non-crab times. The quality of the food as a whole is great, and they are always restocking the food so it's hot and fresh and there for you. There are so many options that pictures of everything is almost impossible but there is truly a little bit of it all from sushi to crab legs to burgers. The only desserts that tasted high quality were the crème brûlée, egg tarts and macarons from what I tried but the cakes and puddings all tasted waxy, dry, and artificial. It's very family friendly and overall a casual vibe but the service is good and they clear your old plates often. Had to check out what's considered the best buffet in Las Vegas! I would highly recommend making a reservation as it gets super busy. There's a large variety from American bbq, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese and cold appetizers/salads. Of course we front loaded on the crab legs. Honorable mention is the prime rib and brisket which was cut off the bone. They have a separate section for dessert in the middle. They also have ice cream and crepes too. I love the small portions so you can easily try anything and everything. I haven't tried any other buffets in Vegas but given my experience it's a hard one to beat! read more

I made an 8:45 p.m. reservation through OpenTable for a party of two, but when we arrived around 8:35, we still waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. I understand they were waiting for tables to be cleaned, but for the price of about $94 per person after tax, I expected better communication while we waited. By the time we were seated, we had less than an hour before the buffet closed, which made the experience feel a little rushed. That being said, the food absolutely delivered. We came for the seafood, and the snow crab legs, shrimp, and lobster were excellent. I also loved that every dish was clearly labeled with its ingredients, making it easy to know exactly what you were getting. The buffet had an incredible variety, from sushi, ramen, pho, and dumplings to Mexican favorites like pozole and street corn, plus Italian dishes, carved meats, and an amazing dessert selection. The mashed potatoes were one of my favorite bites of the night, and the aguas frescas, especially the ube horchata, were a fun surprise. Overall, I would definitely come back. There was a time in the meal where I probably could've used a refill, but I literally had to find our serve server, but I also know she was probably busy. This time- I wasn't trying to eat, strategically, rather really assessing the quality and options they serve. I'm a big snow crab person and I know they're relatively expensive so I started with that three plates of that first. I then moved onto some brisket, which was tender, although extremely fatty. They had these incredible potatoes which I had a little bit of and some mac & cheese topped with bacon and chives. And of course, I went right back to nibbling the crab. My favorite part of the meal was probably the bananas foster crapes as they were made in front of you and warm and not too sweet. They also have these specific crêpes at the Wynn buffet as well. One of my favorite tricks is to ask anyone who works there what their favorite items are as they probably have tried everything and also give you a more holistic perspective. You don't waste your stomach based on just one item you think is the best. This used to be my favorite buffet back in the days (at least 10 years ago). I must've been to Bacchanal maybe 4-5 times in the past, and since then, I haven't found my way back until this week, at least 10 years later. Partly because I grew out of my interest of buffet and cannot eat like when I was young anymore, partly because I don't really go to Vegas much anymore. However, this week I found my way back in Vegas for the week and my party of 4 booked a table for 445pm on a Monday. I wanted an early dinner but book a day before so there wasn't an option for 5pm. You book via Opentable. Once we got to our table, we hit the buffet right away. Bacchanal still offers tons of options, and it was so crowded for a Monday night, I was very surprised. I had prime ribs (very good), cold crab legs and cold lobster claws. I also had their sashimi scallop which was also good. Their cocktail shrimp was not good and the cold cajun shrimp was mushy almost (meaning the shrimp was not fresh when cooked). Very disappointed. I ate a decent amount of protein, so I was almost full already and tried tiny bites of everything else (part of the reason why I don't do buffets anymore, cannot eat that much like the youngsters!). I have to say, the rest was pretty disappointed. I tried the followings: - Pho broth soup - salty and the anise flavor and other flavor was too strong - Pizza - hard/dry and no flavor - Dim-sum like hargow - the shrimp inside was delicious but the tapioca dough was super dry and fell off right away. - Eggroll - mushy - Orange chicken/mayo walnut shrimp - dry - Beets salad - too sweet - Lamp - dry, meh - Brisket - dry - Pork belly - sweet and dry - ceviche - Aokay - I found most of their meat with sauce was overly sweet Desserts - still great, though, I tried the mochi donut, it was too sweet and too doughy. what I really liked was the lava chocolate cake, matcha strawberry cake, cream brûlée, and the gelato/sorbet. It's 20% off Friday through Sunday if you reserve in the time slot of 9-10:30am, we got in very quickly so everything was super fresh! I was only sad they did not have fresh oysters but the crab was excellent (snow crab I think and they put the crushing tools on the table but no tiny forks so was difficult lol, too much else to eat for me to stop and ask). It should've been ready upon arrival so that's highly disappointing. There are many seafood options but the seafood tastes like it came straight from the freezer. Staff is friendly, reservations are usually available to make the wait less and if you have status at Caesars you get priority. We wanted our kids to experience a true Las Vegas buffet, so we chose the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. We had a reservation, which made things easy, and only waited a few minutes before being seated. The buffet itself is massive and honestly a bit overwhelming in the best way. There is truly something for everyone. I'd recommend doing a full walk around first before grabbing a plate so you can get a sense of everything available and make a plan, otherwise it's easy to miss sections you'll wish you had saved room for. We were given a 90 minute window, but it didn't feel rushed at all. Our server who brought drinks was friendly. The seafood section was a standout, especially the crab legs which seemed to go on forever. The Asian station was also very good. The kids really enjoyed exploring everything, but the clear favorite for them was the dessert section, which wasn't surprising at all. As expected with kids, my son didn't quite eat enough to justify the price, but he still loved the experience of it all. I had to repost my review, since it was deleted by Yelp. I thought this would be one of the highlights of my trip but it wasn't. When you make a reservation, it's to stand in line only. I know it sounds ridiculous. You stand in line for about half an hour until you actually pay. The staff that was checking in people was rude. After you pay, you have to wait another half an hour just to be seated. After we got seated, we had a very nice server that went above and beyond. The meat table was awful. The meat was incredibly dry like it was well done. Too chewy and no flavor. The seafood was decent, not great. It'll do if you want to eat your money back. Looking back at my pictures, there were more misses than hits here. Highlights would be the desserts and drinks. Look at my picture with the ube (purple) drink. Yeah, those drinks are all delish. Overall, this was a one and done. Rating is about 2.5 out of 5, only because of our server, the dessert table, and drinks. Called reservations to check the price before I arrived. They told me it was $91.99/person. It ended up being $99.99. After taxes $217 for 2 adults. This is the second time I called asking for the price and both times they were wrong. I don't understand why they can't provide the price online. They also gave my husband a hard time because we didn't have a reservation. There wasn't even a line. She was making it seem like she wanted a tip or was doing us a favor. The food was as expected. The Sushi section was my favorite. The brisket was my husband's favorite. I also liked the short ribs. The best dessert this time was the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. What a great buffet! Plenty of dishes to choose from. The steamed snow crab was a hit. I liked it better than cold crab on ice. Wasn't overcooked and they did have good leg pieces and they kept the tray filled. There was a server for the crab so that there wouldn't be a long line , people tend to be picky and take extra time when getting crab at other places, annoying. The prime rib was cooked perfect and had all the condiments to go with it. For a buffet, the food quality here was up to par. I would definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Vegas. I have a feeling it was due to us not leaving a high tip at the front desk upon check in, but we were planning on leaving a bigger more sufficient cash tip at the end of our meal, as we typically do in Vegas. My family ate here on December 26, 2025 (right after Christmas) at $94.99 per person, plus tax and tip. The buffet has a time limit of about 1 hour 90 minutes. With a price over $100 per person, it can feel a bit stressful, especially when waiting in line for food. The check in process is a bit long. There was a line outside, and even after checking our reservation or walk-in status, we had to line up again to pay before entering. The system allows you to add a tip when paying, but I think tips should depend on service quality after the meal. I didn't choose a tip on the machine and planned to tip in cash later, which made me a little uncomfortable. Inside, my receipt didn't include the tip, and I felt the service at our table was not as attentive as at other tables. We were celebrating a birthday. You would expect that if you have a reservation, they will all seat you in one table but they had to separate us into supposedly 3 tables but we insisted 2 groups. The reservation process is not swift and easy. You check in and you pay and even for those with reservations, there's still a line. After paying, they direct you to another area to line up and wait for your table to be ready. True enough this buffet has a variety of different cuisines from seafood which was huge ranging from lobsters, a variety of crab types, oysters, clams, shellfish; so for the seafood - I am impressed! They have the meat section with the prime rib as my favorite. Cooked perfectly medium seasoned a little bit salty but i love the taste. They have Mediterranean, Mexican, Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Italian and a whole lot more. The dessert was huge as well located in a separate area inside the restaurant. I'm just happy they have my favorite bread pudding, you can also have crepes done from scratch. I never really fancy a buffet because it makes you eat too much but with the Bacchanal, I ate in moderation. They can be really pricey and some of the food aren't that top notched. After my previous bad review, the business reached out to me directly and offered to make it right and were extremely generous. We re-visited the buffet on our most recent trip to Las Vegas, and were given the VIP treatment. The food on this second trip was about the same in quality as the previous experience, and they served exactly the same items, but overall I had a much better time simply due to the waitstaff. It was the 4th of July. Our server was excellent as he worked hard to get us what we wanted, even though it was a buffet. The food was great, and the carving station didn't hesitate to serving large portions. The only issue was the reservation. We had a 7:30 reservation, but that didn't mean we would get seated at that time; it only meant standing in (the reservation) line around that time trying to pay to get in. We got seated around 8:17, and we missed the entire fireworks celebration due to this delay in seating. There's no use to reserving a time/table that's not going to be honored! read more

When people asked me, "what was your favorite part of your Vegas trip?" I was a bit embarrassed that the truth was the buffet. I was wondering how could a buffet be so expensive? Well once I ate here I realized how this buffet is next level! There are more expensive options that you would not usually see at most buffets such as lobster claws and prime rib. They also have tons of interesting options that I have not seen at any restaurant outside of bacchanal. For instance they had a ube horchata which was phenomal. They also had kimchi BBQ oysters. One of my favorite unique options was the mini cones filled with salmon and topped with cavier! So good and fancy! Everything I tried was good! The staff were on top of things here too. I would come back in a heartbeat. Even though I ate to my hearts desire I still feel like there are plenty of food options I have yet to try! FYI - make a reservation this place is busy! read more

Make sure you're hungry and wearing stretchy pants! Bacchanal Buffet, located in Caesar's Palace, has quite literally something for everyone. They offer many types of cuisines from Japanese, to Chinese, to Southern, to Mexican, and more. There is also a huge dessert bar with some fantastic bites. My family and I made a day-of reservation for 11:30 am on a Sunday. Like many of the restaurants on the Strip, there is a no-show fee if you do not show up at your reservation time. We ended up getting there almost an hour early though and were let in immediately. At this time, there was no line and they were accepting walk-ups too. After you pay at the counter, you are guided through the buffet to your seat where your drink order is taken. You are then let loose into the endless food options. When I say there are so many things to try, I truly mean MANY (someone told me over 200 options?)! Before grabbing anything, I would recommend taking a pass through from the beginning to the end to get a feel because there is just that much. Be ready to get your steps in pacing the buffet back and forth! I absolutely love that everything is bite sized or offered in smaller portions. This allows you to try a bunch of things without the obligation of eating larger portions. It felt like every item was made with attention to detail despite their mass production. There were some dishes that I feel like were not the best quality or had just been sitting out for too long though. The dishes with rice in particular (sushi and poke bowls) were a bit dry to me. The rice tasted like it had been sitting out for so long that the moisture was gone. Regardless, they were crafted nicely and very cute. Everything else tasted very decadent. I mean who doesn't love crab legs?! The desserts were also phenomenal! They are beautifully crafted and super tasty. They were quite literally art pieces. There is even a crepe-maker and ice cream/gelato bar! The restaurant itself is very large. There are a bunch of tables for solo diners to large groups. It can get a little crowded around the food but everything is relatively spaced out so it's not too bad. Try not to get annoyed with people (like myself, oops) going through and taking pictures or recording the buffet line! Wow. I knew there was a lot of hype behind this buffet, but boy did it deliver. We went to this buffet with 10 people for our bachelor/ette party and we were able to get a reservation ahead of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get a reservation as that likely saved us hours in line. The food was amazing, I didn't have a bad thing there. We went for Brunch on Sunday and there was plenty of crab and seafood and ant meat you could imagine. We did also have a vegetarian in our group and he said that he even felt like there was enough for him to eat as well. I honestly cannot wait to go back. read more

I thought that the quality of the snow crab legs went down compared to last year. This is the main big ticket item that I specifically visit this buffet for, so that brought down the overall rating for me. There's still a great selection and variety of food across multiple cultures. The dessert bar was actually full this time and AMAZING. So many fun and creative variations in flavors and types! Last year, the dessert bar was half stocked and they didn't have as many good options. The dinner pricing and $35 self parking fee after 90 minutes leaves much to be desired.
