It's a buffet with some exceptional dishes and some things you can get at a buffet that is definitely not $90 a person. I wish I could give 3.5 stars but closer to 4 than 3. The crab legs are fat and amazing so that's what made the experience worth it but without the crab legs idk if it's worth anything close to what they charge for the non-crab times. The quality of the food as a whole is great, and they are always restocking the food so it's hot and fresh and there for you. There are so many options that pictures of everything is almost impossible but there is truly a little bit of it all from sushi to crab legs to burgers. The only desserts that tasted high quality were the crème brûlée, egg tarts and macarons from what I tried but the cakes and puddings all tasted waxy, dry, and artificial. It's very family friendly and overall a casual vibe but the service is good and they clear your old plates often. A BIG TIP is come when brunch is ending and dinner is starting so you try more food and save some money because you pay brunch price. My husband also said try the heirloom tomato salad.

My first play with all the seafood and the mashed potatoes

I made an 8:45 p.m. reservation through OpenTable for a party of two, but when we arrived around 8:35, we still waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. I understand they were waiting for tables to be cleaned, but for the price of about $94 per person after tax, I expected better communication while we waited. By the time we were seated, we had less than an hour before the buffet closed, which made the experience feel a little rushed. That being said, the food absolutely delivered. We came for the seafood, and the snow crab legs, shrimp, and lobster were excellent. I also loved that every dish was clearly labeled with its ingredients, making it easy to know exactly what you were getting. The buffet had an incredible variety, from sushi, ramen, pho, and dumplings to Mexican favorites like pozole and street corn, plus Italian dishes, carved meats, and an amazing dessert selection. The mashed potatoes were one of my favorite bites of the night, and the aguas frescas, especially the ube horchata, were a fun surprise. Overall, I would definitely come back. The food was worth the price, but I hope the check in process and communication improve because that was the only part that took away from an otherwise great experience.

Kari's Rating 9/10 TLDR: -Plenty of options -Servers could be more attentive -Dessert options are alright Came with a group of seven before we went to Illenium. It is relatively expensive-but I've been into enough buffets in Vegas to know you traditionally can get your moneys worth if you eat strategically. Whatever I get there I try to always order some kind of Sprite or ginger ale, tease my stomach in case I did end up eating too much. There was a time in the meal where I probably could've used a refill, but I literally had to find our serve server, but I also know she was probably busy. This time- I wasn't trying to eat, strategically, rather really assessing the quality and options they serve. I'm a big snow crab person and I know they're relatively expensive so I started with that three plates of that first. I then moved onto some brisket, which was tender, although extremely fatty. They had these incredible potatoes which I had a little bit of and some mac & cheese topped with bacon and chives. And of course, I went right back to nibbling the crab. My favorite part of the meal was probably the bananas foster crapes as they were made in front of you and warm and not too sweet. They also have these specific crêpes at the Wynn buffet as well. One of my favorite tricks is to ask anyone who works there what their favorite items are as they probably have tried everything and also give you a more holistic perspective. You don't waste your stomach based on just one item you think is the best. (crab) I still probably think that the Wynn buffet is a little bit better-but I'm glad my group stepped out of their comfort zone to try something new!

This used to be my favorite buffet back in the days (at least 10 years ago). I must've been to Bacchanal maybe 4-5 times in the past, and since then, I haven't found my way back until this week, at least 10 years later. Partly because I grew out of my interest of buffet and cannot eat like when I was young anymore, partly because I don't really go to Vegas much anymore. However, this week I found my way back in Vegas for the week and my party of 4 booked a table for 445pm on a Monday. I wanted an early dinner but book a day before so there wasn't an option for 5pm. You book via Opentable. Once we got to our table, we hit the buffet right away. Bacchanal still offers tons of options, and it was so crowded for a Monday night, I was very surprised. I had prime ribs (very good), cold crab legs and cold lobster claws. I also had their sashimi scallop which was also good. Their cocktail shrimp was not good and the cold cajun shrimp was mushy almost (meaning the shrimp was not fresh when cooked). Very disappointed. I ate a decent amount of protein, so I was almost full already and tried tiny bites of everything else (part of the reason why I don't do buffets anymore, cannot eat that much like the youngsters!). I have to say, the rest was pretty disappointed. I tried the followings: - Pho broth soup - salty and the anise flavor and other flavor was too strong - Pizza - hard/dry and no flavor - Dim-sum like hargow - the shrimp inside was delicious but the tapioca dough was super dry and fell off right away. - Eggroll - mushy - Orange chicken/mayo walnut shrimp - dry - Beets salad - too sweet - Lamp - dry, meh - Brisket - dry - Pork belly - sweet and dry - ceviche - Aokay - I found most of their meat with sauce was overly sweet Desserts - still great, though, I tried the mochi donut, it was too sweet and too doughy. what I really liked was the lava chocolate cake, matcha strawberry cake, cream brûlée, and the gelato/sorbet. Oh the lemon tart bar was also very good. Overall, I'm glad I tried it again, it helped solidify my decision not to come back again, it's not worth it anymore. Total for Monday dinner was $79.99, with tax and tips it was around $100.

My wife has been wanting to eat here for a while now and we finally got to try it this past weekend. Honestly, I don't think I've ever been to a buffet like this before. Everything I tried was delicious and it was definitely worth the price. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. We look forward to coming back here again next time we're in Vegas!

As usual, my review of the Bacchanal Buffet highlights the great staff and outstanding food! MANAGERS Edgar and Marlene work hard to try and make sure everything runs smoothly (which it does) HOSTESSES Zeta is back and along with Rena and server Maria B made my seat and experience A***(Elfinesh as always is there to make sure everyone is happy) SERVERS Maria B was my server today and as they all seem to be, extremely customer oriented FOOD OMELET STATION I cannot live without the cooks and the egg/omelet station! The chefs/cooks make sure the made to order omelet is perfect! Thank you all The monkey bread, egg custard and ice cream stations/food are a must try. I particularly love the chocolate and pistachio gelato! The gf chocolate chip cookies are outstanding and the freshness makes them stand out! I also always get the bbq ribs which are fresh, warm and the meat falls off the bone! Thank you all for being such great representatives of what excellence means in the restaurant world! There are too many employees to recognize as I visit all areas, but let me not forget the cashiers who make sure the charges are perfect! Best Margo

It's 20% off Friday through Sunday if you reserve in the time slot of 9-10:30am, we got in very quickly so everything was super fresh! I was only sad they did not have fresh oysters but the crab was excellent (snow crab I think and they put the crushing tools on the table but no tiny forks so was difficult lol, too much else to eat for me to stop and ask). They had fresh bacon but a little overlooked. Surprisingly more texmex brunch than anything else but I did love and start with their dim sum and sushi. Again - very fresh quality and with the discount for 2 ppl $151. Omelet station, pancake station with all sorts of dressing, charcuterie section, salmon lox with bagels and capers and cream cheese premade which was delicious. They make small portions so you can try everything because it is so extensive of a variety which I greatly appreciated. My favourite thing above all was the healthy power tapioca pudding thing in the small cups I had like 3! They put chocolate chips in them they were amazing. They also have horchata and other juice bars on top of the drink you order - (we did not do any alcohol or bottomless anything because I learned At palms bottomless brunch when you're eating so much there is just no room to get tipsy and have your moneys worth!). Also smoothies including the green juice ones too. Definitely worth a try and I can taste why it's #1 in Vegas. Palms brunch (NOT their bottomless seafood Thursday nights) is a close #2. By the way I am so sorry for zero food pics but you get 90 minutes and the size of the place is so overwhelming.

Great delicious buffet. I wish I could've tried everything. Crab legs were abundant as well as shrimps. I tried welks and it was pretty good. The desserts were phenomenal and the horchata drinks were a treat. I especially liked the lychee sorbet. The mochi donuts were yummy too. Prime ribs were perfect. Can't wait to come again.

Highly recommend a reservation to skip the 3+ hour wait. Though even with a reservation, we had to wait another hour just for our table. It should've been ready upon arrival so that's highly disappointing. There are many seafood options but the seafood tastes like it came straight from the freezer. My crab legs and shrimp weren't even fully thawed when I got them. Buffets have gone severely downhill so I would pay the money for à la carte somewhere else. The only thing that saved t was the dessert bar.

I've always wanted to eat at this place, and I finally got to. I was a tad bit disappointed only because the result did not match my hype and expectations. The food was wonderful, don't get me wrong, but with the prices I paid, I was expecting more seafood than what was offered. I enjoyed everything nonetheless.

We wanted our kids to experience a true Las Vegas buffet, so we chose the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. We had a reservation, which made things easy, and only waited a few minutes before being seated. The buffet itself is massive and honestly a bit overwhelming in the best way. There is truly something for everyone. I'd recommend doing a full walk around first before grabbing a plate so you can get a sense of everything available and make a plan, otherwise it's easy to miss sections you'll wish you had saved room for. We were given a 90 minute window, but it didn't feel rushed at all. Our server who brought drinks was friendly. The seafood section was a standout, especially the crab legs which seemed to go on forever. The Asian station was also very good. The kids really enjoyed exploring everything, but the clear favorite for them was the dessert section, which wasn't surprising at all. As expected with kids, my son didn't quite eat enough to justify the price, but he still loved the experience of it all. For us, it was more about the fun of the variety and the Vegas atmosphere, and Bacchanal definitely delivered on that.

I had to repost my review, since it was deleted by Yelp. I thought this would be one of the highlights of my trip but it wasn't. When you make a reservation, it's to stand in line only. I know it sounds ridiculous. You stand in line for about half an hour until you actually pay. The staff that was checking in people was rude. After you pay, you have to wait another half an hour just to be seated. After we got seated, we had a very nice server that went above and beyond. The meat table was awful. The meat was incredibly dry like it was well done. Too chewy and no flavor. The seafood was decent, not great. It'll do if you want to eat your money back. Looking back at my pictures, there were more misses than hits here. Highlights would be the desserts and drinks. Look at my picture with the ube (purple) drink. Yeah, those drinks are all delish. Overall, this was a one and done. Rating is about 2.5 out of 5, only because of our server, the dessert table, and drinks. Definitely not worth the money, you're better off finding better food in Chinatown. Management needs to re-train their staff at the beginning for better customer service.

Long line, even with reservation. 20-40 min wait WITH reservation. Lots of room , servers move quick. Prebussing on point! Meat not dry or over cooked. Sushi items were warm and discolored from being out. The tuna sushi was brown. Do not recommend the sushi. Lamb was overcooked. The rest was worth it! I love the mini sample portions so you don't over plate on one item.shrimp were mooshy and fishy. The crab legs were good but they only have that movie theatre butter, that yellow oil. I ordered an old fashioned which was very weak and watery. It's very hard to make a weak old fashioned. I got my seafood fix but won't be back.

Hello. I will be visiting Vegas for the 1st time next month. I like buffets when the food is fresh, but am concerned about the dinner line. If I made a reservation for 4:30PM on a Friday night, is there normally a long wait to be seated? Thank you.

Wait time during peak hours usually take about 30 to 45 minutes. Usually, the line around 4:30pm is pretty light. You may check in 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. Please see the host upfront when you arrive.

What is the price for Easter brunch?

Hello- we are doing $99.99 all day for Easter Sunday.

How much is the buffet for Friday dinner?

Hello David- Friday dinner buffet is $91.99 for adult and $50.99 for kids.

How old for a child to pay for the price?

Good afternoon Mailinh, Our current pricing is as follows:…

How long can you sit for buffet?

    90 min

Hi, can i have some information about the pricing for the buffer on 1/1/2026?

Between $65-$80 usually per person. Book reservations

    Can you make reservation?

You can put yourself in line... The reservations you make are for the time that you go in line... It's still an hour wait.. We went December 21st, which was a Sunday.

If I go at 1pm on a Monday (12/29) will there be oysters or do they not put them out until dinner time?

Varies on the day of the week and for which meal. Best one is brunch on weekends which is $65-$90. Make a reservation because those lines are long

I will be visiting with family on 12/27, is it still holiday dinner or regular weekend dinner? We will have 8 adult and 4 kids (10, 8, 6, and 4), what are the price for adult and kids?

I made reservation for 12/26/25 at 10am, since that's the best time slot for us. Is it going to be a holiday brunch or full holiday meal?

Hi Yan, there will be added items for Brunch & Dinner for the Christmas Holiday. We look forward to seeing you! Please reach out if you have any questions, Bacchanal Management

Will the buffet be open on Thanksgiving Day?

Yes, but you need to make reservations NOW!

What are the brunch hours on Sunday?

9 am to 10 pm is what the website says

Are they open on christmas day?

    Yes!

How much are the buffet for lunch?Do we have to make reservations.

Yes, you should make a reservation and even with one you still will wait a little bit. Everybody else is getting detailed but I always say it's about $100 per person and half the price for kids, but it is well worth it.

    Is there oysters?

Yes there were freshly shucked oysters on the chilled section of the buffet.

What type of crab do they serve during crab brunch?

I believe it's usually snow grab legs.

However, our experience on July 17, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., right when the restaurant opened, was unacceptable. There were four people in our party. After our first round of food, the dirty plates on our table were stacked very high. We organized the plates ourselves, but there was nowhere to place them and no server could be found. There were two other occupied tables in the dining room, and their dirty plates were also piling up. When I went to get more food, I finally found the servers--three employees were sitting together eating their lunch. Yes, all three of them were eating at the same time while no one was attending to the dining room. Employees absolutely deserve meal breaks, but they should take turns so that at least one person remains available to assist customers. When we first arrived, the host, Elizabeth, was very friendly and helpful. She asked what we would like to drink, and we requested water. Her attitude was excellent, and I want to make that clear. After a long wait, a female server finally came to our table. I politely asked if she could bring us some chopsticks. Her response was: "They're over there. Get them yourself." For a restaurant where customers are expected to tip, I genuinely do not understand how the level of service has declined this far. Asking a server for a few pairs of chopsticks is not an unreasonable request. During the meal, I also approached a young, tall male employee and politely asked, "Are you our server?" He gave a vague response without making any effort to communicate. I then said, "Please bring me the check when we are finished. I'll be paying. Thank you." He gave no response at all--not even a nod or a simple "Okay." When we finished eating, no one brought us the check. I had to walk to the front and ask the host to process the payment. I have eaten at restaurants for many years, and this was the first time I had ever seen three servers eating together before the customers were finished, with no one left to watch the dining room. This was not simply slow service; for most of the meal, there was essentially no service at all. Despite everything, I still left a 10% tip because I understand that everyone is working hard. However, as a longtime customer who has supported and recommended this restaurant for years, this experience was deeply disappointing and made me feel that our loyalty was not valued. The food is still very good, but if this level of service continues, I can no longer recommend this restaurant the way I used to. I sincerely hope management reviews the staffing and service situation from that morning and provides the employees with basic customer-service training. 7/17/2026

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked right in front of you. The pan roast is incredible, the oysters are always fresh, and every dish we've tried has been outstanding. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and even if there's a wait, it's absolutely worth it. The staff works hard to keep everything moving while providing excellent service. You can start a conversation with other people when you're in line and the time will pass. Luckily, we only wait at 35 minutes that day and we received it at the far end. We started off with a shrimp cocktail, delicious fresh and we shared a pot roast that is amazing and literally has been taunting me of how good it is and how bad I wanna go back already and not share this time . Everyone is nice but definitely busy and trying to serve you attendant to you and get you going for the next people to sit down and that's very understanding for them. There's so much people waiting ! Our waitress was so nice and helpful and it's cool seeing how they make it right in front of you . Try it !
